Resilience of Gravity (a poem)

Does gravity recall every quantum jolt
of planeten gathering dust
of qubit silenced volts

Where Earth was a dust-bunny growing
four and a half billion years being
becoming old for process meaning
flowing present rolling on

  Evolved time juxtaposes dimensions
techtonic plates dive in the sea
rising to form new mountains
older than you and me

  Time and being rearranged
new matter made from old
forms of objects boldly conceived
from ages past, estranged

  God alone is constant
everything else doth change
motion, form and substance
sweet drops of pouring rain

  When global heating boils down
Urth's whirld societies flung around
when the old world order fades away
a new Ur forms
the Lord leads the way
in hearts and minds
across Arctic Ice
Jesus Christ alone has paid the price.
