Chinese Oceanic-Spratly Area Grab

The issue of China building military facilities between the Philippines and Vietnam on built-up reefs and tiny islets called the Spratlys in the South China Sea is a problem. The invasive and forcing presence of China in other people’s backyards where they can intimidate and influence nations from an advanced position is not unnoticed. Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Brunei, the Philippines and Vietnam have land facing the Spratlys. Chinese military in the area is a threat to several other nations at it would allow different vectors for attack (i.e. on Taiwan, Vietnam etc.).

What the U.S. response should be to the build up is not certain. Chinese gaming theory may have decided that the U.S. will not risk economic damage to trade relations by vaporizing the bases. A good reaction would be to halt all development of those waters and create a great mariculture habitat experiment to maximize production sustainably with all proximal parties participating.

The location should be something of a demilitarized zone. The militarization is a provocation that increases defense costs and vigilance of nations that need to spend more on civil and ecospheric reconstruction and progress.

It is understandable that China with a vast left-wing population would be looking beyond its borders for additional food from the sea and minerals from below the benthos. The other nations want food from the area too, and haven’t the military power to dominate as China might wish to start.

Trade Warp While Demos Hate Straight

Americans are mostly concerned with earning a living. Wealth is being concentrated yet most including Democrats aren’t concerned about that. The trade war is of more concern to the 1% than everyone else. Fifty millions Americans share less than a half of one percent of the national income and the top 1% take 25%. Democrats cannot be made to be more patriotic. They support loose borders and illegal immigration and that directly harms labor supply and demand negotiating on the wrong side of the labor equation. Democrats blame Republicans and white males for everything and Democrats have been reinforced by a judiciary that runs toward corporate homo hegemony policies that expropriated marriage in order to end the concept of nuclear families and hetero-reproduction so far as possible; Demos hate straight.

Patriotism is a concept rather obsolete for Democrats. Theodore Roosevelt was patriotic, Barrack Obama seemed embarrassed to wear an American flag lapel pin . Times have changed. Those without savings or property, without good paying jobs and so forth have a hard time becoming all patriotic or thinking about tossing themselves onto a live grenade to save Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates The top 400 that already average 315 million dollars a year increase their share of the national income even if Pres. Trump is jigging around some of their global capital shifting relationships.

What About Global Economic Depression

People are fairly resilient, creative and energetic, mobile and restive unwilling too long remain depressed. Trade war with China isn’t too likely to cause deep depression so much as the twin towers of irrational exuberance and flimsy investment and terrorism that interrupts physical resource flow to factories and production.

Exhaustion of resources and other physical impacts to the social and political economy that force slumps are more damaging than administrative blockages. Yet I am not an economist. and might be wrong.

Why Spanish Speaking Countries in America Had Less Negro Segregation

A general rather than concise answer; Spain had royalty of course for whom almost everyone is a subject and a de facto slave, or nearly so. The Catholic influence on moderating slavery in Spanish speaking countries was real. Apparently the Spanish Florida set up escaped slaves from British colonies as free men. In 1583 Pope Paul III condemned slavery.

What if Germany as Land Had Never Existed

That is an interesting question to consider. Naming and Necessity. A landmass known as Germany could have been located somewhere-when else. An alternative interpretation is that apparently 50 million years ago the land that is Germany mostly didn’t exist and was still under water. One might think the Rhine Rift would tear Germany apart in a few million years, yet maybe not.

China is Not Filthy and Disgusting

Many don’t regard China as filthy and disgusting. It has had imperial rule then communism for its entire history so private interests and properties have never had much security. Clever Chinese Plans May be Afoot to Inflict Pain on Trump Supporters

It seems to me though that the Cold War really was World War 3 considering how many lives were lost and the global expanse. Trump Trade War Isn't to Smoke Out Chinese Economy

China has the most coal fired power plants in the world and can best produce any smoke screening for-themselves. President Trump’s effort to take away California’s state right to ban polluting emissions and create anti-smog laws is probably not intended to send a smoke screen to China with increased pollution since any California smog increase first would need to travel around the world in the prevailing westerlies and would largely disperse before screening China.

Europe imposed its tariffs on the United States about cars, and vice versa, not as a Trump administration plan to smoke out China’s economic situation except as it comprises imbalanced trade if that is the case, yet not with smoke, as it is written, with water , sobriety and good sense.

That is really bad news. CNN reported that the soccer ball President Trump was given by Vladimir Putin at Helsinki may have a transmitter chip in it. President Trump never goes anywhere without his soccer ball and sometimes plays a quick game with the Secret Service on the White House lawn. The best prospect for civil war in the U.S.A. might be if the public realizes that Vladimir Putin is responsible for concentrating wealth in the 1%, has forced the nation to use fossil fuels cars and trucks instead of electric and is coordinating foreign logging companies to clear cut wilderness areas and pave over or build on farm land for subdivisions. Sec State Pompeo Wrongly Calls for Russia to Give Up Crimean Russia

Apparently Sec State Pompeo doesn't know that the Crimea has been a part of Russia since Catherine the Great beat the Ottoman Empire in 1783 and they gave over the property for good. Quitting N.A.T.O. Might Increase Military Defense Efficiency

Perhaps the U.S.A. should quit N.A.T.O. and let Europe defend itself against whomever. Instead of N.A.T.O the U.S.A. could form a new, commercial volunteer military alliance for international security and nations could receive help from it in relation to what they put into it. If Germany paid 5% of its GDP into military material and personnel dedicated to the organization then they would receive whatever degree of support that purchased. The percent of GDP put into a military-for-the volunteer force by a nation would determine the kind of support they would get in case of conflict instead of the gross amount of money. Small nations would get the same level of help for their 5% as large nations.

The volunteer military alliance would just defend itself against attacks from non-member nations. If a member nation attacked another maybe there would need to be a vote by members on who to go to war with between the two parties-yet it could be by alliance law, just one side and not both.

On the Trade War- At the Front

Finding themselves at the front line in the trade war Americans are good soldiers and beginning to dig in. They have e-tools and look for bargains on-line.

I think some people are tired of the way it is in world trade, with the ossification of the usual practices and wealth being concentrated, so shaking things up a bit isn’t terribly unwelcome. President Trump’s interventions won’t affect things nearly as badly as just one terrorist incident, 9–11, did, to keep things in perspective, and it may do some good.

Many people like having a player comfortable with business get jiggy with global economics to see what falls out.

Farmers deserve some federal support if anyone does since they produce the nation’s food largely (although the Communists have the largest American pig farm and produce much pork for America and I am not sure if the U.S. Government should directly subsidize the Communist Chinese government with farm aid).

IMO the President should get legislation to make it illegal to make ordinances that don’t let home owners or renters have gardens instead of lawns. He should also form a national soy bean research and develop council to find ways to make new products and have the government buy up surplus soy and convert it to free school lunch health foods.
