I saw that Russia recently bombed the port of Odessa from a distance likely using wings attached to bombs for controlled gliding. That brought me to inquire into a comparison between Russian made and American made JDAMS (Joint Direct Attack Munitions).
I asked what kind of savings the Pentagon would have if it bought Russian made weapons to supplement American made and learned that the U.S. Government already buys Ukraine licensed weapons in the U.S.A. because they are cheaper.
