Artificial General Intelligence is supposed to be a great improvement over the present deep learning A.I.s it should be able to communicate about anything without anyone noticing a difference between a human and itself, except for it being far smarter. A.I.s will never become conscious unless or until someone makes an effort for it to be so. programming code written in any way won't become self-aware. Probably it would need to be an organic model of something with a mind that with the A.G.I upgrade becomes self-aware. Maybe a chimp brain could someday be fused with A.G.I. so it could become The Great Ape Genius Ruling Humanity.
