Democrats on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Decide Trump Tariffs are Illegal

 In a 7 to 4 decision, seven judges on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals voted the Trump Tariffs illegal. The seven were appointed by Presidents Biden and Obama. Four Republican appointed judges said the Trump tariffs were hunkie dorrie. Plainly a partisan decision likely to be reversed by the Republican majority on the U.S. Supreme Court. Judicial impartiality is something of a joke these days. Many important decisions are entirely decided on  a partisan basis.
