Extended unemployment must be good for something. At least the aesthetic values of camping in Alaska are interesting. It would be better if the Obama administration had a clue about creating work in the U.S.A. through reform of capitalism though. I suggested several years ago that the government triage unemployment time and give the most tax credits for hiring those unemployed longest. The President forgot that incentive in trying to get corporations to hire the unemployed. The Democrat Party seems deficient in practical economic reasoning these decades.
