Capitalism's Creative Destruction of World Ecosphere (video)

Capitalism's creative destruction of industrial practices bringing reform and change has the unintended consequence of destruction of ecosphere as an externality. Here are some ideas on the issue. The author reads his essay on the topic with voice over Alaska images.

Creative Destruction of Evolutionary Capitalism Destroys the Ecosphere Too

Joseph Schumpeter is credited with coining the term 'creative destruction of capitalism' in reference to the change of economic infrastructure from industrialism to post-industrial tool-kit. That creative destruction has the side effect of destroying the planet's ecosphere as a bi-product or externality. Plainly stuffy capitalism as ecospheric vishnu defenders need to destroy their own ideas about what capitalism is and adapt to a post-trash-the-ecosphere new way of capitalism.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creative_destruction

Environmental economics that are adaptable to present national and global challenges require intelligent design of political parameters responsive to meeting the challenges to the synthesis of social economy and ecosphere. Capitalism in its present evolutionary form is demonstrably inadequately responsive to challenges of habitat loss, mass species extinction, global warming, oceanic pollution and dislocation of economic and physical security of the citizens of the U.S.A. and world. In theory capitalism with intelligent design parameters established politically would better work to satisfy political and consumer needs.

Mass media sycophants of concentrated wealth and power get news feed from government and corporate releases largely. Reiteration of ethics values of concentrated wealth form the bulk of the political socialization of the masses encountering the mass media, hence those values of evolutionary capitalism instead of capitalism under the direction of intelligent design gather together like a pelaton in a distance bike race riding through ecospheric and economic eschaton waiting to crash down upon them like a spring-loaded hyper-Maxwell’s hammer.

Plainly one wonders if the Federal Reserve can print up money to buy U.S. bonds and issue zero interest loans to large banks as a permanent feature of the U.S. economy without causing hyper-inflation and devaluation of the value of the dollar. Another potential problem is the large number of dollars held abroad in relation to the quantity held by Americans-will Americans be able to afford to live in their own nation if they aren’t part of the 1% in the future? One also wonders if the Denver Broncos will win the Super Bowl, if Lebron James will go to the Cavaliers, Lakers or Nicks and where Carmello Anthony will be this fall-a dual gunner with the Lakers’ Kobe Bryant?

Present Obama has had seven major policy achievements in his 6 years;

1-Obamacare
2-Queering the federal government
3-Making Bush tax cuts for the rich permanent
4-Getting a Sunni Caliphate started in the Middle East
5-Forming bad diplomatic relations with Russia and Germany
6-Running the money printing presses copiously without causing hyper-inflation
7-Building more public debt in one term than G.W. Bush in two

It is the last policy that is remarkable and a cause for wonder. It seems as if a new age of economics has arrived long after Nixon took the U.S.A. off the gold standard; the Federal Reserve can just issue more money to buy U.S. bonds and fund the cost of government and make zero interest loans to large banks- free money effectively so the rich can buy up global business opportunity. There must be some unintended consequences for that-I just can’t say what it is.

In Afghanistan however the probable fraud that bilked the Adullah Adullah Presidential run seems set to marginalize the Shi’a-Tajik candidate and ensconce the Sunni who can perhaps work better with the Taliban after the U.S.A. accelerates withdrawal of most remaining forces. President Obama doesn’t evidently have much concern about the re incipient necessity for a partition to spare the Northern Alliance oriented partisans the embarrassments of protracted Sunni oppression post-N.A.T.O. occupation. Realistically the U.S. Government should consider plan B to partition Afghanistan and reinforce the Northern Alliance if we are returning to a pre-2001 configuration eventually. Maybe Iran can be of help in reinforcing the Northern Alliance if they aren’t too busy reinforcing the Iraqi Shi’a under siege from the Sunni Caliphate in Northern Iraq and part of Syria.

The role of the U.S.A. in developing a broad Sunni terrorist infrastructure in the Middle East is sadly evident though perhaps more a result of ineptness rather than intention. I hope they do not transform behind the wave ineptitude into further destabilization of the Middle East politically-that can bring economic and ecospheric harm as well.

Dual Booting a Contingent Universe

God created creatures called humans. In this paradigm the creatures learn through divine revelation that God is real and concerned about them. That is humanity has received sufficient communication to assemble in the Bible. What about God’s point of view of things? We don’t often consider that (as if we could) yet we might act a little as if we did in order to understand our own situation as human beings a little better.

God is. God is the great I am. God is God. God is being. Creating creatures or anything sentient with its own Universe is like dual booting an operating system that isn’t aware that it exists within a larger OS. God can set aside a partitioned area of the omnipotent hard drive and create a Universe or Multi-verse within it containing people, animals, matter and energy with its own protocols of order. It has death in it-nothingness delimiting the temporal boundaries of the creatures. Like an operating system that won’t be maintained forever-like Windows XP unfortunately-humanity in the partitioned Universe just won’t be maintained in their contingent being beyond a certain, finite date.

Within the partitioned area of the hard drive the existence of the partition cannot be known. Only revelation arriving from God transcending the partition can inform the creatures of the true nature of their existence. Though mankind as fallen, temporal being subject to evolutionary thermodynamic entropy has implicit facts, obedience to the revealed will of God frees humanity from that bondage to sin. Sin is fundamental disobedience to the will of God.

Sin is itself an aspect of nothingness. Being and nothingness is the veritable dichotomy of good and evil. Evil and sin is the brinksmanship in disobedience unto nothingness.

Philosophically speaking God is the unmoved mover Being all things. He is Lord of everything. Nothing is a mysterious element that permits free will to make errors; errors, falsehoods and intentions leading to nothingness. Containing disobedient free will within the temporal Universe is a brilliant way of adapting the altered spiritual condition of the beta version humans Adam and Eve to a Universal environment commensurate with their change. It has strife and challenge. Yet God still cares about His creatures and the Son appeared as man himself in order to give humanity a way to return to a normative, obedient relation with God. Jesus Christ is God as is the Holy Spirit. The trinity cohere within one another for-us.

The Universal operating system has physical cosmology of great interest with the pursuit of knowledge of that system developed in natural philosophy. God is however, live, eternal and creations and everything else are contingent aspects of His own Being. God is all Being yet not all sentient beings are God. In a comparable way-all of the data and programs in an operating system of a contingent operating system were created by the meta-operating system programmer and are in a sense ‘his’ too, however not all of the individual lines of code in the contingent Universe OS are the operating system. Anyone who has looked at the files on Windows knows that not all files including program files can be said to be the Windows operating system.

Perhaps I didn’t make that last point very clear. Here is another point of difference yet, Windows isn’t the hardware comprising the computer whereas the operating system for the contingent Universe in it’s partitioned area comprises that Universe’s hardware.

The steady state Universe of entangled quantum mass and energy is regarded by some as information or bits of data with locations running in accord with thermodynamic physical laws of causality. The OS is the hardware flowing from an original boundary condition at the point of origin-Big Bang, Inflaton, Membrane or Dimension collisions whatever. That Universe exists as a partitioned area-one cannot locate evidence of the metaphysics of the realm beyond the partition because God exists beyond, spiritually. Only through the word of God and in particular the Lord Jesus Christ can one return to freedom with obedience to the will of God. God forgives the sin of the fallen creatures of the temporal partition if they accept the Son as their Lord.

Jesus Christ made the atoning sacrifice on the cross.  He showed that God recognizes the fallen human condition and condemns it even in His Son yet because Jesus Christ was resurrected God showed that there is a way through and away from that temporal human condition leading to death and unto the right eternal relationship with the Creator transcending the temporal Universe and sin. God does not condemn God. In other words God didn’t condemn Jesus Christ-only the temporal physical form of mankind existing in the partitioned Universe OS. People have the ability to overcome their programmed D.N.A. and have faith in the Lord and His sacrifice providing a way unto the right relationship with God and eternal life in heaven (the operating system beyond the partition where God is the evident administrator).

The Devolution of Democracy into Tyranny

Could the Roman Republic have survived into the Christian era if Caesar had not won the Roman civil war? The Roman patricians of the Republic had invested heavily in foreign concerns and cared too little for the nation. Of course they wanted to preserve their class political power yet who exactly was to mind the store?

History presents interesting questions and lessons to learn about human social environments from. The Phoenicians were before the Romans the great naval power of the Mediterranean. With the rise of Roma as a rival they sent their General Hannibal to beat down Rome and of course he failed. Though a greatly innovative and determined military leaders Phoenician Carthage was a naval and trading power instead of one with a history of successful land war. Eventually at the critical moment when Hannibal had Rome in his grasp the Carthaginian financiers cut off his military funding as too costly. Perhaps the Roman Republic could be understood as dying from a similar cause of distracted commercial leaders in political-economic power unwilling to comprehend and support their real national interest.

The charismatic Julius Caesar was a populist supported by the common plebian urbanites who understood their rich Republican rulers were busy concentrating wealth through foreign interests across the ancient world including luxurious villas in France (trans-alpine Gaul) while they had high unemployment and uncertain economic security. Republicanism might have appeared like an aristocracy on a hill, aloof, imperious and callous uttering advice of a stoic nature to the poor to bite the bullet and stuff will trickle down in a hypothetical spatiotemporal time parameter acceptable to proper civil order conserving the interests of the rich. Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon with his legion understood the circumstance of popular discontent. Over the course of the war he met and defeated Pompey’s legion in Greece who then fled.  Winning the civil war he would eventually become with recalcitrance, Emperor. The plebian mob liked it. The imperial Empire buried the Roman Republic for good replacing bad coin with worse. When wealth is over-concentrated concentrated Republicanism becomes a casualty. In the U.S.A. the concentration of wealth supported by Democrats and Republicans could lead to the end of Republicanism and Democracy.

The United States seems to have similar dangers today as did Republican Rome. Its political leaders are tools for commercial global interests. Federal and Wall Street misadministration built up the 2008 financial crash. Federal debt continues to compile and civil leadership to reduce global expenses on standing military and increase ecosphere reconstruction with employment and quality of life improvements are lacking.

Contemporary plebeians experience an unresponsive and aloof, ineffective political leadership class unwilling to reform capitalism that has moved its center of effort offshore. The U.S. Senate is led by a quietist majority leader used to raising daughters so non-dynamic that the President is tempted to be too executive such as to disregard the Congressional right to make the laws and his duty to obey and execute the laws of Congress.

When the United States was founded it inherited the problem of slavery created by imperial government before. Importation of slavery was stopped as soon as reasonably possible in that era-about 20 years after the signing of the constitution into law. It would take fourscore and ten years before the American civil war to end slavery. It wouldn’t have been possible for the United States to have long endured without the slave states sandwiched between imperialists North and South. The experiment in democracy would have quickly ended. The wisdom of the founders brought in the slave states to the revolution and cut off the head of the imperialist leaders, politically speaking, later in winning the civil war. Rehabilitating the southern states into democracy was a time consuming and costly process. The war of 1812 though demonstrated how dangerous British imperialists still were and the need to include the southern states in the revolution of 1776.

The revolutionary era of American history was still on something more of a human level of egalitarianism than today. There wasn’t so much difference between rich and poor and neither did medical procedures give the rich the assurance of longer, healthier lifespan. The revolutionaries fought human beings rather than half billion dollar stealth bombers, nuclear attack submarines, space satellites, and nuclear weapons. I mention this enormous change in the relationship between the power of any government of that era and its citizens and those of today for a reason; to point out that it may be impossible for Americans to revolt against their government today and without that ability, one enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, government power may have no real limit to its ability to degrade democracy and popular sovereignty.

It is difficult to imagine the President becoming an Emperor in this or any of the next few administrations, yet the transformation of the U.S. Government to an insular institution loyal to global financial Plutocracy isn’t. A benevolent dictatorship is an oxymoron however a sham democratic government protected by loyal to the rich broadcast media isn’t. Mercenary broadcast media political opinion hasn’t the same political interests at all as plebian urbanites and rural Americans. More illegal aliens arrive in America every few years than there were American citizens in the early Republic. With open borders and cheap air travel or to the beach of Laredo and Phoenix hundreds of millions of migrants would move if they could, anytime before the U.S.A. runs out of natural resources and jobs to plunder and take. Inrushing masses care little about the national ecospheric, security or civil rights and order issues of the nation-they are in quest of cash and have cell phones and the internet to get instructions from the world with about where to g and what to do.

The President seems to live in the 19th century on the subject of immigration and not recognize the numbers of people involved. There are more illegal aliens in the U.S.A. today than were Americans in the country in 1860. It has real consequences to let in a few million illegals here and a few more there.  The scalar field increase of resource consumption and inverse reduction of per capita land area available is a fact in the arrival of illegal alien millions that does no good at all to the democratic concept of  self-determination of the people of the United States from within.

American democracy is premised to be a country of, by and for the people with political rule with the consent of the governed. Americans don’t set illegal immigration levels for the year the illegals decide for themselves to enter whenever they choose destroying the sovereignty of the citizens of the United States over immigration.

The people of the United States have historically set immigration levels. Immigrant quotas from Europe were set early in U.S. history. When the danger of anarchists and communist seemed to develop amidst eastern Europeans immigration quotas were drastically cut. Most Americans arrived here legally and were hence acting within the popular sovereignty of the people of United States unlike the illegal immigrants from the south the past 50 years. President Obama has supported the idea of making law breaking of the sovereign laws of the people of the United States a pathway to U.S. citizenship in accord with his tendency toward an imperial executive power.

Control of immigration levels are important for sovereign citizen government designs of policy reacting satisfactorily to public will. Surplus labor supply may be undesired by the masses of Americans without prospects for good jobs or even any job at all so they may not want millions of immigrants in some year or decade. The environment may be viewed as endangered by human exploitation and the public will by a majority may be for zero or low population growth. There are any number of reasons why political will of the majority may oppose high immigration levels yet illegal immigration bypasses the political system completely. Illegal aliens can enter illegally because the Democrat congress and neo-imperial executive won’t defend the border adequately or empower local law officials to arrest illegal aliens and remand them to federal custody for repatriation to real homeland.

President Obama as an executive enforcing laws selectively seems to prefer a plutocratic imperialism down-grading American democracy. Support for mass illegal immigration and refusing to let Bush II era tax cuts expire are imperial policy directions. While there is any public debt the taxes on the rich should not have been cut. The way to cut public debt is to tax the rich. The poor will get off reliance on public support when they have good jobs or good job prospects that won’t happen with surplus cheap labor.  The rich are concentrating wealth in the meanwhile, the environment is in decay, public debt increases at something like a trillion a year more or less and the President sets a new record every week on the number of gold games played in two terms by a President. The broadcast media like imperialism with the people experiencing democracy vicariously through them in a new age bread, circuses (T.V.) and soporifics.

Imperial and brute imposition of alien will from leaders and migrants into the nation is traditionally un-American. The former was a stimulus to the American Revolution. Today the globalist government-corporate entity finds distance non-existent with speed-of-light communication and U.S. ideas about the sovereign political will of plebian Republicans quaint. American Republicans were, to start with, more like Roman plebeians than Roman republicans- that were more like an aristocracy after more century increasing wealth and power. It’s hard to say where it will develop or it what manner reform could occur.

The Roman Republicans might have evolved a broader representative franchise and avoided the transition to imperialism yet failed with their attention focused on concentrating wealth and training foreign mercenaries to serve in their army and substitute for them in military service. The failure of elite Republican leadership to comprehend what comprises and interests the populous seems recurrent to a certain extent. Examples are limited because Republics are limited in number to review over history.

Ronald Reagan understood populism and was a popular Republican leader-it wasn’t just the conservativism of rich. Elite Republicanism detached from the plebian sort of populism that is supposed to be the true foundation (under God) of American democratic government (representative government) probably leads in the same sort of direction as the Republicanism of ancient Rome toward imperialism- even if in a new age form of global plutocracy and Wall Street networking of concentrated wealth (the 5% of the 1%).

Republicanism that fails to lead on ecological economic reform will not get the chance often enough to stop the illegal immigration that will eventually undermine democracy and their own political base. Imperialism ends Republicanism with concentrating wealth rather leading to fewer and fewer Republicans. It is then that the populous feeling repressed support a symbolic popular imperialist (Caesar) to be the benevolent dictator ostensibly working for the masses. Democracy has then died.

Room for Angels in the Modern World

Protestant images of angels are difficult to imagine. Catholics have had an easier time of that, perhaps over-imaging angelic images. In the modern scientific world of drug users and godless materialism one might reasonably ask where do angels fit in to the world view of Protestant Christians?

I think the answer is not much. Protestants tend toward agnosticism on having opinions about angels yet they shouldn't. The theologian Karl Barth believed that since angels are in scripture it is necessary to have faith in angels too. I can live with that, especially after learning more about Karl Barth's views on scripture.

Americans tend to view extra-terrestrials more favorably than angels. Scientists seem to like the idea of extra-terrestrials on exo-planets that just haven't given us a call yet. In spite of all the effort with S.E.T.I. to locate the little green men from red planets and elsewhere the warblings of the creatures of fantasy remain undiscovered' fine-there are probably good reasons for that.

Angels though are comparable to extra-terrestrials I would think in that they are from somewhere else than here; some place not easy to seem with a telescope. Heaven-the place where angels are reputed to live-may be regarded as being of an extra-dimensional location. There may be innumerable undiscoverd dimensions, even string theory posits hundreds of them. Qualitative differences in dimensions may make heaven a place one can't ever by a space flight to. It has some sort of one-way accessability for the elect rhough the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Angels are beings already living in heaven whereas humans are living on Earth. The realm of the Earth could comprise the entire solid state Universe as a material condition I suppose-from the point of view of angels in heaven. An analogy would be that viewed from the moon the earth looks like a blue marble or some sort of potential topaz nugget for deposit in an account in a dark pool faster-than-light trading firm's computer accounts offshore.

Angels may be God's ambassadors or emissaries to Earth persons when the trinity wants to put in a personal appearance through the angels. Barth advises though to not go beyond scriptural references and invent one's own images of angels or imagine their works. Protestants I think tend to worry about the possibility of creating falsehood theologically speaking about the roles and impacts of angels upon humans individually and socially that might distract from thinking about the real relationship with the Lord and work of the Holy Spirit. Even so there is still room for angels in the world. If you ever actually meet one it probably won't require abstract verification.

U.S. Labor Participation Rate Expected to Decrease the Next Decade

U.S. labor force participation is the lowest in 35 years. In spite of a good June employment report of 288,000 jobs the need for several million quality employment positions remains. The bleak job outlook for the nation is a great opportunity for the next Presidential candidate to build an economy for ecosphere renewal to raise that labor participation rate up from 62 million to perhaps 100 million.

http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SL.TLF.CACT.FM.ZS ratio of female/male employment in world nations

King salmon fishing in Alaska and the North Pacific is bad not only because of river habitat degradation. The salmon oceanic four-year life cycle is technologically obsolete. The big fish can’t dodge those big drift nets on their easily predictable routes so many years. Pink salmon that are on a two year closer to shore life cycle tend to thrive however. The ecosphere predation economy of humans has outgrown the prey (natural resources) and requires conservation.

Nations with rivers that have or had King salmon runs could agree to not fish in the middle of the ocean any more and just catch fish close to home in limited numbers, yet if they did that they would probably lose out as nations from elsewhere on the planet sent ships to the North Atlantic to take the bounty. King Salmon numbers are doomed by the political economy.

A new President who comprehends what ecological economics is and who is able to reform and direct capitalism to work within new procedural parameters could stimulate the creation of new work. The low labor participation rate is an excellent opportunity to reform capitalism and de-escalate the concentration of wealth neo-monopoly of Wall Street networking capitalism and return it to the former pluralism through limits on the numbers of corporations one can invest in to three (so that people have to work their own business instead of just owning others).

Probably no one in either party has a clue about what ecological economics is.

The U.S. dept. of labor anticipates that labor participation rate will continue to fall in comparison to the past until at least 2022. Young workers aren't entering the work force as much for some reason, and population increase has slowed except for that of recent immigrants.

Getting good ecologically reconstructive work for more Americans ought to be a goal of Presidential candidates instead of just creating more quick and dirty exploit the environment sorts of work in work procedures of the past.

President Obama’s Subtle War on Women Through Corrupt Federal Courts

When President Obama said that with homo marriage ‘you can marry whoever you love’ he expressed executive contempt for thousands of years of human reason building up the institution of marriage around procreation and protection of women as vulnerable child bearers. To the President marriage is nothing more than a federal legal term like a joint partnership or corporation that ought to be used by any legal adult with whoever. Yet it isn’t as simple as that.

Marriage reflects a rational biological content comprising procreation in heterosexual reproduction. It isn’t just a legal arrangement. There are laws against marrying close relatives for instance even if one loves them (meeting the President’s criteria) because of the biological consequences of inbreeding. Marriage laws that are implicitly designed to support heterosexual reproduction cannot just be applied existentially to any adult.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/10/alimony-women-increasingly_n_1506394.html

The unintended consequences of ending the human institution of marriage and reworking it to be an encumbering legal partnership with rights of inheritance and so forth expanded to include homosexuals would be implicitly structured without equality for heterosexuals and homosexuals. Laws against incest would remain to stop the President’s existential paradigm for marriage. Laws against bestiality would remain so democrats can’t marry the dog they love or the burro the bought in Mexico, and the social bias that one sex has an obligation to pay child support or alimony payments after divorce would stop in order that heterosexuals are discriminated against. Since it is unreasonable to find that one partner of a same sex marriage has an implicit biological, sexed obligation to pay alimony to ‘the weaker sex’ plainly there is a biological foundation for marriage that would end in order that marriage laws apply equally to queers, steers and heterosexuals. That is a war on women.

http://online.wsj.com/articles/kentucky-same-sex-marriage-ban-rejected-by-federal-judge-1404306317

The Federal Courts that are forcing homosexual marriage upon the states seem like a generation of legalists that used too much L.S.D. or cocaine.  Who needs respect when they have the power of military terror to dominate and define social reality? They seem spaced and incorrigibly corrupt and unworthy of social respect. That isn’t a good thing. It is challenging to revolt in the modern world where the Federal Government has so much power and so many goons ready to kill for its pay and ‘really good benefits’, yet the founders in today’s business climate would have found most of Wall Street supporting the British Torrie establishment instead of a minority of radicals.

With the Federal monopoly on nuclear weapons revolt is effectively impractical, so the inertia of evil corrupt power just rolls on running roughshod over the sentiments of perhaps more than a hundred million Americans. When the republic grew up the Federal Government didn't have a large standing army and vast military power including nuclear weapons and N.S.A. surveillance to intimidate the population into docility. Instead the D.C. government had to actually listen to the people to get them to support government objectives. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely (Acton).

http://www.globalfirepower.com/country-military-strength-detail.asp?country_id=united-states-of-america

http://www.miamiherald.com/2014/07/02/4215359/comparison-of-privacy-reports.html

The thing is, none of that was necessary. A new institution especially for queers could have been created that would not have attacked marriage. Maybe that’s a result of insiders seeking to reduce the population forcibly. I regard the preference for moral corruption rather than social education as a bad policy choice.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2014/06/29/blame-the-obama-doctrine-for-iraq.html

Besides the empirical result of created a new Caliphate in the Middle East from Iraq and Syria President Obama as attacked American moral significantly. Debatably he has organized international terrorism better than Osama Bin Laden although unintentionally and domestically he has attacked marriage vigorously seeking to end it as a viable procreative institution. Happy Fourth of July.

Parameters of Genesis Cosmology (video)

People have many thoughts about Genesis and in comparison to scientific cosmology. Interesting thing about subjective epistemology though is that it's often or usually wrong or incomplete. This is an introduction to 'Creation and Cosmos; The Literal values of Genesis'. A book I put together to examine some of the many possible meanings of the book of Genesis' cosmology content and contrast that with recently learned scientific parameters of cosmology that are incomplete obviously.
Reading an introduction to Karl Barth's theology noetic and ontic contexts for man's relation to God arise that transcend simple analysis of the natural world investigated by natural philosophy. I note Barth's excellent paradigm in this intro as another point to consider.-I have some decent images of S.E. Alaska for the voice-over.

Ecosphere, Economy and Politics Video

I am not  optimistic about the prospects of electing a quality President up to the job with good ideas in the next few elections-that just isn't necessary for Wall Street to collect rents, wealth to be concentrated or for Democrats to select quietist, uncreative majority leadership or Presidents without ecospheric economics, full employment and security education.

I made a video with images taken on the west side of the Mendenhall Glacier wherein I make some philosophical comments about ecosphere poltics and the problem of perceptions about the effect of housing on the environment. Alice Cooper's Elected video encapsulates the futility of the meaning of the vote for the helots these days.

President Obama's Counterproductive Development of Terrorist Army

At first glance President Obama's Middle East policy seems crazy. At second glance it could be his early childhood Sunni Muslim orientation growing up in Sunni Indonesian society. In Indonesia 88% are Muslim and 99% of Muslims are Sunni. A couple of days after Syria got rid of all its chemical weapons stockpile he asked Congress for a half billion dollars for weapons for the Sunni jihadist at war on the Syrian Government. The President subconsciously may see red at Shi'a and Alawite and doesn't mind building up a vast jihadist army in the Middle east without a nation of their own to topple Alawite-Shiist Assad if possible, intimidate Iran with quality terrorist insurgents, eye-down Jewish Israel and look southwest toward oil-fat Crotiun Saudi Arabian royals.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFVrBzuyhFA elected video by Alice Cooper

ISIS has of course taken much of Iraq already. ISIS is undermining the Iraq government and the President wasn't able to influence Prime Minister Malaki much over the years. Withdrawal from Iraq without security arrangements was followed by building up a jihadist fighting force. Al Qaeda has completely swelled in numbers as a consequence.

Civilian casualties for Syria and Iraq during the President's tenure have been huge and probable will increase. Muslims have a different view of Armageddon than Christians. The President may not be aware of the appearance to Christians of his Middle East policy.
