Acidification Death of All Ocean Phytoplankton Would Drop Earth Atmospheric Oxygen Level 50%
So if global warming and rising ocean temperatures and acidification kill all of the phytoplankton it would only take a thousand years, appx. For the atmosphere to experience a significant drop in oxygen such that land mammals would have new challenges 🙂
