A traveler from Ethiopia
-a royal treasurer returning home
from worship at the Temple
encountered the Evangelist Phillip on the way
Day to day changes to life
-a chariot transit of the Earth
under a star so bright-
with jewels of life
from the treasury of God
May have wondered too;
what is man
so Thou art mindful of him?
-given the good news of Jesus Christ
the pearl of greatest price
for one and many.
