Covid 19 Defense Mask Malapropism- Election Delay for Banana Republic

Political leadership on Covid defenses is practically retarded. For several months I have written that full face covering shields are necessary to allow people to work in a contaminated environment. The response was virtually nil. Instead some wear just surgical masks and others none; surgical masks are not Covid defense masks, they are Covid offensive prevention masks. Reopening the economy accelerated the second wave of Covid now featured in the U.S.A. Retarded politicians and media have said it may be necessary to reclose the economy, and it's thought o.k. because the federal reserve can issue trillions and trillions of zero interest loans to big banks and the middle class can sell their children to pay for Obamacare premiums that otherwise disappear during the pandemic.

 While Obamacare- the Affordable Healthcare act has the clever mechanism of disappearing during times of national health crisis because people can't afford to pay for it then (letting insurers off the hook), those getting Covid from community spread need some practical help in the form of working actual full face covering defense masks so they can work in a contaminated social environment with Covid 19 lurking anywhere as some kind of latent bug.

 Full face masks that cover the eyes too and have nose and mouth breathing filters are de rigueur for chemical, nuclear and biological war fighters. As a former Army N.B.C. trainee I recognize the blatant, retarded political defense response in failing to manufacture cheap, affordable defense masks for the civilian populace. Plainly the bad example is a guide to future assaults on America with biological agents that may occur because it’s so affordable in an era with at-home D.N.A. splicing tech.

 A basic problem of full-face masks is that the eye protection often fogs up; they need a liner or gasket that keeps exhalation form getting into the eye shield. It is necessary for people wearing a full face mask to actually see- especially if firing an M-16 at a larger enemy.

 Adapting Halloween masks this year to become Covid defense masks with full face covering was always a good idea that needed a little intelligent design and manufacturing supervision. One would think the nation is led by retards.

President Trump's suggestion that the Presidential election be delayed seems like a bid to end democracy outright rather than through the finesse of corporatism and search engine practical censorship. Something besides Banana republic candidates are useful for second terms.

Portland Covid Yippees Assault Federal Courthouse Civility Again

I think it may be difficult for judges, jurists and attorneys not to be aware of or even be influenced by the riotous siege outside the Portland federal courthouse during the pandemic; it is really bad form for the yippee haters of the legal system of the United States that might prefer mob rule. The mayor of Portland seems to like the mass attempt at intimidation of the legal system of by and for the people as that is easier than supporting rule of law with decent civil behavior.

Sure there was an evident crime in Minnesota by a policeman. That does not call for an attack on the federal legal justice system. Instead competent legal work by competent legislators should act with civility to enact whatever reforms are required to assure an impartial justice system with equal protection of the law for all citizens.

It seems to me that mob rioting as a first resort indicates a lack of competence of large sections of the electorate. Mob marching sieges are nothing more than meaningless mute blunt instruments that get nothing done besides spreading covid 19 so more Oregonians and others can die. Nearly 300 Oregonians have died so far. The mob's sloppy social behavior harms others, and covid deaths of vulnerable people count too. Discipline, self-control and free expression through writing letters to politicians probably would be a far more effective way than chanting suitable for subjects of a royal system yet not for supposedly responsible, enlightened and equal citizens of a democracy.

Kant and the Noumenal

Kant's ideas are still useful even in the era of quantum field theory. Human thought is implicitly limited, as is human sense input. Human physiology perceiving what exists of the mass of the field that it interacts with has limits. Everything that isn't self (oneself) or especially human or even animate has its own nature and being-for-itself. Mass has no mind to it (except for rare thinking beings), and objects within a field that appear as objects to thoughtful beings but not perhaps to neutrinos passing through them without interactions, like the Earth, haven't plain boundaries in time and space- they are all part of various physical fields that has clumpiness of matter in it. I guess if one considers Hilbert Space full of particle/points it is illustrative to consider how many ways one could draw lines between the points - say there are a few billion points, making diagram objects of the points in the space. Some of the points may have different qualities-with a strong force or electro-magnetic force like a boson and won't interact with others and some interact with all-like gravity particles (if they exist). What the points are like for-themselves is an interesting point to consider-especially if the points are like the one-dimensional point-monad/atom-bubbles of Liebnitz he thought were conscious.

E = mc2 . Mass is just energy locked into decohered loops. I am not sure what pure energy really is, or if it needs anything else including dimensions, motion or time to exist. Plainly though, measuring the flow rate of physical materials or energy is at least an apparent or secondary phenomenon useful for humans. Mass is supposed to be a secondary quality of energy.

Covid 19 Homeless Issues Next Winter

 Next winter the Covid 19 problems will affect the nation’s homeless more so than most Americans. Homeless shelters usually are over-crowded and with poor ventilation. Older and pre-conditioned individuals that need to use the shelters to get off the streets and sub-freezing temperatures are likely to find the shelters closed or serving as contamination traps.

Presidential leadership has been out of touch during much of the Covid crisis. The President cannot seemingingly cannot walk and chew gum at the same time, much like politicians of both parties, in failing to develop complete face protection masks including eyes that would allow actual defense against the virus. Covid 19 defense and school and business recovery should occur together rather than in opposition. American leadership actually seems fairly daft on the concern. The blatant incompetence I suppose, is an explanation for why the economy of the U.S.A. cannot transition to ecological sustainability and income security and quality of life standards for all Americans; walking and chewing gum simultaneously is multi-tasking beyond their comprehension.

 I ordered a mask with eye protection made by an entrepreneur in Texas, and it was his last one. Most of the masks at eBay are made in China and take several weeks to arrive in the U.S.A. It should have been possible to transform Halloween masks sold this year into Covid defense masks. When ancient viruses from Mar’s past are brought back to Earth by tourists and begin to erase the population of the planet politicians will be equally incapable of innovating defense masks that are practical and affordable health care for everyone (an easy one-time payment of $19.95)

 If it is necessary to send kids to go to school where they can become infected as the President wishes, the kids should have quality face masks that protect the entire face including the eyes. The masks need not have telescopic lenses, night vision capability or communication devices built in. neither need they resemble gorilla heads or Darth Vader helmets; they need to be effective.

 Sure school kids could be sent to clean, small cages and be fed raw meat and trained as M.M.A. fighters instead of academia this fall until the Covid crisis passes, yet that would train them for N.P.R. jobs perhaps and nothing socially useful.

 One winter during the Obama administration I looked for a job in Anchorage, couldn’t find one and lived in a small tent in a forested area without even propane to heat water. I had no money to wash clothes (one needs clean socks for sub-zero months) so I walked several miles down the Old Seward Highway to the Brother Francis Shelter to use their facilities (slipping on the icy sidewalks and falling a half dozen time each way wearing my slick soled army combat boots); I stayed there the month of December 2010 and got flu and then pneumonia, so I returned to my tent for the year of 2011. People in the shelter slept shoulder to shoulder on mats on the floor. Several had frostbite injuries. Everyone got some sort of communicable virus with over-crowding and bad ventilation; homeless shelters are notorious for having poor ventilation.

   There are homeless people with retirement checks too small to afford Medicare B payments of $200 a month comforted with the knowledge that those who had good paying jobs and job security during their lives  have very inexpensive Medicare Plan B coverage the poor can’t afford. It is heartening that at least the comfortable remain comfortable until they bite the dust singing songs of sweet bippy.

An improved system would include the most poor Americans with a progressive charge for Plan B; it might be free for those that are the most poor and increase in cost as the size of the social security check increases in order to make it actually affordable.

Quantum Cloud Conjecture on Faster-Than-Light Travel version 4.1

There are a few reasons why it is believed that faster than light travel isn’t possible. Contrary experience in quantum teleportation regarding information travelling faster than light seems in conflict with the notion. Plainly information seems to travel faster than light in select quantum super-position experiments. One could regard time being locally changed or skipped as an equally probable candidate explanation for  why some quanta would need to have travelled faster than light to explain the transfer of data from point A to point B.

Space and time are treated as a single field for purposes of general relativity. All of the basic fields of the Universe seem to have some speed limit that is at the high range equal to that of the speed of light. Gravity for example travels at the speed of light. Would it be possible for a mass object made up of matter with various field components bound to the light speed limit to travel faster than light by skipping through space-time fields as if it were not in a space-time field?

Perhaps like a super-cavitating torpedo that pushes a bubble ahead if it to displace water in its path, quantum mechanical super-positioned probability bubbles could be placed ahead of a mass object in order to displace space-time fields that limit the mass within to light speed limits. As quantum information can occur at a vast distance without passage of time, a space-ship too might travel a great distance without a passage of time if it can be placed with a quantum probability bubble detached entirely from space-time.

While it might not be possible to send conventional mass through conventional space time and space-time fields faster than light it might be possible to send conventional mass beyond conventional space-time and space-time fields faster than light for a time and then return into conventional space-time if it were possible to disrupt, alter or trick an area of conventional space-time to let the mass of a space-ship pass outside the normal space-time field and quantum logical structures.

    Someday quantum computers with detailed quantum mapping of local quantum structures might be able to direct reconfiguration of quantum structures locally in real-time to conform to complete detachment from the mass of a spaceship with different quantum attachments for hyper-spatial quantum kedging of attachment and detachment forward faster than light. Quantum modeling of present and future structures might allow ‘pre-moves’ or instructions written in advance to kedge a spaceship along faster than light near, yet outside the conventional space-time from which it has detached itself.

Creating an absolute void without quantum content or time could be feasible through a variety of theoretical methods, even if that non-field is temporary and limited to an area around the spaceships mass. That kind of approach might make it possible to remove vast concentrations of mass from the gravitational field of space-time of a normal universe, placing it into limbo, perhaps as nothing more than information to be given four-dimensional content when returned to normal space-time and the Higgs Field.

Quantum probability super positions for information may occur because some information may have no mass and can travel therefore with no time-mass component to restrict it.

379) Mass Incarceration 2; Reasons for Racial Percent Differences

Cultural and historical differences may be largely responsible for the variegated incarceration rate regarding race. White culture was a more or less secure majority culture with established roles. Except for the affect of increased national drug use, the percent of white people incarcerated should have stabilized decades ago. It should not have increased because the percent of non-whites of the U.S. population has increased, unless one thinks that increasing non-whites should catalyze increased white crime.

Hispanics were an external proletariat illegally in millions of cases entering the U.S.A. to form an internal proletariat. The cultural differences of non-established, less sedentary populations in criminal behavior compared to sedentary, established populations are notable. One might wonder too, why Mexico has a lower incarceration rate and a far higher murder rate, and if that may mean that the U.S.A. can afford to process more people through the criminal corrections systems than Mexico, whereat direct eye for an eye extra-judicial justice may be somewhat more frequent.

Black Americans had the social integration problems following the end of the Jim Crowe era. Then problems developed for all American men during the same period when the old-style industrial economy was outsourced overseas. High unemployment rates made a generation of black youth half unemployed or underemployed, while illegal alien workers watered down the value of wage labor in the U.S.A.

Real wages adjusted for inflation have not changed for white men since the early 1970s while affirmative action has changed the employment and social landscape in the U.S.A. There were far fewer good paying industrial or men’s jobs as time rolled by for men of any race in the U.S.A. With a couple generations of white male babies aborted while far fewer black or Hispanic babies were aborted, there were social structural and composition differences between populations of the three races as well. Smaller families can invest more in education generally.

An unstable tends to settle down while the opposite case exists with immigrants regarding crime. Immigrants can bring bad as well as good to receiving nations. The modern influences of Islam, godless atheism and the decrease of Christian values in addition to financial sophistry and the over-concentration of wealth, as well as global stress on the ecosphere have changed the way people think of people. The value of human life may be transitioning to commoditization. Politicians cannot think much beyond Wall Street and class electorate issues, much less comprehend corrections reform.

In my opinion voting rights should be restored seven years after sentence is served if there are no more felony convictions. One should not lose voting rights forever for a felony conviction, yet the right to vote should fairly be suspended for seven years, as drunk driving can revoke driving rights for some time after sentence is served for example.

If people cannot obey the laws, the state has no interest in letting such individuals vote.

One in Ten Black Males are in Jail...consequences...

Maybe a reduction in crime happens when violent criminals and drug sellers are taken off the streets, yet also great cost to the states as the price for keeping one guy in jail costs $30,000 to $40,000 annually and what, 56 billion dollars per annum in total?

Obviously there should be a far better corrections system than presently exists that is less time consuming and that has less than a 10% recidivism rate.

Half of the federal prisoners are in for drug offenses. Those guys not only poison the people and corrupt society spreading rot and incompetence and even brain damage to their victims, they unfairly make a profit that mocks those honest and poor free enterprise tradesmen already being bumped out by illegal aliens.

Presumably half of the black males in jail are there for violent crimes. People that perp violent crimes are often repeat offenders.

The last 40 years is more or less the period of desegregation and affirmative action, increased and pervasive dope use and decline of quality math scores...trouble in social change in river city. One could let them all out to become Catholic priests and nuns of course, yet they might not.

Twenty million illegal aliens helped increase Hispanic crimes in the U.S.A. Cell phone and computers helped gangs organize crime across the border and in cities from Chicago to Mexico City. The Clinton and Obama administrations had a spike in criminal activities.

The widespread use of illegal drug caused a lot of crime and minorities were traffickers and victims of that at the same time. The degradation of social values due to moral relativism changed the way people think and behave, then a great deal of post Vietnam and post-Jim Crowe skepticism created a vast counterculture that was disruptive of traditions and stability domestically for reasons good and bad.

The lack of moral leadership (Al Gore- no presiding moral authority) encouraged certain kinds of crime and gang activity. The Mexican drug wars had some spillover into the U.S.A. as the U.S.A. is the primary buyer of dope for decadent Democrats.

The post-Cold war era of globalism made those that enjoy free e-dollars from the Federal Reserve more inclined to just lock up and forget the incarcerated rather than correct them. Congress can't even get Obamacare to reach the very poor and homeless interstate class of Americans while no sedentary, middle class kind of American missed out.

Law enforcement and evidence gathering has more camera videos of criminals that jurors are unsympathetic with. Hence long sentences and tough get release (especially if they proclaimed innocence).

I think people discriminate as much or more against those labeled with a mental diagnosis. If one pleads mea culpa as a 'mental' one may be employed, yet then tracked and pre-destined to be treated as a mental 'psych nigger' the remainder of one's life. Those unfortunate enough to be felons and mental would be received by society as 'the criminally insane'...a tough label to live with.

 

380) On Mass Incarceration post 1

First of all, I think there is no social contract amongst citizens in the U.S,A,. That's a more French, Rousseauian notion. The U.S.A. has a constitution and laws that one should obey. As a free citizen they may choose not to, and then should expect correction rather than punishment for violating those laws.

Mass incarceration is simply a concatenation of all of the individuals that have broken laws and should be undergoing correction rather than punishment. Those that cannot obey the laws of the United States, such as illegal entry, ought to expect correction and swiftly.

Justice is really a matter of accurate determination of the guilt or innocence of an individual in breaking a particular law. Injustice obviously would be to convict someone innocent and vice versa... Justice is not about politics and quantification of race or gender regarding those convicted so long as the laws are just. If it were not so women could be regarded as unfairly advantaged since they have such a low incarceration number in comparison to men.

If the correction system has failed and costs society a tremendous amount of money and needless human suffering, and I think it has, then it should be changed. Putting criminals into a concentration facility together plainly is a silly way to go about training people not to be criminals. It is more of a filing and security approach for disposing of inconvenient items (people).

In a godless atheist society that scoffs at Christian values, and with the black prison population having a large number of Muslims it is likely that the religious criterion should be restrained and applied only moderately. Christianity itself is under attack and slow takeover by secular values. If mercy for the incarcerated means to not provide correction, that is consistent with a corrupt society.

What about Racial Disparities in Incarceration Rates?

Maybe the evidence gathering technology progress allows more accurate determination of guilt or innocence. It is possible that with the extreme mobility of people in America today incarceration is regarded as a way to assure that perpetrators don't just travel somewhere else to find new opportunity for crime.

With more female judges they may want to send more males to jail. Statistics would determine if that speculation has validity.

Maybe a disposable consumer-oriented society wants to dispose of criminals quickly and take them out of circulation, as one might remove counterfeit currency. Of course the Federal Reserve issues a lot of free money to big banks, and some regard that as a moral equivalent of counterfeiting for the benefit of the 1%. So that line of speculation may be inaccurate.

Some might think that whites have lower crime rates because they are more established and sedentary than immigrants from Latin America, many of whom are illegal aliens or first-generation native born with dual citizenship. Also, white women aborted a couple generations of healthy white male boys, so the white population is older and less wild than Hispanics whom have more new-culture socialization issues.

Whites just don't have the gangs that they used to many decades ago while Hispanics have a rich gang culture, and blacks invented modern gangsta rap culture (I don't know about the socialization relationship of that to criminal behavior, yet it isn't a bar mitzvah sort of approach to things).

If there are racial disparities in incarceration rates one might wonder why. One might ask if the temporal rate of incarceration should be the same among any races normally, when the cultural origins of the races differ historically.

Should an established race in a given society that comprises a majority historically that has worked through its social structure evolution reasonably well have a higher or lower incarceration or social disconformity rate than an emergent race that was previously not established in the majority culture?

One might wonder about abstract explanations for historical and cultural evolution and the phenomenon of mass incarceration without considering the geographic and population density factors.

Since Rowe vs. Wade white women have aborted two or three generations; tens of millions, of young white males (and females) whom might have committed more crimes while Hispanics-especially immigrants, and blacks, have had far fewer abortions. New white female judges may not be so reluctant to sentence males of any race before the bench to prison.

One might wonder, if in a different social configuration, if women might not have equal incarceration rates as males such that there was no disparity. If the U.S. Supreme Court has three justices that are female, while incarcerated females are 123 per 100,000 and males 1352 per 100,000 can that be regarded as efficient judicial gender representation?

Incarceration rates may more or less parallel high school graduation rates as well as actual learning, I don't know. Culture matters, and a less intellectual culture in an era where good non-college educated jobs not designed for more passive, sedentary female workers are in decline creates a possibility of more idle and unemployed time for young males who may perpetrate crimes. Dope use also affects people in inner cities and they may more readily commit crimes because of the high population density that they could avoid if they were living in a less populous society and could be degenerate without troubling anyone.

Blacks in the post-Jim Crowe era had more challenges for evolving into new and independent economic ventures for a variety of reason, while immigrant Hispanics also shared the characteristic I am considering here; the lack of social stability.

In the Vietnam conflict there was a great difference in the performance and unit cohesiveness to discipline under stress among various units during different periods of the conflict.

The mostly volunteer army that existed during the early 1960s had entered service during the Eisenhower era of the 50s and were highly disciplined and performed well. The later conscript army that followed their discharge had more discipline and performance problems, the worst being the Americal division formed just for the war.

It had no unit military history and had great discipline problems including the Me Lai massacre of Lt. Calley's unit. Units with military tradition have more discipline, new units, especially guerilla units and new militias like those of Serbia and ISIS tend toward war crimes.

Summary Evaluation of Condition of U.S. Electorate 2020

Both of the nation's major political parties seem unfit for leadership. For some the electorate's composition is itself a problem. That is queers, feminists, dopers, flat-earther global warming deniers, goon-thugs with help from anti-white hispanics, blacks and anti-Christian scientists comprise a powerful political element. All work for greed guided by the media employed by the rich. That tenth of one percent of the people have elite Ivy Leaguers on their side with the ideal of concentrating their wealth and power as reproductivity demographics reduce. In a zero growth economy capital increases faster for the richest.

This is obviously a disparaging evaluation. The elites tend to regard humanity as empty abstractions that can be organized whatsoever way they require with enough dope and liberalism. My blog has few readers so I think it useful to use plain brief language without decorations and diplomacy. I wish every soul well though, and believe that sober rectification of society would find a better balance and way of life for all Americans regardless of their present perversity preferences.

The electorate appears to be conforming to social engineering designs that are typical for aristocratic inclined elites seeking to concentrate wealth and power. The first priority is to eliminate strong opposition to aristocracy. A tried and true way over and replace the opposition (independently minded straight white males in this instance). The newly empowered class forgets or abolishes the ideals of the founding straight white males and are glad to redistribute the income of the obsolete class unto themselves. That is what has occurred in the United States since the 1980s and Reagan administration.

The naturally submissive electorate are no danger to the upper 1%. The upper 10% of U.S. income earners take in 70% of the nation's income, so that leaves 30% for everyone else. Fundamentally since the 1970s income for straight white males hasn't increased and the new income went to put the naturally submissive classes to work. The goal of the newly empowered class is full income equality with straight white males as well as social equality. The founder's ideals were what enabled the equalization of all people, though that took quite a bit of time, because it was an ideal rather than an actuality when the constitution was written.

There should be no mistake;  the issue of slavery was about economics rather than supremacy. In former centuries until the start of the 1860s perhaps, it took a lot of servants or slaves to have what is today an average middle class standard of living; maybe 25 to 50. One needed yard slave, cooking slaves, coach driving slaves, stable and farming slaves and  so forth. People all over the world had slaves or cheap, indentured servants quite usually, and they were the elites.

Western civilization and the pinnacle in the founding of the United States was about liberation from aristocracy and dictatorship to establish freedom and economic independence for everyone; That is why minorities in the United States should regard the founders quite well; for their ideals expressed in the constitution instead of the actualization in society. When they take their eyes off the economic angle of politics and simply believe the problems with the U.S.A. are in racism they fall into millennia old traps where the elites come out on top and everyone else is oppressed and even servile.

There was no assurance that people that support equal economic rights for all in western civilization would win the wars of the 20th century; it just worked out that way. There were and are elites in  the world that don't share those ideals.

Since the 1980s tax policy has been regressive. The rich get vast zero interest loans from the federal reserve with which they can loan out 5 times every dollar loaned, and therefor it is as if they were given 4 dollars for free. Inheritance taxes have been cut, corporate taxes after paperwork tend to be zero. Capital grows faster than national income in the long run so weath naturally accumulates without corrections. The founders understood the dangers of aristocracy that Americans of the new upwardly mobile (until equalization with straight white men in the vast pool of low savings, renting of homes and stagnant income) class seems to have forgotten as they are full of visions of material prosperity. Income progress to stagnant equality for all while wealth is concentrated so that 10% of Americans have 90% of the income assures compliance with social engineering goals of elites to annihilate traditional families because they consume to much materially in a planet ecosystem with finite resources. Citizens without morals that are sated with perversity, dope and entertainment can be better controlled as spineless political jellyfish by concentrated wealth elites of the 1% defended by their praetorian political guard of the 10%.

Income equality for individuals can be measured accurately; not so for race. With wealth concentrated at the top where there are white billionaires of the 1% (and others) counted as average income for the whites of the 90% the stats will always be useful for deceit. Bill Gates for example has wealth equal to may be a half million average white people. Add in a few other white billionaires like Warren Buffet and the stats are quite misleading. Whites might need to earn 25% of blacks for the stats to show that whites and blacks have the same income averages annually. The problem of counting people by race if one simple legislates to relieve those that are poor regardless of race.

That is my viewpoint on the future of U.S. election content for the next 30 years, I am not sure that is leads anywhere good, and isn't the way I would like it to be. I prefer an enlightened electorate with income security for all while the political economy transitions to one of ecospheric sustainability.

Algorithms of Moral Philosophy

Moral philosophy isn’t too well advanced in some respects or as equally advanced as other areas of philosophy; the philosophy of logic for example. The modern world tends to prefer simple formulae or rules with a virtual algorithmic simplicity, structure and logic for making moral decisions, and that is improbable and maybe illusory in light of the broad variety of potential situations to which anyone might wish to apply a moral template for making a morally correct (or incorrect if from a negative and malevolent alternative reality) decision.

It has been said that morality is what people and society actually do. Moral relativism is something of a pejorative fact of mass social behavior without any sort of transcendent foundation. Many there are that take the broad road leading to nothingness or worse in eternity. Others simply believe scripture as inspired and correct thought from God about proper human behavior and follow that as best they can.

There have been a few simple moral expressions of genius. One considers the Golden Rule and Kant’s Categorical Imperative as tow examples. That kind of moral paradigm for making a moral decision is the exception; the field might be compared to primitive, pre-electronic sailing in which dead reckoning was as valuable as sailing maxims and general guideline and no simple formula for determining what sails to put on, directions to travel, vector for a heading and so forth could serve as a unified tool. Building a moral system with technical rigor in the modern era was perhaps started by British empiricists such as Bentham and Mill who invented the philosophical method of utilitarianism.

What to do in the circumstance might need to be determined by a Commander in Chief that had a B-52 loaded with high explosive bombs flying over the small, sleepy town. Her utilitarian criterion for making a morally valid choice would probably bring her to order the annihilation of the sleepy little town for the greater good.

If utilitarianism was the first modern system for moral philosophy that provided a more detailed technical paradigm for evaluating moral challenges and responses, the criticisms of utilitarianism have been of equal value in finding numerous ways wrong moral choices or no valid moral correct choice could be made with utilitarian criteria.

One derivative of utilitarianism is the currently popular field of consequentialism whereby one may determine if a choice is morally correct depending upon the outcome of the moral choice. Obviously there are innumerable problems with consequentialism that might be found not the least of which is the somewhat familiar legal problem of determining proximal causes for events and assigning responsibility to them; the consequences of moral choices cannot easily be found if the consequences of the moral choice intervention aren’t the direct cause of subsequent events or if development of circumstances through causal interactions external to the moral choice have brought a good outcome. No credit to the maker of a moral decision should be given if a good outcome was not a consequence of her choice. The Commander that chose to drop the bomb on the sleepy little town would have made a valid moral choice in consequentialist criteria if the launch on the metropolis millions was prevented, yet a bad choice if the missile was not a real missile threat but some kind of promotion by a radio station for a newd sexy dating service, or if the B-52’s bombs landed on an oil pipeline that caught fire and sped along flames and gas explosions to a dozen metropolitan areas down the line. It is difficult to determine the moral validity of an act by the consequences for the moral choice is then contingent upon the consequents with retro-causal responsibility given along the temporal line of time. In effect no moral choice is made at all and circumstances determine the morality as if it were like the end-justifies-the-means moral choice system.

Consequentialism has a dark side to it that could usefully be considered anti-utilitarian as every quantum particle has an anti-particle. Moral choices that wreak the most evil to the greatest number of people could be evaluated by the consequent harm. For example; if sending kids of the U.S.A. back to public school in September causes a third wave of Corona 19 virus in October resulting in deaths of older parents and those with weakened conditions, that consequence of ordering kids back to school could be considered a bad moral choice if a moral criterion was used for making the bad decision, and otherwise just a dumb decision.

Covid 19 challenges have given a lot of politicians and others the opportunity to make bad decisions. Political managers experience challenges to innovate ways of keeping business and public health safety environments healthy simultaneously. Politicians may be unable to meet the challenges. From some moral viewpoints taking jobs for which one isn’t well qualified is immoral.

 The public would have benefited from smarter politicians finding more intelligent ways to keep the economy working and citizens safe from infection in 2020. There was a profound lack of cleverness and inventiveness in addressing the challenges. Recently full face masks that cover the eyes as well as filter nose and mouth been introduced to the market- even small producer-manufacturers in the U.S.A. and of course Chinese manufacturers via ebay have slowly started sales. Full face coverings including eyes can be made weatherproof and work in a variety of business and urban areas with population densities unsuitable for the undefended. Full face masks fairly effectively defend against covid infection in public places.

A challenge for creating and building up functioning moral philosophy to reach an algorithm status of formalization that can be mass-produced and made into a computer app is necessary reductionism that must occur in defining/describing the complete complex of compresent conditions and events. Language and human understanding may have inadequate comprehension of what was involved in creating a situation asking for moral intervention; the moral premises may be wrong and a moral choice for an intervention may bring a wrong conclusion. Faulty or incomplete input processed with a moral determination algorithm engine can output junk Just as in a syllogism, if the premises are incorrect the conclusion will be incorrect.

One may of course simplify moral engines in processing certain data (regarding people as external empirical data) such as the famous Hell’s Angel’s maxim; ‘Kill them all and let God sort them out’. Intentionally overly simplistic moral engine processing criteria can result in undesirable output consequences.

Formulating valid moral questions concerning race are quite challenging to make exclusive of all races. Race is a physical characteristic rather than a thought or idea. If one makes the premise that

 

1) all white people are human

           and 

 2) all black people are human

 

then it follows that premise 1 and 2 are equivalent regarding humanity from a question of morality concerning humans. That is it would be difficult to make a moral proposition concerning either black or white people as a questions for humans that wouldn’t mean each group. It is easier to construct moral questions regarding ideas that lead to actions regardless of race.

For example, if it is said to be morally wrong for a black woman to have an abortion then it should be equally valid for women of any race. The paradigm has something of Kant’s categorical imperative about it. The same principle should be applicable to race and political economy.

 Kant’s categorical imperative of creating laws that would apply if it were a universal law is consistent with the idea that it would be more effective to concern oneself with economic changes to relieve the poor of any race in the United States as humans instead of searching for ways to change or better the conditions for particular races that leading to a pursuit of non-rational or racist legislative remedies.

There is a long way to go in the construction or even exploration of potential systems of moral philosophy just as there are in exploring philosophical paradigms for cosmology and in relating physical cosmological and quantum construction systems to theological points of view concerning the potential for divine capacity to contain systems of physical cosmology.

The Lord Jesus Christ provided a moral system through the example of his own life conduct, the things he said, and in prophecies of future events concerning the end of the age of mankind instead of giving a moral formula to calculate the right or wrong of a moral choice made by a content-less agent existing within an empirical commune of cipher-individuals. Can NPR Mob Rule Leadership Put Democrats Over in November?

The Democrat Party seems to have few meaningful issues this election year in comparison to developing racism and covid-care. NPR has provided much support for the story-line narrative that racism is the fundamental problem the U.S.A. experiences. As a primary corporate and government sponsored neo-domestic mob rule organization one wonders if the continuua of reiterating racism can be enough to put the Democrat Party over the top in Presidential and congressional races this November.

One might think from listening (full disclosure-I live in an off-grid part of Alaska- NPR is the only news source available-when someplace else I never listen to it) that the U.S.A. is being prepped for race war, that Democrats might like to disarm Americans so they can't defend themselves from mob power in the future, etc.). During their fund drives I remember that I would probably contribute if they would go away. I wonder if no one has noticed that since NPR was started the U.S. economy has increasingly concentrated wealth and the portion of national income that goes to the middle class and poor has greatly declined. Today ten percent of the people have 70% of the national income.

There are numerous political advantages for mobs and general corruption attractive to media cheerleaders. Writers on social media sites, including myself, that have every published any material the insiders of the internet world find offensive may have their content strictly moderated to cap daily views at ten or twenty. Before the Obama administration purge it was possible to get a few thousand views of articles per day yet that was crashed to the point that publishing today informs generally politically partisan organizations and that's about it. That development that took some time to perfect was a way to censor American writers without seeming to do so. I don't imagine that the Internet in the U.S.A. is so very much more free than that of China these days regarding free expression of political ideas without reduction of viewer reaction by insiders.

As a society moves toward corporatism, communism, plutocracy or various forms of totalizing power concentration the control of media and the marketplace of ideas becomes one of the first places authorities of various forms look to for controlling power. In the U.S.A. with the first amendment controlling Internet access must be some kind of relief as private corporate social media sites have the right to establish their own policies about what may be published or how many people will be allowed to see it. The U.S. government (and corporations) of course finance NPR and its leftist orientation sucking up to wealth and mob ethos yet it has not established a neutral Internet site for citizens of the United States that would not be censored. It should for keeping the marketplace of ideas free and in existence outside of proprietary corporate control is necessary if any sort of free political thought is to continue to exist in the public arena in the years ahead.

The possibilities for constructive political change are great when great ideas are ordinary and held in political leadership. A political ontology of idiocy isn't one that should be expected to lead far to advance human development on the ecospherically challenged planet. Satiety materially speaking  by to many without much interest in anything else can too readily support social decay. Historical cycles that are recurrent and easily recognized somehow escape notice. 

Demo Troubles with Economic Assumptions

Neither Republicans nor Democrats inspire much confidence in people this year as they seem unconcerned with fundamental economic matters. Democrat leaders seem to regard race as an issue that can solve fundamental economic inequalities objectively. That error concerns itself with social history instead of economic facts that have always affected all people equally regardless of race. That is, poverty is poverty regardless of race.

 As the generations born in the middle of the 20^th century fade away so has the economic egalitarian that brought the upper class and everyone else closer together. Economic disasters of wars changed some of the fundamental order of capitalism to one that had income earned through work of more importance than inherited wealth.

 Because capital compiles at a faster rater than national income and wages (4.5% annual average for capital and 1.5% average increase of wages) usually, wealth tends to concentrate. That situation has prevailed for most of human history, and the 20^th century was one where the lucky citizens experienced a close approximation of fair economic distribution and opportunity. That circumstance has been steadily eroded since the mid-1970s with wealth and inheritance again beginning to build. It is possible that the advantage of the rich of western nations will mean that their wealth will concentrate (it tends to be global networks of wealth rather than just national these days) and disadvantaged 2nd and 3rd world nations will remain comparatively poor, without meaningful regulation.

 Some Americans obviously weren’t full participants in egalitarian economics of the mid-20^th century for several reasons and would like to correct that. The problem is that economics of capitalism concerns all people equally already regardless of race. The challenge for the poor is to find themselves in a position where they can experience some of the opportunities and advantages of good income and that requires good political economic management plainly absent from the Democrat party.

 Contemporary measures to change the course of economics toward a more egalitarian direction require changes in regulatory structures for the United States that are difficult to understand by the majority of voters. It is possible for a democracy to manage political economy and capitalism better and in a way that would stabilize and guide economics toward a sustainable economic and environmental status yet that isn’t easy; especially when the electorate is chasing after race issues that would take care of themselves very likely with greater economic egalitarianism and basic prosperity.

 In reading one text; Piketty’s ‘Capitalism in the 21^st Century’ that author noticed a fundamental problem with capitalism that he named  r > g meaning the rate of return on capital is historically higher than the growth of productivity and wages; capitalism has an implicit uneven field tilted toward the direction of concentrating wealth. Even worse is the fact that at low growth of 1% and stable demographics wealth concentrates even faster. Thus a great challenge for ecological stability of the planet and egalitarian free enterprise earnings with capitalism is that wealth concentrates faster in an environment of zero population growth and conservation of the ecosystem; one ends up with  one one-thousandths of the people owning everything and everyone else renting from them. How to change economics so one can have ZPG and restore a health ecosphere are interesting theoretical challenges that probably have thousands of theoretical solutions with many that would actually work.

 There is no mistake that without careful thought seeking rectification of political economy the world economy will experience serious challenges ahead along with the environment. It would be a shame to choose to abandon reason and just let natural economic evolution lead to a crash course of poverty, subjugation and/or mass demographic disaster. Numerous remedies including different balances of public and private capital, higher or near complete taxation of estates on inheritance of more than 5 million dollars, a serious progressive tax rate and requiring new businesses to meet ecospheric benefit or non-harm standards or experience higher and progressive business taxation might be considered. I am sure that race is not the remedy for the problems of poverty and lack of opportunity experienced in the American democracy. Rather solutions will be found in the objective field of economics wherein everyone may be objectively considered in regard to their personal economic experience.  Opportunities to prosper in a society usually follow one’s economic class with notable individual exceptions. If one hang glides from the top of a 100 story building one is probably going to go farther or get higher than someone starting from the ground. Opportunities for good schools or buying good business locations tend to start with one’s economic class; Harvard is actually advantageous to people more so than is a G.E.D. for example.
