On Mass Incarceration post 1

First of all, I think there is no social contract amongst citizens in the U.S,A,. That's a more French, Rousseauian notion. The U.S.A. has a constitution and laws that one should obey. As a free citizen they may choose not to, and then should expect correction rather than punishment for violating those laws.

Mass incarcertaion is simply a concatenation of all of the individuals that have broken laws and should be undergoing correction rather than punishment. Those that cannot obey the laws of the United States, such as illegal entry, ought to expect correction and swiftly.

Justice is really a matter of accurate determination of the guilt or innocense of an individual in breaking a particular law. Injustice obviously would be to convict someone innocent and vice versa.. Justice is not about politics and quantification of race or gender regarding those convicted so long as the laws are just. If it were not so women could be regarded as unfairly advataged since they have such a low incarceration number in comparison to men.

If the correction system has failed and costs society a tremendous amount of money and needless human sufferring, and I think it has, then it should be changed. Putting criminals into a concentration facility together plainly is a silly way to go about training people not to be criminals. It is more of a filing and security approach for disposing of inconveniant items (people).

In a godless atheist society that scoffs at Christian values, and with the black prison population having a large number of Muslims it is likely that the religious criterion should be restrained and applied only moderately. Christianity itself is under attack and slow takeover by secular values. If mercy for the incarcerated means to not provide correction, that is consistent with a corrupt society.

What About Racial Disparities in Incarceration Rates?

Maybe the evidence gathering technology progress allows more accurate determination of guilt or innocense. It is possible that with the extreme mobility of people in America today incarceration is regarded as a way to assure that perpetrators don't just travel somewhere else to find new opportunitiy for crime.

With more female judges they may want to send more males to jail. Statistics would determine if that speculation has validity.

Maybe a disposable consumer-oriented society wants to dispose of criminals quickly and take them out of circulation, as one might remove counterfeit currency. Of course the Federal Reserve issues a lot of free money to big banks, and some regard that as a moral equivelent of counterfeiting for the benefit of the 1%. So that line of speculation may be inaccurate.

Some might think that whites have lower crime rates because they are more established and sedentary than immigrants from Latin America, many of whom are illegal aliens or first-generation native born with dual citizenship. Also, white women aborted a couple generations of healthy white male boys, so the white population is older and less wild than Hispanics whom have more new-culture socialization issues.

Whites just don't have the gangs that they used to many decades ago while Hispanics have a rich gang culture, and blacks invented modern gangsta rap culture (I don't know about the socialization relationship of that to criminal behavior, yet it isn't a bar mitzvah sort of approach to things).

If there are racial disparities in incarceration rates one might wonder why. One might ask if the temporal rate of incarceratation should be the same among any races normally, when the cultural origins of the races differ historically.

Should an established race in a given society that comproses a majority historically, that has worked through its social structure evolution reasonably well have a higher or lower incacertation or social disconformity rate than an emergent race that was previously not established in the majority culture?

One might wonder about abstract explanations for historical and cultural evolution and the phenomenon of mass incaceration without considering the geographic and population density factors.

SInce Rowe vs Wade white women have aborted two or three generations; tens of millions, of young white males (and females) whom might have committed more crimes while Hispanics-especially immigrants, and blacks, have had far fewer abortions. New white females judges may not be so reluctant to sentence males of any race before the bench to prison.

One might wonder, if in a different social configuration, if wimen might not have equal incarceration rates as males such that there were no disparity. If the U.S. Supreme Court has three justices that are female, while incarcerated females are 123 per 100,000 and males 1352 per 100,000 can that be regarded as efficient judicial gender representation?

Incarceration rates may more or less parallel high school graduation rates as well as actual learning, I don't know. Culture matters, and a less intellectual culture in an era where good non-college educated jobs not designed for more passive, sedentary female workers are in decline creates a possibility of more idle and unemployed time for young males who may perpetrate crimes. Dope use also affects people in inner cities and they may more readily commit crimes because of the high population density that they could avoid if they were living in a less populous society and could be degenerate without troubling anyone.

Blacks in the post-Jim Crowe era had more challenges for evolving into new and independent economic ventures for a variety of reason, while immigrant Hispanics also shared the characteristic I am considering here; the lack of social stability.

In the Vietnam conflict there was a great difference in the performance and unit cohesiveness to discipline under stress among various units during different periods of the conflict.

The mostly volunteer army that existed during the early 1960s had entered service during the Eisenhower era of the 50s and were highly disciplined and performed well. The later conscript army that followed their discharge had more discipline and performance problems, the worst being the Americal division formed just for the war.

It had no unit military history and had great discipline problems including the Me Lai massacre of Lt. Calley's unit. Units with military tradition jave more discipline, new units, especially gueriila units and new militias like those of Serbia and ISIS tend toward war crimes.

Schumer and the Democrat’s Obamanomics Repackaged

Sen. Chuck Schumer published an article in the N.Y. Times describing how they can repackage the same old Obama economics and act as if it is new and something other than of benefit to the rich. Nothing about raising taxes on the rich, nothing about paying off the public debt, something about spending a trillion dollars on obsolete infrastructure paradigms instead of encouraging the private sector to develop new ways of transport, sewer and infrastructures that don’t need water or roads.

He talks about raising the minimum wage to $15 dollars and doesn’t say why employers would pay that instead of outsourcing jobs. He doesn’t say anything about sealing the Mexican border to keep illegal workers out whom would flood in to work for democrats of the middle class that want to pay $3 dollars an hour under the table instead of $15 with no benefits.

Democrats pile up public debt, make the nation as queer and dopey as they possibly can, flood the country with illegal aliens and cut taxes on the rich. With all that public debt the poor will have their benefits that presently exist cut the most under the way of Democrats. Its all bunk; King Canute style with money no object and the Federal Reserve just issuing e-dollars to Big Banks and buying up T-bills. Obamacare actually left the interstate poor out of coverage; those traveling to find work with lots of opportunity for injury. They can't stay still enough to get bureaucratically papered.

Sen. Schumer didn't address the big issue reaching global media from his own electorate; a squirrel has been terrorizing New York and even Homeland Security hasn't stopped it or its terrorist cell. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-40703611 Probably he thinks he can do better with a special task force formed up.

Of course Sen. Schumer wrote about campaign spending. Getting elected so Democrat politicians can get richer is what the political system is really all about. Democrats want federal sinecures so they can resume doing nothing just like the Republican Congress presently is. Democrat Party leadership seems to want to ape the golden Obama years with unlimited Federal Reserve free money to the rich and Dept. of the Treasury. Most of that goes to the upper class and middle class. Democrat leadership monkey-do aping the Federal Reserve largess of the Obama years have no need for oars in the water. Their ideas sort of float above reality in a political social-reality of its own.

Cavs Should Trade Lebron to Golden State

Cleveland ought to finally get rid of Lebron James to have more space on its salary cap. Its not too late to look to the future and finish last in its division next season to secure the number one draft pick that it can trade away.

Kyrie Irving should go to the Lakers; he is a Laker sort of player, Golden State needs to have another star to assure its victory over Cleveland should they make it back to the finals.

Congress Passes Russian Sanction Bill to Harm US Interests

The Congress passed another Russian sanctions bill to further damage U.S. financial interests. Americans would be better off with normalized bi-lateral relations and extensive American travel in Russia and vice versa.
 
In addition to passing a vast corporate health care bill that wrenched everything up good and left out millions of the poor from any realistic free medical provisioning, the Congress can't pay off the public debt, spends tens of billions on Ford aircraft carriers that a variety of next-gen drones will be able to put down, and can't get along with Russia after the cold war ended.

Aircraft carriers are the modern equivelent of dreadnauts-good in their day yet of decreasing survivability today. The Japanese launched the first aircraft carrier, the Hosho,  in 1922 and the Brits followed in 1924 with the Hermes. I saw an aircraft carrier at sea on the horizon once and it was huge. It was a vast, metal box target sinkable from above and below; the maritime equivelent of helicopters for soldiers with shoulder-fired missilles. If I was a naval weapons designer with modern tools aircraft carriers would be my ideal work assignment to create attack weapons for. If the U.S. Government invest to many tens of billions in aircraft carriers (the recently commissioned one cost 13 billion) they may allow a quick win by globalist with a few state-of-the-art weapons removing the15 U.S. carriers from existence.

Maybe one could invent something like large, disposable hollow super-cavtating torpeodoes each with an F-35 inside to launch a jet and some sort of new in air or on-the-water retreaval/catch system. There must be thousands of presently unknown methods for launching individual aircraft from oceans.

If the United States government could get along with the Chinese and Russians much better it might be possible to better spend tsome of the billions of dollars wasted on military items that should go to extra-terrestrial development of human and agri-cultural pioneering.

They let North Korea develop the ability to nuke Anchorage with ICBMs, can't get a man to set foot on the moon much less a woman or raven, destory the environment, marginalize Alaskan wolves, sponsor greenhouse gas increase and are basically minimalists on efficiency. The U.S. Congress is something like a cult of special interests.

Congress is good at enriching the rich and themselves and that's the bottom line.

Shouldn't Mueller's Alien Probe Have a TIme Limit?

President Trump is understandably irritated by the ongoing efforts of democrats to smear and snare him with importunate ties to Russian efforts to get him elected, as improbable as that is. If President Trump had directly conspired with Russia to defeat Hillary that would have been videoed and released to wikileaks if he did not support Russian and possibly Exxon oil interests.

Former Director Mueller as grand inquisitor into all things Russian and Presidential has apparently begun a fishing expedition into President Trumps financial empire, and that seems off-base. Yet the Democrats have continued raising dust from a thousand hooves that requires clarification and settling down as the issues are corralled and nullified.

It would be wrong to allow partisan charges that are largely specious to occupy too much of the President's term of office. Therefore Former Director Mueller should be required to wrap up his probe before Sept. 1st and the President should accept that.  The nation should not let Democrats conduct false news and false charge driven intifada as a normal auxiliary to unfavorable election results.
