Slavery Was Business as Usual Globally Until 18th Century

For most of human history slavery was a normal social institution. The practice was not learned in the Americas from Columbus and the Spaniards. Cortez met a peer slave owner in Montezuma who was also accomplished at human sacrifice.

It is difficult today to realize how recently in history slavery was abolished universally except for regions of the Earth where it is surruptitiously exploited as an economic vice on disadvantaged workers. Genoa Italy sent its prisoners to five-year sentences aboard slave galleys with life expectancy about two years in the 17th century. Christopher Columbus was from Genoa.

Tribal reaction against slavery and class exploitation has been severe to when the oppressed overcome the oppressors. Haitian slaves in revolt annihilated all white people on the Island. German Nazi’s in a confused social environment sent to death camps most non-Germans and especially Jews tat were regarded as wealthy trans-national oppressors.

One might look a little farther east and be aware that V.I. Lenin purged from Russia all farmers with more than two cows as wealthy and about five million Kulaks perished in Siberian relocation camps. One could not have expected German communists to be too sympathetic with any Jew with gold.

People never have enough money or power. Rush Limbaugh would never give up his global E.I.B. microphone and become a Christian evangelist in Tibet. The Chinese Imperial Government had their peons, serfs or chattel even until the 20th century trailing behind the liberal Russian Imperial Government in ending their oppressive institution called serfdom by more than a half-century. India and other nandering naybobs of negativism might regard their Imperial overlords-the British as oppressive neo-slavers of a sort right until mid-20th century, yet of course they had their own institution of the caste system to keep the undesirables down economically until quite recently.

Sometimes politics continues as today in the U.S.A. in a broken form incapable of fixing the economy and creating full employment. With more than 1% non-citizens in the U.S.A. a variety of corruptions flourish in employment numbers too high, in elderly people being excluded from social safety nets, in compelling a minority of Americans to pay taxes for the majority and so forth. The middle class and business want to cut spending on the poor to balance the budget. EVen if the poor were to not get their 1.2 billion each year for twelve million cell phones it would not balance the budget when the rich spent billions each month in Iraq just for the hell of it and to give defense contractors income streams.

Because pay phones have been phased out the poor without phones cannot communicate for emergency calls, to be hired by employers or to let the N.S.A. and F.B.I. listen to their ghetto conversations. Cell phone subsidies let the government track down terrorists through a process of elimination. It is not out of the goodness of the heart that the billion dollars is spent on cellular lifeline service.

American slavery was an inherited social institution pre-existing the American revolution of 1776. It is a complete misunderstanding of history not to comprehend that the founders new they could not eliminate slavery right away and instead banned the importation of slaves as soon as the Government was a little stablished in the early 19th century. Eliminating slavery would require a civil war-basically an economic war in 1865.

The Confederate slave owning class-the 1% of its day-was as unwilling to give up property; they regarded slaves as property, as middle class Americans today would be to give up fossil fuel vehicles or pay higher taxes. Human beings have had a universal willingness to exploit to death their fellow man especially when they are not of their own tribe or social class.

Africans first and foremost followed later by Moslems from Arabia and then the Portuguese created slavery in Africa. When the New World was discovered existing American tribes and their slave practices became anachronisms and were dwarfed by European slavery entrepreneurs selling their cargo from West Africa to colonists in the New World.

Gosh, people are rotten.

Rick Santorum; Does He Need a Super PAC to Run Against Barrack, Newt and Mitt?

With three quick primary victories Rick Santorum has better prospects in the Republican primaries ahead that will put up a challenger to President Obama. Rick Santorum has a simple campaign donation web-page, yet he hasn't advertised for a Super PAC such as the President has or that Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich benefit from.

https://www.ricksantorum.com/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1&gclid=CJjKn_73j64CFQ5ihwodXBsdgA

In the lengthy primary trail the candidates have many rivers to cross in the battle to set the political borders meaningfully. Rush Limbaugh who occasionally claims to be a conservative (no conservative would have supported an end of don't ask, don't tell as did Rush Limbaugh). Mr. Limbaugh seems to be an ordinary sycophant for concentrated wealth presenting 'safe-conservatism' as do so many others since the end of the cold war.

I can't believe they have made sweater-vests an issue for Santorum. He should just wear used clothes from the best Phoenix thrift stores and get barbers to cut his hair that cost 5$ to be a trend setter on thriftiness.

Judicial Elites Toss Out California Proposition 8

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has affirmed a homosexual lower court judge's decision to rule that voters haven't a right to define marriage as between two sexes instead of between on sex. Legal fictions are a contemporary fact of life where wealth and power have concentrated through globalization and judicial tyranny may decide law in favor of the rich.

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57372620/court-calif-gay-marriage-ban-unconstitutional/

The decision followed the NFL 'butch bowl contest between two powerful homosexual marriage states; New England vs, New York, with the Giants being the butch victors over the Patriots who as Massachusans are a little tarnished anyway. The President also announced he would accept help from a Super PAC and so perhaps also anticipated some pay back from a happy gay corporate world that devalues individual free enterprise. The Corporate world has purchased so much political influence that individuals are kind of dragged along to rubber stamp candidates conformed to the interests of the rich.

The salient point about the corporate-homo assault upon marriage is that the corruption of civil history was never a necessity to assert the rights of any individuals to have protection from civil abuse. That is, it was necessary to throw out the meaning and phenomena of matrimony in order to put homosexual males living together on an equal footing with pregnant women raising children with a husband who have shared genes to create new, synthetic human beings.

It is simple false that homosexuals must be socially repressed or degraded if they are not regarded as the equivalent of couples sharing pregnancy with traditional reproduction. The basically atheist attack upon traditional families is a way to dissolve the bonds that hold the United States together. In theory when a judiciary becomes consistently corrupt there is no remedy for the people except to end the government and form a new one. Maybe that is in the cards a long way down the road.

The homosexual crowd should have simply established external social welfare policies that make the advantages of marriage superfluous (besides increasing social diffusion of prosperity). They might have also changed contract law and reformed inheritance laws and provisions to enable people not related by blood to have specific rights of inheritance-yet those things exist in some way already and could have been simplified and packaged for the benefit of the perverse.

What Is U.S. Syria Policy? Any Link to R.F.K. Assassination?

What is the U.S. administration's actual Syria policy these days? In the good old days Syria was simple an enemy of U.S. Middle East interests as a foe of Israel and ally of the Soviet Union. Times have changed of course and we are left with the Obama administration policy of fanning the flames of civil war and mass bloodletting.

It is difficult to imagine that the present Syrian Government could simply retire to sailboats and enjoy the afterglow on the golden Mediterranean pond. The Alawites and perhaps Christians too would likely experience the usual sort of purges that follow decades of civil enmity. Maybe it would have the potential for being a former Yugoslavia, yet a regime change and new Sunni Government probably would not treat their former rulers as friends and neighbors. Hafez al-Assad took power in 1970 and his son rules today.

It seems to me as an American rather wicked to drive any nation toward civil war and blood purges even if they can sing it away with 'we didn't start the fire' media prop. The secular Baa’th coup in Syria in 1963 allowed the Alawites to take power. The Sunni comprising 74% of the population are The Alawites probably did not send Sirhan Sirhan to assassinate Robert Kennedy.

True Sirhan Sirhan is Syrian and the Syrians had a regime change in 1963 the year J.F.K. was killed and might have seen it in their stars as good luck (it seems like another weird conspiracy theory though), yet that is probably coincidence alone.

If it isn’t and if there was some sort of hidden Alawite Syrian plot record in the Assad archives probably it will never survive the chaos of fires of the civil conflict ahead that could ensue if the Syrian Government is transitioning through its protracted decline and fall process today.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_Syria

The U.S. Government these days seems to be moving closer toward the kind of New World Order butch hegemony that regards democracy as rule by corporate concentrated wealth elites. Perhaps a Sunni takeover of Syria would end the Iranian influence and weapons trafficking routes to the Sunni Palestinian territories yet it is more likely that it would accelerate the affiliation of the Sunni ((orthodox) Moslem world and the rise of a Sunni Caliphate. Incidentally the word 'Caliphate' means successor. The west too under the Next Bush, Clinton or new corporate pick may emerge as a Caliphate for-itself as time rolls by.

The U.S. State Department has consistently failed to provide the public some sort of insight into what they expect a post-revolutionary Syria, Libya or wherever to be. The public cannot have a blind trust on foreign policy since the protracted Gulf and Afghan nation building. An out of civil control foreign policy is far too costly to the United States itself in lost opportunity for development as it goes into an economic hold pattern in order to support the Defense Contractors.

On that point I wanted to remark on the base realignment and closure round ahead and how if effects Alaska. Some of the state's Congressional delegation want to freeze the F-16 and F-22 deployment locations so the base at Fairbanks can stay open instead of sending it's plains to Anchorage wear they would be closer to intercept Chinese warplanes should they attack. Russia isn't too likely to squadrons of attacking aircraft next year, and it might be more cost effective to establish dog sled racing from Alaska to Moscow and an Alaska-Russia sailing society with lots of ports on the northern littoral instead of war gaming.

Actually it might be fun to have a Moscow to Fairbanks jet aircraft race around pylons each year for civilians including used fighter aircraft. ESPN might televise it and the race could be viewed by satellite as well.

Returning to Syria; It seems probable that an embattled Assad regime will fight to hold on while the Moslem Brotherhood expects N.A.T.O. to intervene eventually in order to have a base closer to attack Iran if necessary in order to defend against Iranian nuclear proliferation. Syria hasn't got oil so that can't be an incentive.

The Government may not be able to support a nice government in every nation around the globe. The means to an end as important as the end for-itself in cases where a lot of civilians perish. Is it a good idea to continue to stimulate a possible Syrian blood bath down the road ahead? Aggressive war is evil, yet aggressive proxy conflict seems to be more acceptable amidst some diplomats. Perhaps the real human costs of change should be evaluated as well as the end. In the future perhaps democratic individualism will be inevitable globally if concentrated wealth and power are set aside by technological diffusion.

Mitt Romney vs. Obama Super Pac: The Matchup

How would Mitt Romney do in the advertising campaign this fall against President Obama and his super PAC?

Since the President has decided to accept unlimited donations from the world or whomever to attempt to buy a second term in office his ethical choices now present a different menu. The President has decided to return large campaign donations from the brothers of a Mexican fugitive charged with Mexican political bribery, assassinations and possibly drug trafficking. That 200,000 dollars is going to be returned to the Cardonas brothers to harmonize with the Democratic Party's highest ethical standard.

The Obama campaign team can count on maybe another billion from vague offshore or extraneous donors that would prefer to have his political style another four years. They would have a tough time matching up with Mitt Romney on two important issues in the advertising war though. Attacking Mitt Romney's record in Massachusetts would attack the constituency of the President's second 'sponsor' state, and attacking Mitt Romney on health care would in effect be an attack on Obamacare.

How would Newt Gingrich fare against the President's billions (presumably including Warren Buffet whose Secretary was given the special seat of honor in the recent State of the Union address)? Newt Gingrich would probably lose the advertising battle with his background in comparison to the Presidents.

Newt Gingrich was one of the primary designers of the 90's flamonomics that built up unto the 2007-2008 banking and home mortgage crisis and is an essential opponent to patching up Wall Street. Mr. Gingrich is also a probably target of pervasive and protracted personal attack by Mr. Obama's homosexual supporters as the butch effort to compel through law a civil rights hegemony over straight males is a preference of many and of some wealthy elites seeking after concentration of wealth, power and the degradation of the common man. Personal attacks instead of reason are the consistent modus operandi of that political vector.

Former Speaker Gingrich's personal ethics vulnerability to counter-propaganda by the Democratic PACs would be a phenomena lasting several months, while a few debates; three or four at most would not provide the Speaker with any compensating decisive advantage able to nullify the advertising defeats. Mr. Gingrich might run against the President's history before he took office in affiliating with various Chicago personalities yet that is to a certain extent old business while the neo-scandal of Mr. Gingrich's past would be as persistent possibly as Edward Kennedy and Chappequidick was in the talk radio egosphere.
