A recent theory examined the paradigm that Heisenberg's uncertainty principle applies to the entire Universe regarding its expansion rate and size. That leads me to wonder; If time may have different values not only from relativity, yet at quantum levels where it may not exist in the same way as the macro entangled Universe of observation, it seems challenging to structure a paradigm with it as a constant in relation to expansion or contraction. And if just 1 % of mass is a result of Higgs entanglement and 99% concatenated gluon force, what is it that is expanding at a particular rate- variable or not, anyway?
