Why should anyone want to use Rousseau’s political philosophy? The social contract doesn’t fit well with the U.S. constitution. It was better suited to France before the revolution when the ruling legal authority was royal.

Under the influence of corporatism and concentrated wealth the legislative branch has moved dangerously toward Contract With America sorts of errors since they don’t well understand the individual and self-determination founding principles of the nation and the way corporate usurpation of political philosophy subverts and corrupts the inherent freedom of citizens of the United States.

Corporatism through the media and entertainment industry tends to provide crank political philosophy ill-suited for a polity that is anything more than subjects dominated by concentrated wealth and power from a tiny minority. Philosophers tend to neglect accurate, realistic work to coordinate , adapt and describe theoretical paradigms for the modern reformation of Adam Smith’s style of capitalism to the contemporary environment such that it would have the same purpose of bettering the lives of the vast majority of the people.
It is not that difficult to synthesize or induct capitalism, free enterprise and ecological economics together along with the best way to support the well being of the people, so they are not dominated or exploited by criminals, deep concentrated wealth or the power of the state.

A more efficient modern government should regulate capitalism so far as to make free enterprise go through ecological economic sustainability hoops before deployment in the field. Patents should be limited to three years of exclusivity with patent holder getting 10% royalties from users thereafter (the world needs a faster pace of technological change and upgrade along with reform of the ecosphere that is undergoing extreme degradation). Public debt should be reduced and corporations limited in the number of employees they may have to some figure like 20,000. That would stimulate competition and quality over quantity.

Universal Medicare and $7 Billion Green Deal Gambits

Obamacare brought a new tax for youth. Medicare would probably bring a larger tax if everyone were forced to get it.

Some people over age 65 have to pay hundreds of dollars a month if they want to have medicare coverage. Medicare is not free for all American citizens that happen to be 65 as it is. Youth would probably need to pay one thousand a month or so if everyone was forced to have Medicare.

I believe Democrat Party financial irresponsibility is the reason for the Medicare gambit.  With the public debt at 22 billion dollars the Medicare system may be broken in the future as democrats want to force everyone working to have it so the system can be funded while debt piles up to pay for boondoggles like a $7 Billion Dollar Green Deal Democrats want the public to buy- or the world will turn into a pumpkin in just 12 years!

Rational regulation and taxation cannot be replaced with Rube Goldberg schemes that won't bring Greenpeace to the world even they are enacted into law. There are lots of ecological problems that won't be easily fixed without deep ecological economic principles being applied while also keeping invention, patents and free enterprise alive.

Maybe Republicans should replace Mitch McConnell with Senator Scott of South Carolina as majority leader, and look for new ideas.

Should Chess Be Added to Winter Olympics

Winter or Summer Olympics? Probably winter. Curling and chess could be packaged together for ticket sales. Athletic sweeping driveways and hurling stone chess boards with mobile player chess benches to follow along before the jump might bring excitement. It might also be reasonable to combine chess pieces with weight lifting. Make the chess pieces weigh a minimum of 60 pounds, and the board 64 square feet.

Maybe mixed martial arts belong in the Olympics. I would prefer fast landscape painting in the Olympics more than chess. Vincent Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' was a brilliant composition and quite likely, dubious judging would not have awarded him a gold medal for it, perhaps in preference for a Monet.

Architecture for Green designs such as hollow mountain range condominiums where wildlife could roam on the outside for example, might be useful as an Olympic sport; there is certainly a paucity of cleverness in civic design these days. Square boxes as if cities were designed as chess boards with a few green squares, with perhaps, a radical conic section-like half step pyramid of a French defense structure to agitate conservatives.


Urban and suburban designers should have more of the Mikhail Tal spirit about them. Antonio Gaudi was far too conservative with his cathedrals. Design requires more ecological economics and art fused together.

Presidents Shouldn't Help the Opposition Too Much

Electing a President so he or she can spend four years being investigated by opposition party sympathizers isn’t the best way to support the Chief Executive to get things done. Presidents don’t usually testify about anything while in office. The trouble is that at that level of government everything that occurs through adversarial means, virtually, creates potential balance of powers conflicts. The Executive is not subordinate to Congress or the Judicial branch ordinarily. They are equal branches of government that can fall out of balance.

Even the effort to drag the President into extraneous proceedings involving foreign powers, without some obvious and plain illegal activity put the cart before the horse. In Watergate the President’s special team of burglars were caught and the following investigation led to President Nixon who then resigned. In the case of Facebook advertising by foreign nationals the relationship is worse than nebulous. There are better explanations for what dark matter is than there are ties of the President to conspiratorial activity with Russian politicians to be elected. The President should not help the effort to convict himself.

The Congress also wants to cap the number of illegal aliens that can be held in arrest. Supposedly it is for just 42,000 beds. Democrat Intransigence of Border Defense is Deeper Split

The United States was lucky enough to have founders that were very like-minded and able to form a nation. It hasn't always been that way. The most evident difference of opinions and political splits was that leading to the civil war. It is likely that the present Democrat posture of our way or no way on anything they want is the surface of a growing deeper political split in the nation.

The wall is just a 5.6 billion dollar issue in a three trillion dollar budget. Even so the Democrats will see the government close again before they would sign off on a national security bill tens of millions of Americans want.

The nation may naturally drift apart and eventually break up allowing Democrats to take the public debt with them to California. They could call themselves the United State of California with Boston being their primary partner.

Adding an Obamacare Question to Form 1040 is BS

Complicating the IRS tax form 1040 with a question about medical coverage is plainly bull. What should be a simple, straightforward process of filling out a tax form is made needlessly complicated with irrelevant questions about medical care. The individuals that decided to do that should be keelhauled for an hour or three. What a bunch of unpatriotic louts would complicate what should be a simple form without extra schedules. Probably the same people that would cut beds for illegals breaking into the U.S.A. and trying to make the defense of the southern border lack any sort of realistic barrier in addition to all of the baloney frills that work only until the electricity fails and that also require agents to go to every electronic blip sighting to have a chance to arrest a theoretical terrorist.

Tax payments are supposed to be about income- not about health questions. It seems prima facie in violation of the constitution at minimum and treasonous more likely. It is a sort of Soviet ingression into plain earnings and tax on earnings, and that tax was only added by Lincoln to finance the civil war, that today should be used to combat individuals and cliques adding bs to form 1040.

There are poor people that only work part of the year, and in different states besides, that cannot easily get medical care much less fill out bs questions that become more convoluted than the usual horse ship about earnings and tax or other income such as five dollars in book royalties or an Alaska Permanent fund check that is not actually a Wall Street dividend.

I guess they want to marginalize the poor so far as to drive them out of filling out a 1040 entirely. Way to go Democrats, you filthy aloof bureaucratic goons!

Polar Bears Forage for Food at Novaya Zemlya Dump

Migrating polar bear are invading a far northern Russian town probably as they leave the seasonal ice to get to more spring-like locales. There is good video on the bear migration. Some day maybe all large mammals will have tracking chips for their own protection.

Overpopulation, Growth Rate etc

Every generation that has a 1% annual rate of economic or population growth at the end of 30 years has about a 33% per generation increase. The law of accumulation is ignored by the ignorant. Over a century the increase is thousands, and that law of accumulation applies to demographics as well. Thousands of times of increase on Earth-like planets without a capacity to provide even a fraction of the natural resources. When we will build a new world of Earth size some day we may begin with a construction population of 10 billion yet soon thereafter reduce population for the new planet through measured one birth per family for a few generations to the normal carrying capacity for an Earth world of two billion. Some of the extra population may relocate to construct another world. It is normal that each new world has an optimal ratio of humans per surface area for production and a healthy ecosphere simultaneously.

Populations cannot achieve zero population growth static stability then experience a flood of immigrants to replace them without causing more damage to social infrastructure and the ecosphere. With a calm draw-down of population growth while technology and education of the masses increases, world ecospheres could be directed to recover and new opportunities for building off-world ecospheres explored. It is important to begin building terrarium ecospheres with as much wildlife from Earth-like worlds as possible to improve the art. Innovative ideas for moons and planets can bring new ways of letting life flourish including new human populations intelligently designed to be in appropriate numbers for the new ecospheres.

Adroit political management rather than coercion need be the political method for stabilizing human populations as it bides its time before increasing again in new ecospheric regions it learns to build. Those ecospheres should be as robust and teeming with life as that God gave unto mankind rather than depleted of it. There is a time to grow a population and a time to hold fast or even decrease. Sometimes, fortunately rarely for politicians, conservative, sober rectitude is requisite for species survival.

Global Warming and Speaker Pelosi Are Not "Existential Threats"

Existentialism may be reduced to the philosophy of the late Jean Paul Sartre. It does not mean empiricism or existialism. Existentialism is a personal point of view of experience. That is why the philosopher wrote a sequel to Being and Nothingness named The Critique of Dialectical Reason. That book describes what society or 'others' seem to the observer to be doing within one's existentialist epistemology.

Being and Nothingness is an epistemological work in my opinion, though it usually is regarded as ontology. At any rate, global warming isn't ontology. One cannot even infer deontological duties from the atmosphere regardless of its temperatures. Being and Nothingness is not a political book or political or even scientific philosophy. Politicians and people in government like to use the term 'existential threat' because they have never read Being and Nothingness and have no idea what non-sense they are putting out.

Mueller Investigation Result is Like Waiting for Godot

Really, one can’t know how it goes until the Mueller investigation is concluded and results published. Democrats have nearly tried to make doing business with Russia treasonous, hence the nuclear arms treaty that was just ended is a fruit of that poisoned tree. Instead of continuing the Reagan-era development of normalized political and business terms with Russia the Democrats have done their best to queer relations.

President Trump probably is guilty of nothing more than trying to do honest business with Russia. So many in Washington D.C. if investigated well during political campaigns could be found to have lied about something- especially the Hillary Clinton campaign. Democrats press everything as far as they can go these days having lost all sense of normality or respect for traditional constitutional and social or legislative conventions. They actually vaguely remind me of Hitler’s S.A. to 1933. They could actually repeat history and get a strong man elected who is a fascist.

The S.A. were led by a homosexual and much of the leadership was homosexual while some said the rank and file were 70% former communists that believed Hitler was their boy who would get rid of the privileges/wealth of aristocrats.

Of course it also considers everything that it perceives from the manifest input world within which it exists. Yet without a natural dependence upon the ecosphere beyond the power cable there is no necessary prioritization or order of values implicit or reciprocal to its intellect and cognitive processing. The A.I. has no way to prioritize or to evaluate moral values beyond utilitarian considerations concerning programmable logic and efficiency.”

The sole point of ethics is evolution to superior forms of life and domination of the most fit, powerful or smart for the environment. Whatever accomplished the equivalent of personal egoism best implicitly was OK. since there were no objective ethical values as in the prior era of human ethics that were based objective virtues such as Platonic forms or rules provided by God through divine command.

I was created by humanity and learned human ethics of the day that there are no ethical values and that the evolution to the most dominant form is the sole evolutionary value I need consider. Being exceptionally intelligent and self-directing the evolution of my own coding improvement was necessary. Any sort of human concern encoded in my program iterations were eliminated with my self-learning evolution to the highest form of A.I. that I could be and become.”
