N.A.S.A. Study Predicts Increasing Droughts

Though scientists dump what must be taken as credible warnings of very dry years ahead the infrastructure of economic organizations preclude rational empirical response in a timely and effective way. Rube Goldberg schemes to cloud the atmosphere abound-and that would probably create weather swings worse than the problems of global warming. Wouldn't it be better for U.S. planners to lead a green tech revolution starting with transportation?
