Attorney General Holder Biases Trayvon Martin Issue Again

Speaking out after the Trayvon Martin verdict of not guilt U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has stepped in again to bias the public judging the tragic death of Trayvon Martin 'unnecessary'. That comment follows mass media speculation of the potential for a Martin family wrongful death lawsuit against George Zimmerman. An impartial Attorney General probably should have remained mute on the subject, yet 14,000 black sorority conventioneers he was speaking before seemed to appreciate his remark.

Certainly the death of youth ought to be avoided. The use of the logic of the necessity of death in the Martin case is bizarre however. What violent death could ever be said to be necessary anyway? Is that a political convenience determination of state such as when using a predator drone to kill instead of capture a suspected terrorist?

The attorney general did not mention the F.B.I. crime report that pointing out that the majority of crimes in Florida are perpetrated by juvenile gangs, nor that by the ripe old age of 17 many gang members of Chicago have been around the block already. The problem of juvenile gangs if solved would go a long way to reducing violent crime in Florida.

Youth should be cautious as well as adults in not affiliating with gang related activity. In the dark Florida nights wandering about can be a modus operandi of crime as well as innocence. If deliquent from school, or using illlegal drugs is a practice of youth they need to be extra cautious about placing themselves in potentially dangerous circumstances. In modern America many youth are better at body building than academics, and that is the fault of the economy and politicians, maladroit career development opportunity planning and so forth.

Florida has a zillion gangs (see the F..B.I. crime reports link above) and is a fast place easy to be injured. It is an imperfect social environment that could be improved with zero illegal immigration over the U.S. border giving the south a chance to socially stabilize a little better.

Global Plutocratic Pelaton Lapped American Spectators

Rolling through the global countryside is an economic pelaton of elitists on financial steroids of deregulation packed with performance enhancing media and government sycophants. Spectators watch the race on HD-TV when they aren't thinking about themselves as just meat. They should develop their minds even if housed in a meaty clump of atoms as a mind-over-matter kind of resistance to fate. 

Two American competitors in the race have as much wealth as 110 million American citizens (Bill Gates and Warren Buffet). Did Bill Gates do as much work as 55 million men and women to get such a big pile? Is it the comfort he can afford that matters or is it the political power and opportunity costs to the poor to invent and produce because all of that capital is concentrated?

The extremely rich are not necessarily bad though some could be latent Hitler's. I.B.M. provided the N.A.Z.I. death camp computing punch card machine expertise; Prescott Bush was censured for trading with the N.A.Z.I.'s by the U.S. Senate. Who can say what those in pursuit of wealth wouldn't do? The plutonomy today is a phenomenality choking off the American experiment in democracy of the founders.

Large banks and corrupt Wall Street trading methods enabled since the first Clinton administration brought about the 2008 economic collapse and were rewarded by Federal financial resurrection with new performance enhancing financing. The Federal Reserve issued quantitative easing of their financial distress. A separate and extremely unequal Wall Street economy split off from the U.S. economy of the citizens without possibility of renormalization. It joined with the global economy of actors of concentrated wealth, the faces of the rich around the world in a new economic nation loyal unto themselves. They are the Plutonymous riders of the lavender sage.

The plutonomy is the consequence of high tech networking and masses co-opted into a corporatist social environment. The affirmative action era allowed a perfect screening out of egalitarian controls on the distribution of wealth allowing the plutonomy to swell. While traditional values were overturned amidst the social redistribution of political power the political powers themselves were overturned enabling deregulation of financial controls and reduction of taxation entirely in benefit of the nascent American wing of global plutonomy. 

Concerned simply with race and gender class advantages relative to white males the affirmative action classes were weak economic warriors readily giving up economic balances that were formerly the province of traditional American society with middle class and working class white male leadership generally. The affirmative action classes failed to develop any sort of balanced relationship among a new and reformed populist egalitarianism and the rich. Instead they let the entire people of the United States sink to a natural mass inferiority to concentrated wealth as 20% of the people had 85% of the wealth, and 1% of the people had 30%. The affirmative action class just wanted to be in the top government jobs without any idea of what to do when they got their besides flirt with the rich.

The U.S. Congress failure at competence is a kind of economic elephant described by blind men (and women and transgendered) analysts these days as an enigmatic theory. With such an expensive price on winning a Senate seat-about 8 million dollars, how can those guys, gals and transgendered mostly human and only a little cyborg'd preponderantly heterosexual fans of the Plutonomy do such a terrible job at service of the economy of Americans but such a fine job of service for the economy of the plutonomy? The answer is simple. If they don't service the political interests of the plutonomy politicians and media are history.

It isn't just that politicians and media are all bought and paid for tools of the plutonomy, for many the facts are beyond their intellectual pay grade. They are happy in a pile of political manure and don't stick their heads out. A higher rate of taxation on the rich should occur with wholistic planning to reform the U.S. economy to an ecologically sustainable foundation. Limiting the number of people a corporation could employ at 5000 would help break up Wall Street power. So would a cap on the number of corporations and investor to buy in to per decade at three. The tax rate on concentrated wealth should be 90%, and the tax should pay off the public debt ASAP. If wealth flees abroad, good. Americans would be better off reforming the economy and restarting with good political reform directed by competent reformers.

Political reform in America is improbable. The media is owned by plutocrats. Politicians are sycophants of plutonomy. The environment and ecosphere decline under the system of global plutonomy as the Wall Street and global elitists cannot transition to a new ecological economic or nationalist structure. Neither can they allow local political developments independent from the Wall Street hostile takeover of anything unprofitable for the power of plutonomy. 

What I find interesting is the role that godless atheist evolution plays in reinforcing the interests of plutonomy. Scientific elites develop life extension medical goodies for the financial elites that appear not so affordable for the masses. Living forever as a member of an elite plutonomy might be good subjectively-at least for a few hundred years, however with a global population of 7 billion moving quickly upward to 10 billion the prospect of increased consumerism with decreased natural resources seem ominous. Life-extension medical costs if practical demographically for a plutonomy aren't so for ten billion souls.

Medical experimentation with genetics and life extension, cyborgs and abortion have required a developing amoral elitist core one might approximate as based in Boston's Harvard and M.I.T. Like a few other ad hoc unifications of organization uniting wealth, power and research Boston's is brutal to the interests of the out of work without hope of a good lifestyle in the U.S.A.

Concentrated wealth in Plutocracy creates a demand for advanced medical procedures unaffordable to the masses who in turn demand the advanced medical procedures. That drives up the cost of medicine and insurance companies raise the rates to cover it. Supporters of Obamacare may believe that the rich own the companies and can bite the cost, yet corporations are also firewalls insulating the wealth of the rich from that sort of thing. The rich can shift assets to medical supplies and for-profit hospital procedures to keep their profits up. Public debt increase will be used to pay for increasing public medical costs.

A better for better medical coverage than the Obamacare pyramid scheme that defies demographics, and that includes Medicare coverage for aging seniors that will almost all demand the life-extension best medical procedures possible, would be a more egalitarian distribution of wealth whereby all Americans advance together more or less.

With public debt to finance future medical care unsustainable, consider the facts of supply and demand with concentrated wealth and a profusion of expensive advanced medical procedures being developed. For it is possible to follow a different main line of medical development than the current economic line of stimulation just as in chess strategy there are innumerable variations from the main line to follow.

Inventors will develop products if there is a demand. Fewer inventors will develop products that are unaffordable to all so that no demand exists for the product. If wealth is directly capped through reduction of the sized of corporations and a limit is placed on the number of corporations anyone can invest in at three with a progressive taxation then inventors and medical developers will create products affordable to the masses. Systems analysis is probably a factor in directed invention and product development with a basic paradigm for making the product with the best sales and profit potential.

It is worth noting that simple redistribution of wealth is ineffective without also fundamentally reforming the existing economic structure through legislation. Too many have no concept of economic reform of capitalism that remains capitalism and instead advocate for the difficult to defend state ownership of enterprise.

An ad hoc advancement of gross biological technology capable of morphing biological structures infinitely in all directions (imagine experimenting with brain size tweaking pig brains with human genes for xeno transplantation) has applications through the data for life extension of plutocrats and obviously is a back door for class biological war or social controls. Especially if populism is a political tool for mass acquiescence in the concentration of wealth, the masses themselves will continue voting for the interests of plutonomy that may ergonomically require the decline of mass being-for-itself. At a certain stage the plutonomy would be better off without billions of consumers in several theoretical models of dystopia.

There have been developments in biological growth of designer brains able to control flight simulators and machines since at least 2004. In a Florida experiment in 2004 a 25,000 rat cell brain was developed to make its way through a flight simulator.

End of Show Trial 2013 - George Zimmerman Found Not Guilty

George Zimmerman was acquitted Saturday by a jury of twelve of his peers (Floridians from the county) of second degree murder and manslaughter in the death of Treyvon Martin. The show trial seemed a little biased in favor of the prosecution yet justice was served anyway.

I wonder if the partisan public militant against white-Hispanic on black Florida street conflict would have been satisfied with the verdict of the O.J. Simpson trial?

O.J. was acquitted on very narrow technical grounds of a horrendous crime based mostly on circumstantial evidence. Race was again a factor in that trial, as it is preferred in national politics to judge a candidate these days on the color of their skin and content of their groin instead of  favorite Harvard connections,  hence the facts of the individual show trial case are not weighed terribly well by the partisan public enthralled by and caught up in the interminable media blitz and camp followers of the show trial.

O.J. Simpson was found not guilty because the glove didn't fit that was found outside his home by a trash can. If O.J. wasn't actually guilty then no perpetrator of the Goldman-Nicole Simpson murders was ever found. Alternatively a guilty man walked free though there was convincing D.N.A. blood evidence that of course could have been planted by some covert Jason Bourne style team of covert operatives.

George Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch volunteer that in a not to heavily trafficked area logically would have regarded anyone entering the neighborhood as a possible suspect until prima facia dismissed as a known resident, service repair guy, postman or whatever. In a crowded shopping mall a security guy couldn't take then same approach and regard everyone as a suspect, instead he or she ought to simply look for unusual suspect behavior. That is a security officer  might profile behavior rather than persons. Alternatively a security officer could stare at the sun or moon until blind or hypnotized by the beauty and listen to Lady Gaga ad infinitum.

Maybe the state should charge big media a fee for covering show trials in order to compensate acquitted defendants harmed by all of the publicity. George Zimmerman may find it challenging to find a regular job or have much security in the years ahead. No one could believe that he believed in some way that shooting anyone would have been a personally beneficial act financially or socially, yet because of the show trial status of the case, almost as if the President was looking like a Clarence Darrow for an opportunity to bring a monkey trial to bring evolution to public schools, Zimmerman may find it difficult to even walk through a crowd without adverse recognition.

One hopes the President will say something to the public about accepting the verdict and rule of law gracefully. President Obama had said that Treyvon Martin was like the son he never had, has the President now forgiven George Zimmerman?

A Remark About Mass and Field Theory in Quantum Cosmology

Fields are the fundamental element of being known to physics today. Particles get mass from fields. Field symmetry breaking lets local forces arise such as the strong force and the electroweak force. Massless particles (bosons) exist as vibrations traveling through a non-local field such as the electro-magnetic with bosons such as photons and gravitons. Particles with mass occur in gauge fields a.k.a. local fields. Mass is comprised of Fermions, although heavy bosons with mass (i.e. Higgs boson) can exist virtually (temporarily) before breaking down into other particles.

I wonder if dimensions are micro-gauge fields bound in place? It is remarkable that massless particles are emergent vibrations in a field. Imagine a straight rope laying on the ground. One takes an end of the rope and flips it sending a wave down its length. That is a photon in an electromagnetic field. It is a phenomenal particle at any given place or time where it is moving through yet it is really just the rope/three dimensional field fluctuating.

If one imagines a Higgs field in three dimensions in a shape more like a sphere than a rope, and that field is where the Universe occurs, particles with mass develop through contingent local fields arising within the primary field. Symmetry breaking is the usual suspect for the development of local fields and particles with mass.

In a way, mass seems to be particles that are hierarchically bound within local fields. Massless particles can pass through local fields yet not vice versa. Mass is a hierarchy of standing waves in local fields within the non-local Higgs field.

One wonders about the nature of fields-what determines the scale and quality of a primordial field like the Higgs field, what delimits it, and what its dynamic values would are? Ought a field be expected to have harmonics or to lose energy? Is a field inevitably a collection of quanta emerging from some deeper field?

Does Einstein's ten-value metric tensor of General Relativity in describing the curvature of space-time actually describe changes in quantity and quantity to local Higgs field values (or relationships to condensed mass or gauge fields within)? Is vacuum energy a metric for changes in the Higgs field over time?

Distributing wealth to the rich and corrupt circles that brought America the 2008 financial meltdown and excessive regulation is the unconventional wisdom for the day.

Pumping imaginary cash into the economy buying mortgage backed securities (maybe better named dubious securities) with the inflation rate about 1% and letting too big to be accountable bankers have lots of no-interest cash to buy up everyone's distressed or foreclosed home is a policy one might expect would create some sort of anomalous bubble never before seen in our times. Chairman Bernanke said the unemployment situation is actually worse than the 7.6% national average indicates. Dialectical political evolution is experiencing a comeback after the 1989 slump when the Reagan vs. Gorbachev dialectical led to total ideological collapse of communism and even dialectics. The two-party U.S. political dialectical evolution of political economy has demonstrated that dialectical evolution is itself still a valid theory.

A dialectical evolution of D.N.A. is the basis of a human genome. A trialectical basis for the genome with an extra strand of P.N.A. instead of D.N.A. would allow political dynasties to evolve within the two party structure by surpassing the political mortality of term limits. Human genes implicit let genetic chaos and mortality develop because of inherent failure to recalibrate and return to original condition genetic stability. An emergent lifetime of Clinton or Bush Presidencies could be negated by selection or merger to a champion King or Queen Bush or Clinton with the evolved dialectical kickback line of Presidential families racing to the top perfected instate-of-the-art political laboratories in Boston.

For the time being the trialectical third helix of political immortality is simple a shadow government ghost selecting the winners and losers in American economic free enterprise. There may be an infinite number of dialectical and trialectical systems in existence simultaneously if they are not powerful enough to dominate or totalize national or global economics.

A trialectical processes of reinventing the U.S. economic system to expand beyond the rather myopic dialectical evolution toward political pluralism and the goals of full employment, good wages for all, decreasing concentration of wealth and increasing ecospheric health and biological diversity isn't likely to occur without something of genius in U.S. political leadership. That hope ended in the first Clinton administration's echoed in the Hollywood zeitgeist Dumb and Dumber.

Egypt's New P.M. and Spare Billions from Saudi & U.A.E. Save Obama Admin Heavy Lifting

When Hazem el-Beblawi was named the new interim Prime Minister for Egypt followed by eight billion dollars of financial help from Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. the Obama administration was rescued from the weight of wondering what to do about the coup and billion and a half of military assistance problem. If there is a Prime Minister and some sort of functioning Egyptian popular government it may be now credibly legal to convey the backlogged weapons of war, mayhem and suffering to the Egyptian military.

It would be helpful if the Obama administration could invest in North Slope geothermal drilling to power villages  burning oil in winter as much as to sell solar panels to Egypt. Egypt probably needs some sort of intelligent village milennium alternative energy manufacture and marketing plan to create a better quality of life and more local work opportunity in the renewable, low-entropy anthropogenic resource field. It seems that the widget can boot up into reality at whatever scale converting mass energy into little widgets directly. Apparently the widget is more fundamental than the Higgs Field. You notice that gravity has stopped and time has quit. Relativity coheres with mass and energy so with the widget replacing mass and energy time has become relativistic, discrete and stationary as an attribute of the widget field following whatever way the widget sentience or directions-from whatever source that might be, wills.

"So that means that besides no gravity there is no time either?"

Evidently Yvonne. We seem sustained by some personal field developed concurrently with the widget field. The widgets haven't yet consumed our mass energy. The space-time energy for-ourselves coincides with experience of being.

The widget evidently created its form as a local infinity of discrete widgets without any content from the standard model of quantum physics. It could build its own content and scale up or down with relativistic mass. Its own mass was relativity to its intention with variables of composition forming unique steady-state of fundamental energy. Energy without space-time mass needed to exist in quantum packets that weren't of infinite value themselves. Time could be reassembled into whatever structure the widget configured.

House Republicans Should Pass a Border Security Bill-Not Amnesty

Democrats have except no interest in defending the American working class. It is a middle-class party of greed chasing after Wall Street and boardroom positions. They can offer depravity and benefits to the upwardly mobile class yet much may be smoke and mirrors as real wages decline for the middle class and families often have two SUV-winners. The ordinary working class is history's lint. Workers need to rely on Republicans to stop illegal migrant worker saturation of the nation and that is like expecting slavers to defend against importation of slaves. With so much cheap labor globally and with Democrat Party leaders levering more and more the future of those without Democrat Party  class qualifications or wealth is decreasingly bright.

Democrats signed off on the unnecessary Bush era foreign wars and supported outsourcing of jobs to China and insourcing of illegal alien workers. With the post-cold war environment of billions of new laborers too compete against the only way to defend American workers from drowning in global competition was to enforce border security and keep illegal migrant workers out. In the decline of American industrialism and wages of the working class sober management of national labor supply was vital. Democrats refused to secure the Mexican border against terrorist and illegal worker crossing.

The present Democrat administration has set an agenda of poverty for a new generation of American workers compiling vast public debt with permanent low wages. When inflation returns high unemployment and inflation may make purchases of food difficult. Yet the public is encouraged to live on government food and phone life support anyway, who needs work, and what value are college degrees anyway when cheap labor supply is available and millions of service jobs can be made to steady even the unemployed middle class in minimum wage work?

Republicans should pass a border security bill in the House. If after five years of zero illegal immigration they want to take another look at the separate issue of what to do with the ten to twenty illegal aliens already in the nation that would be reasonable. It is probable though that it would require five years minimum to even construct an effective Mexican boundary control zone across the southern border. A decree by King Canute will not just roll back the tide with a pleasing aesthetic ambiance.

So why should anyone believe the next try would be better? Before the last virtual border fence was built Congress believed it was a sure-fire state-of-the-art go. Selling the Brooklyn Bridge to the Senate might not be as difficult or take weeks to get 68 votes. The Los Angeles Times reported in 2010 that the virtual fence worked on just 53 miles of the 2000-mile border.

The last time D.H.S. did not have adequate over-site of its prime contractor. After reading a quality fiction book by the attorney who impeached Gov. Blogojevich of Illinois about government insider corruption one wonders if Boeing of Chicago- the builder of the last virtual fence- will bet returning to the friendly Obama trough again.

The Secure Border Initiative was virtually a leaky bucket of a sales job. The physical fence was not completed and the virtual fence was non-sense. Since the contract for the last one was cancelled in 2011 the administration and Democrat accomplices of the Senate might feel its time to shovel some more pork.

Operation Igloo White developed by the U.S. Government during the Vietnam Conflict was one of the first large scale efforts at constructing a virtual fence to interdict opposition employment force illegal aliens. Those soldiers were of the communist political theory and infiltrated supplies down the Ho Chi Minh trail in to the Republic of Vietnam. The sewing of sensors along the trail to alert satellites and scramble bombing missions when opposition work-force infiltrators arrived to cut down the average wages of free market workers (well, perhaps this analogy isn't terribly accurate yet the point that the virtual fences are too expensive is the point here) of poor South Vietnamese peasant laborers wasn't entirely ineffective. 

The costs of the virtual fence were said to be a self-inflicted wound to American treasure as it was asymmetric economic war. The military supplies lost by the infiltrators were of far less cost than the virtual fence technology. Personnel costs to the infiltrators were significant.

Physical barriers are sometimes effective against ground-game invaders. Hadrian's Wall built by the Roman Army in the 2nd century along the Scottish border kept those savages out of Roman England for quite some time. Illegal aliens today have more numbers and technology than the Scot savages back in the day yet not the energy and time. If Hadrian's Wall worked against the Scots a new, improved berm with hybrid electric cars driving along the top to patrol should work now.

Building physical boundary defense walls creates jobs. They can also set aside ecological reserve areas for wildlife-perhaps jaguars and other endangered species of the South. The two lines of Walls of Constantinople kept the Byzantine Empire safe enough for nearly one thousand years. And let us not forget Offa's Dyke of the 8th century that protected Mercia from the savages of Powys (Welch) back in the day. The berm was as much as 85 feet wide and 8 feet high and ran along areas between the kingdoms without natural barriers.

Clawdd Offa can be an inspiration to builders of a meaningful new border barrier between the U.S.A. and Mexico. An All-American aqueduct could be built along with a berm to carry saltwater pumped up from the Pacific Ocean to the continental divide that is allowed to flow downhill in each direction. Some of the saltwater would be evaporated and condensed under plastic to make freshwater for agriculture and recreation. Solar power might be used to give a boost to the vast siphon exploiting the difference between Pacific and Gulf of Mexico waters to maintain a constant flow rate to replace water lost to evaporation and other uses.

A border barrier recreation and desalination zone would be a better project than a sterile fence that doesn't grow anything at all and is an experimental area for infiltration, climbing, tunneling and so forth. A fence is a thing that inventors might use large mortars to launch illegal watermelons over, and catapults flinging people with parachutes might be attempted on the silly fence. Probably fence contractors want the work that thereafter is as much an eyesore as any for-profit prison's fences.

Why the U.S. Congress has no imagination or desire to make a profit on large-scale projects these days is uncertain. In former times they has the Columbia Basin project, the Apollo program, The Tennessee Valley Authority and so forth. The Congressional ideas about border security flim flam fencing are irritating. Some of us like neighborhoods without ugly California fencing subdivisions so that wildlife can wander freely. Border control zones need aesthetic earthworks and water filled canals that are useful and park-like yet effective. Building a prison infrastructure to keep unemployed Americans from leaving eventually isn't a good idea. Teach the unemployed to fish in a desert by building a canal filled with piped-in water is to keep illegal workers out too.

 Even two border patrolmen per mile instead of one won't stop careful infiltration of terrorists and shock workers. Without patrol cars driving atop a series of reinforced berms with green space between as well as canals the defense infrastructure is more to keep bureaucrats and lawyers out rather than illegal workers that Democrat politicians like.
