Airport Cancer Screening and other Obama Budget Plans to Outsource Body Building (humor) to China & Moon Base to Davosites
Inspired by the execution of the J.F.K. Memorial moon base and space port from his second year budget, President Obama plans to use the same reasoning to accomplish health care reform in the United States 'in order to save the taxpayers trillions of dollars'. The U.S. budget would be tentatively 3.8 trillion dollars with the largest ever on Earth one year and two year budget deficits.
The moon base would have been developed with 'old technology' said an Obama press mouthpiece. The Orion system was 'an Apollo on steroids' and like Kennedy's dream of landing Americans on the moon, just old. Since Americans haven't landed a many on the moon since the December 1972, President Obama believes he can achieve as much by spending billions of rocket research until he is out of office. Americans should be able to return to the space station by 2016 he conjectures.
With the failure to create a Federal Physical Health Service for the poor or to keep out 100% of illegal aliens so the poor in the U.S.A. can get work painting homes and mowing lawns the President has boldly envisioned bulking up American's health by vigorous weight lifting supports. The cheapest bulk weightlifting can be done in China so he will cut the old way of muscle building and privatize weightlifting contracts to China and the Taliban thus ending the problem of war expenses fighting the Taliban.
The President built up his bowling scores by having a bowling alley constructed in Beijing and employing the Red Army's best amateurs to throw several lanes a day. His scores improved remarkably and he now bowls a perfect 300.
I have considered suggesting that the 1000 airport passenger screening devices in the budget be upgraded such that they provide free mammograms and other cancer scans for all passengers, yet with the new Chinese weight-lifting regime and development of a moon base by not building a moon base but instead going for research until the Enterprise can be built with a Captain Kirk quantum computing robotic-Captain at the helm downloaded with President Obama's memories and lawyerly skills the need for free passenger tumor body screening to seek out and destroy subcutaneous bags of bomb materials on timers is not needed. Neither is it necessary to build on the moon and let everyone have the opportunity to build space-ships, employ Haitian crew and do scientific research of their when it can all be given to the world's richest corporatists and communist united in the common goal of letting Harvard alumni rule the world.

The Obama budget blow-up of N.A.S.A. return to the moon to build a space port funding--the John F. Kennedy memorial space-port on the moon-is another tragedy for the U.S.A. and for world prospects of democracy on Earth and around the solar system An assassin's bullet felled the young J.F.K. but the people kept the dream alive--now President Obama seeks to kill the Kennedy dream of Americans on the moon for good.
The grassy knoll for the Moon space-port--the Texas Book Repository awaiting passage of the budget bill underneath on the street--is now under the control of the U.S. Congress--won't they stop the assassin's bullets from felling the dream of J.F.K. and Americans on future U.S. space-port jobs on the moon?

More Americans are economically stimulated by high frontier Kennedyesque moon construction than in defense spending on shoddy, ill-planned wars. The Vietnam War was a comparatively bad investment for America compared to the Apollo program--now the President seeks to overturn that 1960's legacy and kill the return to the moon space-port Kennedy and invest trillions in war against box cutter highjacker specialists---that is dumb economic leadership.

Future Haitian astronauts will have a better chances of reaching the J.F.K. space-port if it is an American outpost welcoming all instead of a 5 star Hotel for race of ruling Zarathustrain supermen, super-women ans super-gender neutral or transformative citizens of Planet Davos.
