President Obama Sides With Globalists Against Arizona/U.S. Sovereignty- wants a ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Policy' for illegal aliens before amnesty and fast track take over the congress..

The Obama D.O.J. has filed suit against the state of Arizona and its law to check the legal status of people its law enforcement officials encounter. Rationally, law enforcement officials should make a general check of individuals it encounters to determine if they have broken local, state or federals. The Obama administration seeks to protect the illegal status of Mexican and other nationals in the United States illegally with a ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ principle for illegal aliens encountering Arizona police.

Citing the well known legal principle ‘adverse possession is 9/10ths of the law, the Obama Department of Justice has said in a legal opinion that it’s immigration control powers extend beyond the border and entry into the United States all the way to Flagstaff and Sioux Falls. Apparently, wherever illegals are located in the United States they are still immigrating here, and will be so until given the top Executive jobs as remedial anti-discriminatory corrections by the Obama administration.

In a rather vague legal theory, state law officials may not support the federal Government’s laws because the several states are not materially part of the United States, which is instead a transcendent, amorphous legal entity of global stature. The Obama pro-illegal alien team offers this advice to Arizona legal officials; “keepa yo fingers off these illegals or we breaka dose fingas”.

It may seem reasonable to state governments that have modeled their own constitutions upon the federal in many cases, to pass state laws reflecting U.S. Federal laws, and to confirm the legal residence status of all individuals encountered by law enforcement. In fact the best way to reinforce U.S. border security is to deputize or otherwise empower all U.S. law enforcement officials to arrest illegal aliens and remand them to federal custody for deportation.

Thus far the Obama administration has been utterly incompetent at enforcing U.S. border security. Why shouldn't illegal aliens become citizens and race to the top like myself? There is no compelling reason why citizens born in the 48 states should have any legal rights to secure their borders or to control immigration much less restrict it to a quarter million foreign immigrants every year. Neither domestic law enforcement persons of interest or citizens should feel they have any right whatsoever to determine through a democratic process who may enter this nation.
