Large U.S. corporations already pay zero net taxes and foreign corporations less than 5%. Tariffs might be considered to be a way to tax foreign corporations a fair share. U.S. taxes might be increased on those earning more than $250K, yet they should be eliminated for the poor, and the poor should be given a positive $10,000 earned income credit. Taxes on the middle class should be reduced to a flat 5% rate.
