Rand Paul will have a challenging time bringing his different political voice to the finals preliminaries near the top. Walker looks strong and the second tier candidates as well as fat cats like Jeb Bush are formidable obstacles. Hillary Clinton and Chris Christie will yelling from the peripheral darkness of course that Paul's libertarian nationalism isn't corporate enough.
Democrats are intolerant of any sort of independent critique of party officials that primarily are sycophantic political primates fighting to give benefits to the ultra-rich with tax cuts, ownership of public health care, illegal aliens for cheap labor and fast trade agreements so the global corporations can ignore sovereignty while the wage value of the poor and middle class has no relevance with all the cheap labor supply. Primarily democrats work to support the destruction of wage negotiating value for Americans and fantasize about Republicans breaking unionism. With Democrats overrunning Republican efforts to enrich the rich there isn't much republicans can do about it.
