Democrats’ Social Pork Technology Failed to See Lisa on the Horizon

 Like ships passing in the night echos of prior political eras (41 and 46) the triple B’s pf Presidents past and present juxtaposed aspects of dubious temporal zeitgeist deleteriously. The build back better plan arrived like a cloud of flies on dead meat; the corpus delecti, of the green environmental reform movement that floated President Biden’s boat a year ago. When the word green or environmental show up in contemporary affairs around election time Democrats arrive to take the issue unto-themselves as a spearhead for social programs.

  While honesty is lacking in the use of global warming and green economic reform to camouflage social spending bills that appear suspiciously like pork for constituents, if the build back better (or back biting bitch as 41 bit-coined the triple B term) putsch for inadequacy had poltical ergonomic efficiency it would have dwelt allocating 5 billion bucks or so to buy a single Republican vote in the Senate. That should have been easy.

  Of the initial 3.5 billion dollars in the BBB plan just 500 billion was (appx.) for green tech investments to slow global warming acceleration. That five billion invested in purely green projects for Alaska might have brought Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski around to support the triple B plan in its present reduced size. Select insider politicians have a Boston-Harvard-DC axis of investment kickbacks that sometimes is blind to common sense politics that essentially are alien and external to it.  DC politics preponderantly are a dull kickback of power pork.

 

  Alaska is divided between those that hate government regulation and want to actualize under the pursuit of happiness article of the constitution, the right to launch car to car missiles whenever rodent scholar rage motivates them (as well as getting rid of traffic signals that impede happiness and freedom (like seat belts do too), and those that love government regulation and regulators and want to compel every home owner to have a uniform tori/spirit gate regulator perch on his/her or its property for the happiness of visiting regulators to land upon.

 Alaska has a population of fewer than a million people and many live scattered over a constellation of roadless rural areas. High arctic air pollution might have a stronger effect than mid-Earth air pollution proportionately acting as a catalyst for permafrost melting and release of vast quantities of methane gas into the atmosphere. Investing five billion dollars in fuel cells, wind, solar and geothermal energy production for every Alaskan city with more than 100 people living there might have attracted the Senator’s vote because she is facing an election.

  Her constituents could regard her choice to kill plentiful low cost green energy unfavorably when the temperature is forty degrees below zero and oil stove fuel is running low with exorbitant prices only Boston and San Francisco millionaires and billionaires could find trivial.

 Five billion dollars of spending on home energy with green refueling locally is preferable to some paying oil companies cash forever that would be better spent on food and warm boots.

  Alaska’s government following Jay Hammond, with the exception of Steve Cowper, was usually uncreative and reliant upon oil sales revenues to fund itself. One could write suggesting energy and business diversification for decades and Alaska politicians would be like cold stone walls of disregard falling back to their natal streams of reliance on oil revenues to fund state government spending.

  The kind of people elected to government at the state and federal level serve corporatism far more than democracy is at any rate generally toady to corporatism these days. One gets elected to share the rem of oil revenues, public debt, and Wall Street percs.

 

Hyper-sonic missile is 'transformational; once in a generational for war progressives

 New hypersonic missiles that travel from mach 6 to mach 17 have taken center stage recently in the global race to annihilate itself. Fortunately the Chinese have joined the Russians in owning the fast and nearly direct fire missiles that can shoot under the radar to hit sitting duck targets defending by anti-ballistic missiles.

These hyper-sonic weapons are a great advance over the old, slow, mirved, marved ballistic missiles of your dad's day that merely delivered high trajectory packages of city incineration and global winter. The hypersonic items can be launched soon from a number of platforms such as submarines and any old sort of surface ship traveling the oceans and possibly even dropped like cruise missiles from an airborne platform in the near future. Thus plenty of boom is promised for everyone without any sort of supply shortages.

Once more global political leadership is making great strides of progress to kill everyone thus saving money and bitcoin on the problem of global warming that has taken a minority portion of the comfort food economic budget of the Democrat party. One can't tax those millionaires or their poor relative millionaire kindred and keep the economy going.

Fix Depleted Yukon salmon fishery with Steelhead and Kokane?

The tragedy of over-fishing Yukon River salmon fishing to the point of the brink of extinction is a natural human fish management course of events. Humans ordinarily over-utilize a resource and through competition and social inertia continue to do so. Rivers are especially easy to over-fish in regard to salmon that obligingly return to their ancestral rivers from the sea every few years making them prey for nets put in their path. Could land-locked salmon like Kokane and steelhead that re main in the river for life and hence escape the international fishing fleet in the Bering Sea stand a better chance?

I stipulate that I know little about the Yukon or salmon fishing there. I live about 700 miles away in Wrangell Alaska about fifteen miles from British Columbia. The only pro fisheries guy I knew was from Argentina and studied in a graduate program at the University of Alaska at Juneau. Therefore I am just suggesting the creation of steelhead and Kokane hatcheries along the Yukon designed expressly to replenish the emptying out of the river from Bering Sea over-fishing. I got a couple of undergraduate degrees yet never could afford that graduate degree I wanted to be an educator in East Africa or Eastern Europe so I generate some ideas that aren't pro career stuff now and then.

In theory (a philosophical theory rather than a graduate of fisheries theory) nature abhors a vacuum. If salmon that formerly dominated the Yukon are gone something else might or even should replace it. Rather than flooding the river with a sort of fish less desirable than a salmonid, the good human policy of intervening to synthetically balance nature (they habitually unbalance the natural balance) might be applied.

Sure the Yukon would be a cold place to have a fish hatchery with the annual hard freeze. Maybe some sort of geothermal heating of water enough to keep the hatchery waters from freezing within an indoor ecosystem along the river would work. Maybe geothermal heating could be used to generate electricity as well.

A Yukon River stuffed to the gills with salmonids, albeit smaller than king salmon, could be a good subsistence harvest for humans and returning kings as well.

Leftengnat Blip Von Bonzo’s Wind Egg Infrastructure Plan

 The artist formerly known as Xyphoid Process obtained learned of a Von Bonzo report unreleased to the public and released it for publication…

   Leftengnat Edgerton Von Bonzo said recently that some progress has been made on advancing his wind egg infrastructure bill through congress. Specifically, the goose egg gambit was referred to the special secret sauce committee for a party-line vote of approval as a rider on the Human Prison Infrastructure bill that has space for numerous Eleatic amendments.

 Wind egg human infrastructure investments economically and efficiently advance nothing physical and are confirmed to have no immediate harmful environmental consequences, beside being less filling, tasting great, sugar gluten free.

 Rotting, decaying national physical infrastructure can be addressed in a separate, smaller bill that will enable roads and bridges for the upgraded Model T fleet to remain internationally competitive for the remainder of the century when another, physical infrastructure bill will be required to keep America great.

 A perpetual revolution sending waves of human infrastructure bills, animal infrastructure bills added to the environmental protection agency, alien infrastructure bills needed to make illegal alien in-migration great again and to fast track illegal aliens to citizen status skipping over the cruel and unusual racist, xenophobic bigotry of requirements for legal resident status before the freeway to citizenship occurs, wealth infrastructure bills, abstract infrastructure bills for making higher education great again, human and government infrastructure revolution bills to the people directly with full support from the High Court of Human Infrastructure.

 It was recently discovered in select, elite infrastructures of haute education that infrastructure is actually asuffix, and if attached to any sort of (variable) object confers to it the concept of being real, solid and with gravity.

 Experiments with infrastructure as a preposition confirmed the finding that wind eggs if given the suffix of infrastructure can receive support from fifty-one percent majority of people responding to a survey question about the acceptability of congressional infrastructure wind eggs in the poll.

 The Leftengnat confided there have been hints of a discovery that infrastructure may work as a prefix in an adverbial sort of way; not only in the shadows a hidden universe, to briefly parse the notion, for sometimes a great infrastructure, tides rolling in, ships rising in the harbor, just to watch them roll away again evolves an infrastructure of poetic infrastructure even Wall Street can happily view as a good investment.

 Leftengnat Bonzo said the outrageous and crass suggestion that the Congress should hire a cluster of thirty brilliant engineers, ecological economists and scientists to produce the best possible ideas they can of what they would spend 3.5 trillion dollars on to modernize and upgrade the nation’s physical infrastructure is inappropriate and plain dumb like the stupid scientists and engineers.

 Infrastructure, said the Leftengnat, is not supposed to make the nation a faster, better, cheaper and more ecologically efficient place to manufacture goods or services that bring a competitive edge over the world. Conceding business would find the U.S. a better place to produce in spite of the higher cost of labor, foreign entities would just try to just try to emulate the infrastructure like trans-continental hyper loops and super-conducting lines inside underground liquid hydrogen carrying pipelines spake the Leftengnat. Building things foreign nations would catch up to in a few decades, the Leftengnat said, is obsolete, regressive, reactionary and replete with infrastructure of stupidity that probably would make everyone, everywhere, miserable.

 The Leftengnat ended the interview saying that it’s bedtime for Bonzo.

 

Blog and Vlogs should be the Vox Populi and Fourth Estate

 Web blogs are the voice of the majority of the people, the Vox Populi . These days free expression of the vox populi is under assault from myriad megalomaniacal organizations and individuals such as the broadcast media. So many people would like to monopolize public political speech and thought bending it to conform to special controlling interests .

Perhaps in the past there actually were three ‘estates’ in American democracy. The people, the government and the print media that supposedly expressed the will of the people through publication. Obviously that role became obsolete and evolved into becoming rather repressive occasionally with the rise of Internet blog writing that anyone on Earth in a free society could use for themselves including U.S. citizens.

 The traditional media did not go quietly into that good night and fade away as blogs rose. Obsolete print and broadcast media forms of business clung to any gambit and lever possible to remain relevant even as their monopoly of public expression ended.

  The rich too that has enjoyed a cozy relationship and corner on the media market ownership neither were content with the appearance of the Internet vox populi and free public speech for anyone; they crimped down the free speech of the early Internet blogs through acquisition and control of web sites. Large corporations that grew from small beginnings hosted web sites that began to divide and conquer free speech and blogs under the rubric of moderating content.

  During the centuries of monopoly of public speech the print media enjoyed followed later by the broadcast media after invention of radio about a century ago, anyone that wanted to rule others could just get into the media without needing to be elected.

Power of the media in the old days wasn’t as blatantly repressive or controlling as in the present era when its value fell into decline and quality was debased, yet it provided an unelected means for publicized speech.

  The U.S. Government does sometimes lack modernizing competence for upgrading how laws written in and for prior times and culture are applied today, and may fail to respond to existential political challenges too regularly with the fast pace of change. It should be seeking ways to actualize and upgrade democracy and national sovereignty. Democracy needs to be defended against media monopolies that attack private citizen blogs and bloggers; cliques of networked goons that repress free speech where they can as yap dogs of corporatism. The government needs to defend the new vox populi; internet blogs from corporate censorship and control. Corporations should not be the only place where poor private citizens can publish or have their material not simply disappear as corporate apparachiks deem amusing.

  The U.S. government should recognize the value to a democratic society of free speech and blogger blog independence, integrity and longevity. Citizen free speech publications should not be subject to the whims and vagaries of corporations and political party partisans working for them.

 The argument is made that private interests own the free speech platforms and have the right to censor them, and that is true. That is why the government should add blogging of the people as a fundamental, inalienable and necessary right for the citizens of a free society and create a platform and server providing space hosting for every citizen with a social security number a permanent, no problem or censorship  blog and dat storage area publicly viewable with the account holders permission per item. The material should be available and secure for life.

  If the vox populi is secure, corporations that own internet sites should be more motivated to make their sites more serviceable and trustworthy instead of treacherous. Some writers have had their web blogging sites disappear many times, or have been censored or banned too often with their material deleted.

Understandably there is great resistance to allowing a secure vox populi to arise and remain that could voice political opinions antipathetic to concentrated wealth special interests and corrupt political elite’s will-to-power or monopoly and ownership of free speech venues to tame them.  Maybe it is still not too late in the day to fix the problem. Even journalists (a very quaint, anachronistic term) might down-size and adapt to a Vox Populi role themselves in small professional high-quality investigative and think tank research units that publish their information for-profit not as rivals, but as new developments of the Vox Populi of the people as the voice of the people not as the third, but as part of the second estate; the people of the United States that have returned the voice of the people to the people.

Will Covid 19 vaccines be like annual flu vaccines in the future?

  I wonder if Covid 19 vaccines will be need every year somewhat like flu shots. If so that would present challenges to vaccinating the world population.  If there are different and new versions of lethal Covid each year that would require some kind of new apparatus for prophylaxis, planetarily speaking.

Kant, the Higgs Field and Swarms

 The philosopher Immanual Kant wrote the Critique of Pure Reason and elucidated  sundry terms and concepts therein that remain useful philosophically speaking. Sartre too created many useful words and phrases in his tome Being and Nothingness. Each philosophers terminology present useful ways for describing the relationship of the Higgs field's 3-d mass in relationship to the two-dimensional massless particles that exist theoretically outside the Higgs field and journey into it to be slowed down and acquire a third dimension regarded by humanity as mass.

It is somewhat amazing to realize that mass is a secondary characteristic that epiphenomenalizes in the Higgs field having no independent existence in-itself as might be said of the Higgs field or of massless particles and fields not within the Higgs field. One might wonder if information created within the phenomenal Higgs field is a kind of virtual information too; and if the loss of information when the mass conversion of the Higgs field turn off is a violation of the laws of conservation of information far worse that Shannon entropy (actually total).

The human experience of mass and energy are phenomena. Alternatively, the information of massless particles before they enter the Higgs field should I believe be included within the noumenal realm of Kant's terminological coinage. Kant considered knowledge that cannot be known by humans as noumena, as opposed to phenomena that can be known or experienced. Modern physics has historical explained phenomena with deeper understand sending the demarcating line between the phenomenal and the noumenal farther away from ordinary experience and perceptions and to join with the realm of meta-physics (greater physics).

One might wonder of the boundaries of the noumenal realm of massless energy not slowed down within the Higgs field.  The range and extent of the noumenal is quite unknown and by definition unknowable...it simply recedes in the distance while human knowledge chases after the edge it can never attain.

How far into the future human knowledge will be able to manage its own affairs on the Earth and not be taken over by an artificial intelligence isn't certain either. Since economics advanced beyond the little house on the prairie with men and women working their own micro and macro economic works and moved into post-modern social organizations and networking for clusters of collectives, klans and various Venn diagram member element ad hoc allied interest groups economic management has become more complex. One might wonder if the complexity of social swarms, trading in dark pools, digital currencies and devaluing individual human integrity will require an artificial intellect to fully understand in the near future. People cannot even fix the environment of the planet they live on so immersed in swarms of social, virtual economic reality as they are.

Democrat's Great Raid stalled in Congress

 The Democrat Party's four and a half trillion dollar great raid has stalled in Congress with Democrats fighting amongst themselves. There are two kinds of meaningful infrastructure that refer to physical infrastructure that are plain in the present circumstance; traditional and green. The fake label 'human infrastructure' was conjured up to put the party's L.S.D. platform through in a great raid on the treasury. L.S.D. in the party lexicon refers to the Liberal Socialist Democrat faction.

 An honorable government works better in the long run than a dishonorable one with a myriad of fake names and labels, pass it to find out what's in it bills and various sorts of flummery to send pork to favorite special interests. Too many dishonorable government policies actual do add up to a bent and deleterious national course over time. The broadcast media have been especially helpful in conditioning government and the public to forked tongue slight of hand trickery so the government is not entirely alone.

When one compiles dishonorable federal policies of the past half century it is fairly weighty. Thirty four trillion dollars of public debt requiring more than a trillion annually to pay the interest is just bad policy. Good policy would work toward a balanced budget that eliminates federal debt. Bills through Congress should be accurately named. Social service bills should be categorized as social services rather than as infrastructure. Confucius began his career with the rectification of names- that venerable honesty in labeling paradigm continues to have merit.

The trillion dollar traditional infrastructure should just go ahead. Then a 2 trillion dollar soley green infrastructure bill should be passed. After that would be the time for a billion to increase taxes on the rich followed by a social services bill. Honest government does not need to trick or force every measure upon the populace nor should it seek to do so.

I should mention that someone should include a budget to create a scientific council and study group to find a way to make those millions of miles of U.S. heat absorbing asphalt highways heat reflectors ot collect photons for electrical power. New intelligence can be useful.

Is the Von Biden Green Infrastructure Plan from the 2020 Campaign Dead?

 Democrats seem to have used a bait and switch green infrastructure campaign strategy on the face of it. That is, the plan after they got the Presidential job and both houses of congress the real plan seems to be more about constituent pork than environmental reform. Maybe I am wrong about that, yet the 3.5 trillion dollar plan isn't exactly a green new deal. What is it actually?

It may be quite a number of years before another plan to reverse biodiversity loss, eco-degradation and transition to ecospherically sustainable economics makes its way through Congress. Are politicians simply stupid?

Still writing 'Spirit and the Martian Art'

I have continued to work on my science fiction book project. Following is chapter 3 from part two. I had to write some story to support the metaphysical speculation that's an implicit purpose of the book...  

Clip Murderm on assignment from Heneral Scaldeen arrived at the Secretions of the Hidden Universe minutes after Victor Scriabin decimated the ruling criminal council and President Maud Dlib in a devastating explosion at Lobang. He did not tarry at the secretions and continued on through to Lootanburn while the height of the imperial criminal first responders to the obliteration of the Supreme Parole council chamber members delivered a horde of criminals to secure the scene of the disaster.

The exit of the Hexi corridor on Lobang was just minutes away via hypertube from Lootanburn and the Emporium mess he learned of on the hypertube’s criminal news you can use screen. Clip Murderm had left the Hexi just before the status bar of the Hexi changed from green to red. He was cut off from the Hidden Universe and evidently left on his own in the original Universe for the time being.

Murderm realized he was the highest ranking survivor of the Imperial Criminal Empire in this Universe and had the natural right to rule, or believed he did until he was informed via comm link of the distress signals of Heneral Cheryl Scaldeen and Commander Nikrita Kukuk. Murderm knew Scaldeen was higher ranking than himself yet if she was in captivity in this Universe, apparently on the planet Beach of the Dwindling Worlds, the logical implication meant he was indeed acting leader of the Criminal Universe; his Universe at least until he got around to liberating Scaldeen from captivity. He wasn’t in a hurry.

The hypertube depot was near the Emporium. A trio of criminal security personnel assigned to the Supreme Parole where waiting for him.

“Get me Maud Dlib’s aide de camp if he she or it survived the blast and have it at the Emporium annex where I will take charge of this miserable world. Have the head of security waiting too, along with the Lobang cartel’s chief enforcement officer.”

With that order to the leader of the pack of three security officers Murderm asserted his alpha criminal leadership role that he knew he would enjoy playing for the foreseeable future. Even so he realized soberly that it would be necessary to work with vigor to free Scaldeen and Kukuk so he would not appear to have been not trying to do so should they actually be released, escape or broken out of captivity at Beach.

The security officer communicated to the security office to locate and deliver the right people to the Emporium annex. They neared the main entrance of the annex located across the piazza from the Emporium.

Murderm looked askance at the dust in the air, shattered glass and miscellaneous debris from the blast at the Emporium, turned his head and walked inside the annex.

A tall, dark stranger with a menacing look and a missing eye replaced by a micro-computer with full spectrum sensors stood by a gaming table. He said to Murderm walking his way; “Sir, I am McRaegore Lutfist, former aide de camp for the late President of Lobang and countless other realms of profit.”

Great Lutfist; give me a report on the state of affairs Maud Dlib oversaw. In short, what irons did she have in the fire.”

Lutfist said; “The late President had looted the intellectual properties of nearly four thousand worlds and had seventeen thousand active planetary and system projects of infiltration and establishment for the end of looting any worthwhile intellectual properties. Most of the data obtained was consolidated here to Lobang and sent through the Hexi corridor to the High council of criminal elites in the Hidden Universe.”

“Yes Lutfist; and the data there was forwarded unto the alien sponsors of the criminal high council. That practice stops now. All intellectual data will be consolidated unto me for data storage through you. You McRaegore are my new aide de camp as leader of this criminal universe. Regard me as the new Maud Dlib if you will and the high council and aliens as effectively dead.”

“What Sir, if I may ask, about Heneral Scaldeen? She won’t tolerate being second to anyone other than Maud Dlib.”

“McRaegore, she is a captive on the Dwindling World’s planet Beach along with Commander Nikrita Kukuk. That’s why I am taking charge during this interregnum of leaders. I don’t know what has happened with the high council or the aliens; for the present the Hexi and communication with the Hidden Universe or the alien universe isn’t working. I brought a copy of all of the patentable data the aliens got from us though, on a hyper-memory chip. Take it and see if you can find anything useful on it that would enable us to restore extra-universal travel and comms.” Murderm took a hyper-mem chip from a pocket and handed it to Lutfist, who took it.

“One more thing Lutfist. Some of the criminals infiltrating the Dwindling Worlds are dispirited by all of the civil rights developments that have curtailed most physical torture. I want to do something to lift their spirits; so send care packages of wireless torture technology to our cells so they can bring torture that is untracable and unaccountable to the Dwindlings Worlds that all of the paper on the planets can’t stop, and smiles to our loyal criminals.”

“Yes sirpt’ Lutfist replied. He about faced and walked to an administrative area in the corner of the temporary HQ of the criminal empire of the Universe.

When the chief enforcement officer arrived following the head of Emporium security Murderm said; “You are Shung Gnu, chief enforcement officer of the Lobang cartel?”

Shung Gnu nodded his head in agreement.

“The you are my new head of planetary security, and I am the new President of the criminal universe. You’re first task is to reform Emporium security. Cut off the heads of all present Emporium security officers, encase them in clear poured plastic to make paperweights for my new staff here, and establish your cartel gang siccarios as my new Emporium security officers.”

“Shung Gnu obeyed the new order extracting a stiletto sword and slashing off the former chief of the Emporium’s security in the blink of an eye followed by a kata killing the trio of security officers present with a similar decisive slash.

“Ah, evolution is such a lovely thing” president Murderm said. “This place has suites doesn’t it McRaegore?”

“Yes sir; a Vice Presidential suite too.”

“Good McRaegore; that is my new Presidential suite and office for the Universe until we find a better, more suitable accommodation. Send a pack of service women to it with champagne, caviar and smoked grimm meat.”

“Yes Sir” McRaegore replied.

Walking away to the mag-lift Murderm said over his shoulder; “And get the best operator we have to liberate Heneral Scaldeen and Commander Kukuk from Beach. Expedite the insertion of personnel to infiltrate the governments and business leadership of worlds we haven’t started looting of ideas yet. I will be busy for a while. Do not disturb for a couple of hours. Get rolling McRaegore; time’s wasting.”

Building and/or dividing a more(t) (im)perfect union

  A lot of phrases are trite these days; sadly unification is one such word. The nation is a unification of states, the politics may differ. Some politicians would prefer easy to control ants marching together to serve Wall Street and Boston elites while few comprehend what makes good politics. Good politics are good ideas. Politicians that serve the public instead of themselves and special interests find good ideas and express them in campaigns. F.D.R. and R.R. did that.

I should point out that in the U.S.A. today there is great complexity in making correct political analysis for a polity that is badly informed by a biased and/or ignorant, superficial media owned by and pursuing special interest viewpoints. Many political groups have anachronistic or outdated points of view regarding their relationship in regard to other political groups that are sometimes regarded as adversaries. Even if certain objectives were to be achieved by various political interests the result would not be what they expected. Interestingly enough few are able to correlate all of the meaningful viewpoints, prospects and interests within a working order for the overall state of the United States. 

That can apply to understanding real national security prospects for the future too, with foreign affairs running hot and cold in regard to dangers and opportunities together. Some of the filters for viewing and interacting with foreign concerns are contingent on which element of domestic politics it relates to. The United States today isn’t too complex to rightly process politically, it is just the case that not too many are concerned with the way the overall state of national affairs proceeds and instead place blind faith not in God, but in Wall Street and theories about capitalism that are as hoary as theories about socialism.

One may select party candidates that are right and proper persons with bad ideas. The U.S. marketplace wants candidates that are unblemished and that can be sold without returns or complaints to consumers. Ideas for political platforms are secondary and at any rate need be subordinated to the political correctness test of what helps concentrate wealth and peonize and subjectivize citizens. The rich control of mass media and social media assure repression of dissenting ideas; any political thought not recognized to support either the left version of Wall Street or that of the right.

Plainly Vice President Harris could use a new speech writer who comprehends honor and military service, valor and courage as well as the non-harm, anything goes, satisfy everyone that isn’t to the right appeal to the left. She may be the Presidential candidate for the Democrat party in 2024 should aging Joe Biden decide to retire to Golden Pond (not the one in Wisconsin) and fish the Chesapeake Bay. The Vice President’s apprenticeship four years should bring her to a ready condition sufficient to give the public confidence enough to elect her providing the Republicans run another plunder the environment candidate without charisma or good political ideas.

V.P. Harris should recognize that her party is the party of division in pursuit of a one-party system. Reinforcing illegal immigration and bilingualism does not support unification. Neither  do abortions, homosexual marriage or cutting taxes on the rich as did President Barrack Obama.  Her party divided even itself over the second infrastructure bill. Apparently throwing out the election plans for green, sustainable economic infrastructure, Speaker Pelosi has sought to force another pass it to find out what’s in it mega-bill of 3.5 trillion dollars through in order to give free day care to illegal aliens and others perhaps. Great potential for division and none for unification. Even with the support of Chief Justice Roberts, Democrats monomaniacally pursue policies that divide the nation in the long run as they downsize the white male element of the nation.

Basically there are two good and necessary ideas for a uniting the populous of the  United States in the long run.

1) Secure borders with a vast salt-water desalinization canal along the Mexican border piping up saltwater to Deming New Mexico to let it flow downhill  east and west making millions and millions  of gallons of freshwater with sunshine, evaporation and condensation for the U.S. southwest. Keep citizenship meaningful, Provide green economic help to foreign nations rather than flooding the U.S.A. with cheap labor.

2) Green economic infrastructure for sustainability with a guarantied minimum income, 60% income tax on the richest 1% and free college tuition including graduate school Free enterprise should prevail though incentives should be given to businesses that synergize ecospheric resource sustainability.

Most policies of both major parties downsize existing American and work to demote them to peon-subject status employed by global corporations in cooperation with  Chinese communist party elites. Billionaires invest globally and are fundamentally transnational characters. Without a secure polity, the people are divided by rich control of borders, language, culture and ethnic composition demographically. The nation that they would mold into mob of sworn to blindly follow wealth in fact live as meaningless proles  reduced through dope, homosexuality and atheism into mindless consumers unconcerned with traditional family units.  

The policies of division are requisite for the conquest of Americans by plutocrats. Unity requires respect for God and political consensus to find ways to let people be free without forcing their particular way or preferences upon others. An enlightened electorate of intelligent citizens able to encounter ideas in a marketplace of ideas should be the most effective way to address the challenges presented by demographics and environmental over-use and abuse.

A brief history of how the U.S.A. got to its present state of disunity should include a sketch of the problems with U.S. leadership since the Reagan administration.

President George H.W. Bush inherited the Reagan legacy of federal debt and budget deficits and the end of the Cold War following the Red Army withdrawal from East Germany in January 1989. If 41 had been re-elected perhaps the problems might have been avoided. 41 was a phi beta kappa in economics; his problems were in his primaries and the media attitude toward him. NPR joked of french maids in Nova Scotia and Pat Buchanan ads seemed to imply some sort of Bacchanalian revelry with leather clothing, whips and chains. 41’s relationship with spokesman Marlin Fitzwater were regarded in the same vein as that of Monica Lewinsky and President Bill Clinton. None knew if it was factual.

Democrats ran a slew of candidates in 1992. Either John or Bob Kerry would have been good Presidents. Instead Democrats choose the media favorite Bill Clinton in 92. The Clintons bent U.S. politics until the present with unwillingness to stay off the stage.

President Bill burned a Christian sect at Waco on the 52nd day of a siege inadvertently helping elect President Bush 43  in 2000. Bill Clinton’s Lewinsky affair shattered respect for the Oval office and set an example for loose social morals and public lying for cover-ups that has since become routine. Probably people didn’t really believe Donald Trump’s denials of sexual impropriety with a dozen or more women; it was just that he ran against the rather detested and distrusted Hillary Clinton in 2012  who was herself believed to be a consummate lying lawyer ala’ Lady Macbeth. 

Hillary Clinton’s campaign in effect defaulted victory to Donald Trump- the Genghis Khan of American environmental plundering. The Hillary preseidential obsession reminded some of the division with an ax the way that Sen Edward Kennedy elected Reagan by running against and wounding President Carter in the 1980 Democrat primary. Sen Edward Kennedy developing brain concern and dying from it later seemed to take up rather crazy policies during the 1990s increasingly until he finally died. Kennedy and Clinton destroyed any semblance of political unity in the United States. Neo-imperialists are rarely the best or the brightest people with great leadership ideas.

During the Clinton administration Anglophilism raged with Bill Clinton promoting British Thermal Units in conservation jargon and the Youth-knighthood-states being common media lingo equal in quantity to that of sharing rem. President Bill’s Lewinsky troubles helped promote the Newt Gingrich era in Congress of an (illegal) contract with America approach to politics during the 90s. Cutting taxes and promoting irrationally exuberant growth became de rigeur almost unto the present, except for slumps from Covid 19, the 2008 derivatives and home mortgage crisis and the 2000-1999 twin towers and cyber-tech crises.

President Bush 43 lied or deceived the nation about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq as a reason to go to war. He said that rebuilding Iraq would cost 50 billion dollars; the cost would add several trillions present and future dollars to US public debt. Because President Bush 43 benefited politically from the war as the Democrat intifada ended along with the Twin Towers people suspected some high-level perfidy was involved. Apparently 43 had an oil company that Osama Bin  Ladin or a close relation invested in. 

Osama was apparently allowed to escape from Torah Bora  with a tardy Pentagon delivering a dud BLU 72  bomb to his cave. He sheltered in Pakistan where President Obama reeled him in on the 10th anniversary of 9-11 before the shelved item became spoilt. President Bush 43’s inept handling of the economy with prolific spending and no-bid contracts for Halliburton in Iraq seemed to lead to the 2008 financial crisis that was in part blamed on President Clinton’s policy of compelling financial corporations to spend on loans for housing, yet derivatives were a clever instruments designed, I believe, by quants employed by elite brokerages and banks.

People were much relieved to have President Bush 43 gone from office, and Hillary Clinton running in 2008 helped get the fast-tracked Harvard product Barrack Obama elected to the White House to usher in every wacko leftist policy of benefit to Harvard and Wall Street. He made Bush II tax cuts and vast federal deficits permanent twisting arms to do it when not appoint Harvard alumni to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The balancing of the federal budget that was a major campaign issue as late as 1992...it became lost afterwards generally with supply-side economics and the concentration of wealth. Perennial deficits became default annual choices for both parties. Deficit hawks perished The only exception was the final year of the second Clinton term when Congressional Republicans owned the disgraced President and had their way with budget cuts to the poor. 

Now the nation is politically splintered; the traditional middle class being replaced by cheap foreign workers and other politically elements compliant to the rich. Legal and illegal immigrants generally are more politically compliant with sinecured middle class sponsors. The federal debt that may reach 34 trillion in 2022 if the second Pelosi infrastructure bill goers through, and it will generate the effect of displacing real ecological reform that would discomfort the economic structure of established wealth.  Arnold Toynbee noted that an inability for an established economy to change is one of the prime causes of the fall of civilizations. An environment in decline and numerous foreign threats that cannot be easily remedied for a  divided national culture satisfactory to the wealthiest brings gloom to some unhappy party sitting on a dock o’the bay..

Democrats may have bluffed green infrastructure plans in 2020 election

One might wonder if the Democrat party and presidential candidates used global warming and the green reform agenda as a lever to get elected with a plank many independents care about, and nothing more. The infrastructure bills put forward by Nancy Pelosi do not remotely approach green economic reform. Instead they disingenuously invented human infrastructure worth 3.5 trillion dollars with green concerns getting short shrift. If the democrats did not believe that global warming, mass species extinction and the degradation of the planetary ecosphere were serious enough to develop a new green economic infrastructure with a basket of economic reform and infrastructure measures worth 3.5 trillion dollars why did they pretend it was during the election cycle? 

 If Democrats do not presently use their majority power in Congress and with a party leader as President, when might they go about getting that done if they eventually decide that returning the planet’s ecosphere to a healthy and sustainable footing is necessary? If they don’t get something done now that meets the challenges faced by the nation, and lose the Congress next year or the Presidency in 2024 would they expect Republicans to get their work of green reform done for them? The failure of Von Pelosi leadership to adequately address the national need for green infrastructure reform might just doom the next ten years politically to failure to halt the decay of the nation’s ecosphere. 

Sure Democrats will have added several trillion dollars of public debt and brought day care in a decaying world along with dental care for the elderly able to afford Medicare payments each month. There are numerous social challenges including health and basic income, secure borders and foreign economic reform toward sustainability that should be dealt with in separate bills. Conflating them with the national green infrastructure reform agenda is simply very bad sense. The cupboard may be bare to pay for the extrinsically necessary green reform when the vital bill is due (it seems presently overdue). It may be good to have good teeth in a dying world; yet dental and medical care for the very poor should be handled in a medical and dental bill, as should day care, rather than in an infrastructure bill. 

The very rich own most of the businesses that produce global warming in the U.S.A. It is the rich that lead the way on indifference to ecosphere decline, so it would be quite reasonable to tax the rich and Wall Street to pay for ecospheric and atmospheric recovery; creating a sustainable approach to human interaction with the ecosphere cannot well be put off until the dawn of some future hypothetical Utopian age of congressional intelligence and wisdom. Not only does a falsely named infrastructure bill fail to meet the challenge of ecosphere and atmosphere decline with a vigorous reform response of economic infrastructure, it creates a bias against talking about infrastructure bills in the future since the name is a rubric for splurging upon omnibus packages for Democrats that don’t remotely address the serious existential threats to human and other mammalian biological life on Earth. 

Democrats with the baloney infrastructure bill will make Republicans unlikely to be interest much in future ‘infrastructure’ discussions that lead to shopping sprees without adding working, innovative infrastructure even legislatively without much spending. There may be many here among us who feel that the Democrats’ plans for infrastructure to meet ecospheric challenges are but a joke of election time deceit.

JFK, FDR, Dwight and Herbert Hoover Got Infrastructure rolling

 Dams, bridges, interstates, the Apollo Program, T.V.A., electrification; those Presidents had the ability to get large scale infrastructure rolling in a way that others did not. The smaller Biden infrastructure plan is the basic; what is absent is large scale water making for the west, infrastructure for moon science and technology labs and the regreening of American with new zoning ideas to integrate wilderness and wild habitat with human habitat. Adding trillion of public debt without getting the job done presents a great opportunity cost; what future bill and debt would be needed or affordable to make up for the dubious 3.5 trillion bill gorging its way through the house?

Why Is President Biden so weird about Afghan exodus

 I don't understand why President Biden has so much trouble getting an orderly withdrawal from Afghanistan. He has A-10s, B-52s and Predators with hellfire missiles available to create safe exit zone around Afghanistan for Americans and others. Instead it seems as if he has taken the Barbara Streisand defense leadership course  (I like Barbara yet would choose her for a security guard in a rough neighborhood).

If some sort of blood letting follows the weak looking U.S. exit and lots of Afghans are slaughtered the President will really have a political price to pay, in addition to the loss of life. Sometimes assertiveness counts. The way it looks you would think the Taliban and Isis K are the super-power.

A B-52 carries 70,000 pounds of ordinance for creating safe exit zone around Afghan airports. Perhaps a perimeter circling airfields carpet bombed for a distance of three miles at several locations would permit careful ingress of Afghans seeking to flee that nation before stoning or beheading. Ospreys could lift some Afghans a short way to 3rd countries until they could arrive in the U.S.A.

Russians might have expected some U.S.-Taliban argument about extended the evacuation date and withdraw some of their people from Kabul already. Maybe obliterating the Presidential palace would help urban reconstruction for the Taliban since they won't have a President. What is wrong with Mr. Biden anyway? A simple plan to create safe zones with proper warning to Afghans to evacuate impacted neighborhoods might be a reasonable step to create a safe exit revision plan.

Afghans are pretty good, tough people, get as many as possible for U.S. immigration

 One good side of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan fiasco is that Afghans are very good people that would make good U.S. citizens. The Biden administration should get serious about brings two or three hundred thousand to the U.S. and settle them in California.

  Afghanistan is a tough part of the world these days. I suggested years ago that the U.S. should establish old Spanish style fortifications there that are very safe places for soldiers to reside while backing up the native army for 50 years or so like we have in Germany because of the "'Russian threat" presumably. Alternatively the U.S. doesn't want to seem like a colonial power so 20 years may be the limit of working to create a safe zone for everyone in central Asia.

 The Taliban with a new and improved army well supplied by the Biden administration will be better at self-defense for thirty years or so and will even have an air force with helicopter pilot training presumably donated by former Pakistani pilots. Maybe the Taliban will defrappe Chinese expansion when they aren't on the Chinese payroll. perhaps China will regard the Sea of China as an easier spot to build islands in order to claim shallow verdant waters that actually belong to several nations without adequate militaries to defrump Chinese expansion.

The Taliban could get off to a good start if it allows a few hundred thousand of its people to exit and help them get to nations that want them unlike Turkey, Greece and Russia. The Talibani could seem more civil, modern and willing to work on good large projects with shovel-ready jobs like build a high speed rail from the Indian Ocean to Russia should all parties want anything like that, and have the dollars to build it.

Is banning requisite mask wear in schools equal to requiring kids to get Covid 19 Delta?

 Because there were reports that Covid 19 causes subtle brain vessel rupture in the brain stem it seems wrong to nearly require school kids to be exposed to Covid 19 in public schools in Texas, Florida and Alabama. Maybe the governors of those states ought to reconsider their efforts to sicken school children that might need some goading to wear a mask in school instead of robbing a liquor store or burglarizing a home as some kids in Florida reportedly have tried on occasions.

Why is it that some state governors seem to be from the bottom of the barrel on intelligence yet do so well? Is that a union kind of thing. Not that the U.S. Government or yippee weather radio gets anything right; not even same day wind direction forecasts like as not. The stupidest thing about  Obamacare or food stamps is that they aren't administered like federal program with services valid in all the states without requiring that poor people change their state of residence to get the state officials to believe they live there. Programs that are designed for the sedentary and established jst don't work so well all of the time for the poor that need to travel seasonally in order not to freeze, or get heat exhaustion or to find a job.

Sickness can occur in a human regardless of what state one is living or travelling in, and hunger can also occur if one goes to another state to look for a job for six weeks. Some bureaucracies require six weeks for a coffee break.

Relying upon state governments to deliver federal programs is simply stupid in the modern era wear people don't use horses to get around so much as they used to. The Von Pelosi extorion plan to lever 3.5 trillion dollars for a simple 1 trillion dollar infrastructure plan to pass seems dubiously ethical as well; it might be better to give a $3000 stimulus to all poor adults earning below federal poverty level than to just dump pork to special interests. It might be a lot cheaper and more fair. Why not eliminate income tax and sales tax for anything solar or wind power related as well instead of filtering progress through some lame federal program probably dumbed down by state governors.

Fall of Kabul and the art of the deal

 With the fall of Kabul now inevitable one might wonder what President Trump would have made of his negotiations with the Taliban to end the conflict in Afghanistan. President Biden simply let the U.S. military exit and the Emirate of Afghanistan move in with raising a fuss.

President Trump was fairly skillful at negotiating internationally and it is thus ponderous as to what he would have actually done with Afghanistan if he had been re-elected. Mr. Trump tended to drive hard bargains with fair results. It is somewhat challenging to believe he would have been so limp-wristed as President Biden in effect repeating the U.S. exist from Vietnam.

The 2020 election was a choice between Charybdis and Scylla and it was reasonable to abstain from voting. President Trump rated a D grade on his Covid 19 leadership and an F on environmentalism while President Biden leads the immoral political choices of democrats and a globalism that downgrades the U.S.A. and traditional family structures.

It may be that the Afghan army simply went the way of the Taliban without much of a fight when faced with the choice because western elite values of homosexual marriage were ludicrous to expect to be favorably regarded in a conservative Muslim nation. So it may be that President Biden used a kind of hard pragmatism regarding long term prospects for U.S. interests in that part of the world. perhaps a future Supreme Court decision will realize that marriage really is a heterosexual event and rectify the abomination of the Robert's court; homosexuals can make a legal encumbrance for themselves if they wish comparable to that of matrimony. Less usurpation and more reasonable legislation with the consent of the governed would have been a better example to set for a polarized nation divided along party lines, or even deeper, along a line of those that support real democracy and equal political rights, political pluralism and free speech, secure borders, a good ecosphere in recovery and those that don't.

To work to change Afghan society for two decades and then drop the exposed coldly when some practical military fortifications and security help to the Afghan government was possible makes me wonder what the values were that made the deal of giving the Taliban everything they want was.

Does the D.C. political scene expect a warlord to emerge to challenge the Taliban. Are warlords even morally qualified for U.S. support. Did the U.S. in homogenizing an Afghan military so centralize it was to erase the prospects for warlords to arise? Will the military equipment the U.S. gave to the Afghan government and the military training not go largely to the Taliban? There are numerous questions one might consider if it is not really practical to ignore the Taliban, wish them good luck for a happy a prosperous reorganization of that nations and just go about passing a half trillion dollars of day care in order to let more people work for Wall Street while their progeny are indoctrinated by the party.

Global warming, social network censors and politics as usual

 The recently released U.N. climate report isn't anything that wasn't already known. In his book 'The Final Warning' James Lovelock- the author of the Gaia hypothesis said that it is already to late to save the planet from becoming preponderantly desertified and people should be planning to live like African ants in large hives. He wrote that the U.S.A. would largely become a desert and just a few places would be green. What is obvious is that in spite of happy Biden administration comments about the optimism they have to overcome challenges, the nation is as likely to respond to the challenge of global heating as well as it has to Covid 19 or actually, less so.

Politicians are largely not competent to design an ecological economic reform policy. The Biden administration is perpetrating another Vietnam flight phenomena in Afghanistan and perhaps rightly so since it is an advocate for the extremely divisive homosexual agenda and homo marriage policy that motivates Muslims to attack the symbols of decadence and depravity. The rich own the broadcast media that is a sycophant for corporate expansion globally and a corrupter of democracy subverting independent political developments as well as social media censorship and manipulation of search engine listings.

The Democrat Party under Speaker Pelosi has become a one-party system to the limit of its ability forcing every issue possible without consent from opposition. A half trillion dollars for day care may reduce global warming and mass extinctions of course, and the moon may provide green cheese for all chess analysts to munch on, yet if that doesn't work how will 4 or 5 trillion dollars of additional debt fix global warming?

Perhaps the Von Musk move to Mars program is the one idea that works that may actually provide a refuge for the most rich to retreat to if a natural final solution of planetary war to solve an intractable political issue with irrationality happens...this time the irrational final solution would be mass human decimation through biological war. Luckily the world's a test tube of biological PhD experimentation with so many recent graduates. Surely the excellent politics one has experienced since the Reagan administration left office will give everyone a reason for hope, soma, and happy drugs to ignore the problems. I am not optimistic about the world's prospects for avoiding critical blunders and the common irrational method of default politics when rationality doesn't work. I wish people ordinarily were smarter than they are; maybe they can be more like the Inca building infrastructure on large scale that can solve environmental challenges.
