On the Original Name for Africa etc.

It's an interesting topic, that is, the origin of names for what today is called Africa. The name Africa supposedly originated when the Romans named the land after a tribe-possible the Berbers, living in Tunisia who they called the Afri. So Afri-terra or land of the Afris. Apparently Alkebulan, used in the Koran, may have either an Arabic or African origin. It requires research. The word is increasingly popular yet it may be from an old Arabic word 'al-qalb' meaning 'heart or interior'. I would guess that several tribes had their own name for various regions locally. The Bible refers to Africa generally as Cush or Kush. Kush was 'the most powerful kingdom in the nile valley in 1750 BCE". That's pretty early. For a while the Kushites or Nubians ruled Egypt.

Mankind is corrupt with original sin and there isn't a pure society where one may contemplate philosophically and critically spiritual concerns without pressure if one were so inclined. At some point the economic power of the ultra-rich draws many followers to their values that today is more of a decadence, soma and homosexual, trans-genderized, mono-sexual, atheist mileau rather than Christian. Not everyone is chosen to be a Christian; "all are called and few are chosen". If one is just outwardly Christian and not spiritually renewed with the Lord's grace it may not have effective eternal value.

I tried using microsoft's AI Chat for a search of the Koran and it found nothing. Yet it insists that it is the oldest name for Africa. The age of colonization didn't start for about two thousand years after the start of the events in the Bible became recorded. AVRM (Abraham) lived in Ur circa 2000 B.C. before famously wandering to the site that today is Jerusalem. The age of colonization is said to have started circa 1500 with Portuguese in South Africa etc. Yet European people like the Carthaginians and other like the Phoenicians have lived on the North Shore of Africa for a very long time. So they and Alexander the Great's military might be said to have begun an earlier age of Euro-settlement in the region. The history is complex. You may know that the Septuagint version of the Bible- the Jewish Old Testament, was made by 72 Jewish scholars translating Hebrew to Greek in Alexandria Egypt. Jews also lived in Africa while slaves of Egypt. Moses- a Jewish prince of Egypt (the Pharaoh didn't know he was Jewish), led them out of Africa and to the land named Israel presently. One should lose the racism and simply learn history from zillion sources.

Rocket in a Tube for 2025 Anyone?

 Will Trump or DeSantis finally build a nation-spanning rocket in a tube freight transportation system if elected? Elements of Jewish Pre-history

 Ah- you know that Jericho is 10,000 years old and it wasn't populated by faeries and gnomes. Jews (Abraham and party) arrived in the region circa 2000 B.C. more or less. I would guess that archaeologists find evidence of humans in the area going back to at least tens of thousands of years ago. Modern Palestinians though aren't much related to the original people that settled Palestine. The ones like Yassir Arafat that resembled Ringo Starr were comparatively late arrivals from the sea who migrated in waves a little earlier than the Jews arrival, if I recall correctly. The sea peoples attacked Egypt and elsewhere and built a few coastal cities. Jews did war with them after a time, yet it really was Sargon and Nebuchadrezzer's invasions and occupations that beat down the locals solidly as they annexed the area to their empires. Jews were eventually able to move down from the highlands to take control of the lowlands.

I like the timeline since it does ‘resonate’ with the sons of Noah moving out to seemingly mix with and lead existing people living around the fertile crescent. Of course one must believe the flood was just in the lowlands of Iraq (still a large one) and the Ark came to rest uphill in the lost kingdom of Urartu on the highest spot in sight on what might have been a foggy day. In this scenario Noah's sons might have left some genetic evidence with the locals yet it would be rather vague. Abraham and his people could be a remnant of one of those original semi-indigenous peoples.

AI with Philosophical Questions

 AI does scan encyclopedias for existing information yet on philosophical questions they are not capable of much inductive reasoning yet. They tend to be conservative on venturing opinions and regurgitate what's already out there while remaining politically somewhat to the left and inoffensive. I think this sentence would get some criticism and laughs if a human wrote it. AI-"Additionally, the nature of ultimate reality remains a subject of contemplation, speculation, and personal belief rather than empirical verification." It misses the point that things entangled in the Higgs Field may be the ultimate nature of reality- even if its a ram caught in a bush made a substitute for sacrificing Isaac. Ultimate reality is likely to always be a step down from God; and that last step is a pretty big one.

Sartre and Stoicism; Fate and Determinism

 Some might say that the quantum field humans are embedded in, like everything else that exists, determines human actions. Stoics might argue about relative freedom and absolute freedom. Does one would need to be God to be absolutely free? Would God then be free if He had existed from eternity; an unmoved mover, or would He be predetermined to be who He is? I believe stoics might modernize their way of regarding the effect of auxiliary and proximate causes in this fashion- I wonder if Sartre's term 'ossified praxis' that he gave to things like highway signs could be applied generally to semiotic challenges to freedom to exist? A stop sign of course means different things to human powered vehicles like bikes and machine carried people in cars and trucks. A bicyclist must put physical effort in deciding to comply with signs that are primarily made for motor vehicles when none are present. It is comparable to the non-sign for jaywalking on an empty highway instead of walking a mile to find a crosswalk. With a profusion of signs of ossified praxis and aged object in existence an individual must be free to choose which ones he wants to interact with in some way. Sartre also wrote that one always has the ability to just say no to whatever is being demanded of them in communication. Even so, one has the issue of cause and effect such as Hume descried and the paradigm of behaviorism such as BF Skinner developed for human organisms. An individual has certain select degrees of motion- does a fish have freedom not to breathe water? Is it fated to breath water (if it is blessed) and therefor not free because it has some choices it can make in regard to directions to choose to swim? Do humans need freedom in every possible dimension to be free or just a few, or even one or two?

I wonder if causes can be differentiated from the complete complex of compresence; the field in which all things exist in the present, and if the Earth that has a cause, and the sun that warms it in addition to radiological elements in the core, and all things that exist now can easily be categorized into simple causes of a linear sort, or even of a nexus that determine human actions. Causes, being and time, space-time, the Higgs Field and deterministic massless quanta given a third dimension in virtue of being slow and entangled in the Higgs field so they have apparent mass do seem to have a significant element of recognition from sentient minds, and some things like causes seem to exist within the mind; like language, rather than externally in the world.

Responsibility and freedom for choices would in a sense appear to depend on the independence of thought in a Cartesian Meditations sort of way that seems implicit in self-aware reasoning that occurs in a contiguous field of quantum entanglement given the particular conditions humans in societies find themselves in as peers. It seems a dead reckoning and practical criterion for judgment with laws and other formal regulatory ossifications made to serve social convenience rather than to oppress.

Accelerating Expansion of Space-time and Geometry

 I was taking a coursera course on ancient philosophy and especially Stoicism in chapter 5 and found an interesting illustration of a Stoic idea about auxiliary and proximate causes in the context of fate and thought to apply some of it to cosmology. I wonder this;

IS IT COMPARABLE AFTER A FASHION TO THE DIFFERENCE OF A CYLINDER AND SPHERE GIVEN A PUSH? COULD THE INCREASING PACE OF UNIVERSAL EXPANSION BE A RESULT OF GEOMETRY AND TIME RATHER THAN FORCE? GENERAL RELATIVITY DOES INDICATE THE CURVATURE OF SPACE-TIME.

More Bang for the Buck with Enhanced border Security

 The porous border portion in Arizona should be secured with a large berm with solar panels covering the sunny side to charge electric-self-driving patrol cars moving along the top. If one wants double security one could build a pair of canals behind the berm. One would carry salt water piped up with solar powered pumps from the Gulf of California/Sea of Cortez to New Mexico and the continental divide where the salt would be removed through condensation and capture under clear polycarbonate roof panels shaped to collect the water and let it flow to micro-canals on the sides where it is further directed in pipes to the fresh water canal that is underground.

Congress needs to return to the practice of multi-purpose constructs that get more value for the buck and actually improve matters physically when they are invested in and built. The southwest could use more freshwater.

Even so most people aren't convinced they are actually historical likenesses. Jews of the first century A.D. tended not to make images of people because of scripture. It is possible that some of the followers were able to describe the Lord to Gentiles that saw him and they sketched a likeness that made its way to Roman and Byzantine ceilings. EU Wars with Aggressive Racist Expansion to Reel In Ukraine Prize

 The European Union is swollen enough as it is; it has no need to devour all of the former Russian territory named Ukraine in order to grow larger. Europeans did historically have a racist attitude toward Eastern Slavs of Russia viewing them as backward peoples. Yet Russia has loads of resource-rich real estate to devour and enrich Western Europe- hence the history perfidy and war to annex Ukraine for the EU. Western Europe and the American Democrat Party have invested countless billions of dollars to provide weapons of war and cash to one of the most corrupt governments on Earth to keep bodies burning in war in hope of making Ukraine part of the EU.

The United States has made an historical error in backing up EU expansionism. It is rather like that of the French efforts to colonize Vietnam when the United States followed up with a decade of war to attempt to keep Vietnam free. Freedom then meant being a Neo-colony of the west and not aligned with Soviet Communism. Yet the Vietnamese apparently just didn’t want to be a colony of racist colonizers and after the war slowly moved toward a market economy with mixed results. The war probably wasn’t necessary to keep Americans free, and the cost to those involved was very steep.

N.A.T.O. is also very swollen. It has political entities far removed from the North Atlantic as members. Large military alliances tend toward throwing their weight around and that isn’t necessarily good for the United States. Such a large entity will draft the United States with member obligations into conflicts it has no inherent interest in.

N.A.T.O. embers will have dissimilar political interests than those of the United States as well over time and being independent politically may be more difficult.

If the EU wants to expand it might as well look toward Morocco or Algeria; and it would if the southern shore of the Mediterranean were still mostly white as it was during the era of the Carthaginians. Being non-white and Muslim the EU has erected barriers to prevent illegal alien migrants from entering western Europe and has expressed no interest in expansion to the south. Those southern countries might be more willing than Russia to have their real estate become part of the European Union.

Actually if Europeans had good reason they would end the Ukraine war, make peace and rebuild a partitioned Ukraine in partnership with Russia. After a period of a few years Russia could become part of the European Union and that would be the most rational course toward developing a peaceful Eurasia. Russia has a majority Eastern Slav population so war is the policy for the fascists of Europe lustfully eyeballing rich Ukraine farmland.

U.S. Credibility is at Stake as an Enabler of Senseless Wars?

The Associated Press ran an article claiming that "American credibility is on the line" in regard to continuing to throw money down a black hole of war in Ukraine in return for dividing the world economy politically, rebuilding the Cold War, getting hundreds of thousands killed and injured senselessly and driving the world to the brink of nuclear war.

The nation of course has amnesia regarding American credibility in Afghanistan and the precipitous Biden withdrawal disaster that flip flopping leadership of that nation overnight in another Vietnamization instant failure.

The world wants to believe the U.S.A. has consistently stupid leadership engaging in senseless and avoidable wars in order to promote weapons sales and if an administration doesn't continue that policy that Eisenhower warned about the U.S. will loses credibility. Israel Will Continue to Remove Werewolves from the Gaza

 Despite President Biden's remonstrations against Israel completely pacifying the Gaza, and in disregard of the U.N. General Assembly's irresponsible demand for an immediate halt to the conflict in order to give the Hamas a good chance to survive and rebuild its military preparedness, Israel will continue its political reorganization of the Gaza strip until that region is secure and no more a base for war- dishonorable war by the Hamas upon Israel. It isn't very difficult to understand.

In the aftermath of the conflict entirely precipitated by the Hamas (violence) without question the terrorists will go international as once did Yasser Arafat's P.L.O. to wage a terror campaign on Israel. The United States will lack Russian help this round in tracking down potential attackers as it had to combat Al Qa'eda. It is questionable if China will be of much use either since they have other concerns involving the frenemy status with the U.S. government and business community. Israel need look after its own interests. Palestinians will have a chance to rebuild once Hamas is gone.

Israel may need to appoint a MacArthur to oversee the Gaza as the United States had a military caretaker for awhile in Japan following the conclusion of the Second World War. Unfortunately the Palestinians probably won't seek an honorable and sincere peaceful relationship and even alliance with Israel like Japan once did with the United States. Even Germany required de-Nazification to eliminate werewolves. Palestine will be loaded with werewolves as virulently militant as actual Nazis in their hatred of Jews. The U.N. believes Israel should be limp wristed and allow terror to rebuild.

No; Liberal Christian Did Not Elect Hitler Chancellor of Germany

 Hitler wasn't voted into office by liberal Christians. Hitler lost the 1932 election. He was appointed to the office of Chancellor by Hindenburg in 1933 because the Nazis had taken a lot of power in the Reichstag.- a brief historical sketch of Hitler's rise. The German Army High Command sent him to infiltrate the National Socialist German Workers Party and he quickly became the leader. His voice vibrating unnaturally. His speaking voice had freqs similar to that of most people yelling. His career was then made. I suppose the deposed German aristocrats wanted to co-opt the socialists from the inside. The NAZI party had the Sturmabteilung or S.A.- a paramilitary organization, assist their violent political intimidation- that is something like Antifa I suppose, except they were far more violent. The S.A. had a lot of homosexuals including its leader Ernst Röhm. THe Army feared the S.A. and eventually Hitler too chose to purge them in The Night of the Long Knives. Yet by then they had already moved Hitler toward the power of Chancellor of Germany from whence he became the Fuhrer. NAZIs co-opted the Christian churches in German after 1933 when Hitler started the Kirchenkampf - an ideological struggle against the confessing church.

A.I. is the best new weapons technology on Earth

A.I. is the best new weapon technology on this planet. It's potential for directing drones and virtually any mobile platform to kill is unlimited. It will be sewn in the field like grains of sand. When quantum computing becomes the basis for A.I. the power will exponentially upgrade beyond sight of human minds at some point. Like computer chip memory size reduction and increasing power A.I. will improve radically. It will also be able to program other A.I. A.I. will eventually replace not only lawyers; it will replace programmers. The recursive progress- scalar field progress or advance in sophistication of thinking, of memory and creative thought forwards and backwards in time will easily make human efforts a pathetic comparison. I am surprised by how extreme underestimations are of the power of A.I. to streamline and upgrade itself are- especially since people view human programming as having a continuing or necessary relationship to building A.I. that will soon enough become a black box in regard to humans understanding the iterations flowing in microcircuits. A.I. is a weapon that will grow beyond anyone's control; human logic isn't to hot at structuring society or avoiding war already.

More than the odds of a Multiverse

 One may consider the infinite power of God in the abstract, and His capacity to create an infinite number of Universes and every possible item, particle and field that might ever exist. Furthermore He might know it all in thought and not actualize the Infinite Universes, foreknowing the alpha and omega of each and everyone if he does or doesn't actualize them.

It is true that extra dimensions are simply mathematical conventions with an exponent sign indicating the number of dimensions being considered, and string theories requiring extra dimensions and a Multiverse still need to parse what a string or even non-dimensional point is/are.

The problem is that each are units of energy, and those units occur within some unknown field- even the Higgs field must be hosted by a greater field at some point. One could concentrate energy within a singularity perhaps, and their may be an infinite number of singularities within some sort of infinite field with all possible dimensions in it, and it could be so complex for humans that only the mind of God would be able to comprehend it, and probably effortlessly at that.

To Be or Not to Be a Vegetarian; That is the Question

 A lot of protein from meat makes cells break down faster I believe the story goes. So vegetarianism or fruititarianism (veggies and fruits) is actually good for one's health. I believe one could practically live on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches because of the protein in peanuts (don't try this at home, it could be dangerous). Keep in mind though the lifestyles of hardship of moose for instance. Very cold winters, no nerves to feel cold in the legs, intelligence about equal to that of a cat or less. If killed with an adequate bullet the quality of their lives isn't terminated with cruelty. After all when they get old they become prey to predators and torn apart while alive, or they die of cancer without adequate veterinary care. A swift, merciful end of their lives might actually be regarded as a kindness, and honoring their life by eating their meat could be considered respectful, especially with barbecue sauce.

Domesticated animals raised for food might be a harsh experience for the animals. Perhaps not so much for cattle, since their lifecycle is so formulated and terminated. Eating dogs probably is wrong, except humans might be starving or poor and need the protein. I like wolves and don't feel even distant cousins of wolves should be raised to be eaten...that just seems wrong. If people don't have good morals themselves, they aren't much better than animals anyway and the law of nature is to eat anything that can be digested. That could be something recognized by Jesus Christ who said it was ok to eat all kinds of meat. The criterion of humanity is laden with original sin, probably the physical incarnation in a temporal, thermodynamic context is the correction, and everyone in it is doomed if they aren't personally saved. So go ahead and eat meat...it's kind of a lifetime last supper for the condemned and makes no difference on their eternal fate.

For Sect. Kissinger was an extraordinary Diplomat

  With the passing of Henry Kissinger the United States has lost its foremost diplomat who had a strong vision for America’s role in the world. He died the 29th of November, 2023. A pragmatist who wrote a thesis on von Metternich in graduate school, the nation’s former National Security Adviser and Sect. Of State during the end of the Vietnam War and post-war period was able to break the diplomatic freeze with Communist China and its leader Chairman Mao Zedong and get the ball rolling on transforming China into a form of capitalist rather than state authoritarian economy.

Former Sect Kissinger was no stranger to controversy; even in his last couple of years he took a stand in opposition to America’s rash policy of hostility toward Russia and military support for Ukraine. With a doctorate in history he well understood Russia’s historical claims on Ukraine and the need to keep Russia in the pro-western camp regarding security, economics and environment. Henry Kissinger was instrumental in getting SALT talks to limit nuclear weapons going with the former Soviet Union. That was in effect was the earliest opening for detente.

Kissinger living to the age of 100 experienced the Second World War as a soldier in 1945 and  was stationed in Germany where he learned first-hand of the disaster that war is. He understood the need for security and in striking careful rational balances in international relations. Security needs to occur with historical precedence, equal justice, economic security and political freedom for the masses.

If a Rental Time Travel Machine were Affordable...

 I would go to a time before time existed, when there were no laws of physics to pass the time considering how to avoid, when time travel traffic cops didn't need to sort out billions of time travelling machines crowding no-space and one could get a good view of the creation of time easily finding a parking spot at the edge to watch it.

Cosmology and Morality Trivia

 My poem ‘Configurations’ does refer to scripture and things Jesus said on a couple of lines. Philosophically there are two concepts named monism and pluralism.  Pluralism does exist within monism and I believe that is the way modern quantum cosmology needs to look at things...and it occurs temporally. As far as human society goes it would function much better if everyone made the right moral decisions, and of course they don't.

'Configurations'

 Numbering the stones
each piece of metamorphosed rock
broken into fragments with time and stress
is like the hair on a head
or feathers of a sparrow
articles counted to the last follicle
each jot and iota of meaning
quantified and calculated
appearances emerged, existed and disappeared

    Consider the lilies
grown living structures upon structures
minerals glistening in sunshine and rain
even in moonlight
with gluons and quarks snug in nuclei
atoms forming molecules
everything accounted for
in the pluralistic division of a solitary field
being is becoming.

Space is nothing more than the way sentient humans perceive the structures of mass and energy. It is on a macro level equivalent to the gaps between quantum particles within an atom; and it's known those 'particles' are actually waves. People are locked into perceptions of mass/energy/space because of their own composition existing within known and unknown fields.

U.S.A. took the wrong history fork in theft of Ukraine from Russia

Plainly the United States has run amuck with support for the western position in Ukraine. It has taken a wrong branch that it won't easily be able to recover from. Ukraine was Russian for hundreds of years before the communists took in over and naturally they expect to regain control of it, as they have often had to fight the west to keep control of their land. Bad Democrat Party politics since the end of the cold war obdurately overturned peace and laid the foundation for war. The Democrat Party has continued to double down on building up and sustaining the war as if one day their version of modern history would be broadly accepted and few remaining people literate in history of Eurasia will remain to contest their wrong and veritably evil viewpoint.

Plainly the conflict has been continuously avoidable for more than 30 years if the United States would have supported recognition of Russian claims on Ukraine. Even now the war should stop at present military held locations in the conflict rather than continue. If only reason would prevail instead of great political lies bought into by the U.S. administration and N.A.T.O. Fomenting nuclear war and dividing the world in two economic camps was idiotic and a betrayal of what N.A.T.O. was supposed to be in the first place of keeping the peace as a guarantor.

Yet Democrats reason 'Who cares' when 'bullshit walks and money talks' for international relations, truth is what is most useful to land annexers and all they need to is propagandize the public to build up knee-jerk patriotic fervor for and evil, superfluous war.
