One may
wonder about the effect of entropy on space-time. Although initially
the phenomenon of gravity notably drew mass together in clumps as
galaxies entropy was increasing overall. Gravity spends energy in
work drawing mass into stars and such possibly excreting entropy and
expanding space-time or not The answer is as uncertain as the content
of MH 370's black box that could be empty or have the voice of a
computer taking over the plain by remote communication cutting off
communication and leaving just and enigmatic hsss on the voice data
recorder. If an honest national intelligence agency get possession of
the devices perhaps we shall learn the facts.

The
Protestant reformation was a liberal movement that freed up
Christians to read the Bible in their own vernacular for-themselves
without the intervention of a separate and higher order of Christian
called priests. Sarcedotal celibacy aside the priesthood of believers
was what Martin Luther thought Christians should be-all Christians in
different roles. One of the coincident results of Protestant
countries letting people read the Bible for-themselves was a
quickened pace of technological development in Germany, Britain and
the United States in comparison to Spain, Mexico and Peru. That may
be good or bad.
If a
theocrat wants to rule all the world including politically that is
bad. The twelve disciples would not have ruled the world,
water-boarded or held prisoners for an Inquisition as fell the ill
fate of Emperor Charles's' Archbishop who administered too liberal of
last rights of forgiveness through the Lord (Cardoza), yet technology
can be bad as well as good. It is easy to imagine that the drive to
mechanization, genetic engineering and nano-tech machines will not
result in the transformation of mankind to a better kind of
antinomian Nietzschianism but instead will result in the extirpation
of human life as a superfluous biological entity threatening the
well-being of self-aware super-creatures neither biological or
mechanical.
Historically
speaking liberalism is about the empowerment of individuals over
authority. Martin Luther saw direct faith relationships to the Lord
and the Bible as basic while Romanists of the time cynically viewed
their position as one of empowerment to rule all of Christendom and
to sell them indulgences (a paper) that would forgive their temporal
sins and those of relatives in purgatory. Socialism is a soft sort of
authoritarianism and statism as is global corporatism that deceives
some into believing it to be free enterprise and respecting of
individual civil liberty. Corporatists rule with implicit power
without formally needing to declare it so.
Conservatism
tends to be toward the direction of consolidated wealth, power and
authority. The broadcast media in the present age is a tool of
concentrated wealth and power instead of being democratically
apportioned with citizen pod-cast slices. In the United States
liberalism has drifted toward meaning antinomian, no-moral-boundaries
libertarianism in fact under a neo-socialist state alliance with
global corporatism. Martin Luther was a champion of liberalism yet
descried the foul unintended consequence of church reform that let
the German peasantry feel feel to indulge themselves in immoral acts
since their was an absence of ruling moral authority for a while in
the interregnum before establishment of a more conservative
protestant Church.
A
historical cycle finds liberals seeking to free themselves from
repressive conservatives. When liberals are successful they may
become antinomian libertines or alternatively overly puritanical
legalists following a too conservative trend themselves. They become
slaves to the law as were the failed Jewish conservatives in the time
of the Lord. Jesus freed mankind from the bondage to sin through
failing efforts to cohere with perfect conformity to legalisms. That
is a difficult point for some, and am impossibly vague or
preposterous point for eleatic debaucherers for-themselves working
along a premise of pure personal egoism ethically speaking.
In the
post-reformation an evolution of cooperative Christian
inter-sectarian ecumenicism has arisen that acknowledges the
fallibility of human judgment regarding select doctrines. There is no
need or perhaps wisdom in seeking to compel all Christian to accept
one particular point of view on all matters theological or
Christological. It is expedient to have firewalls to wrong opinion
and consolidation of authority not only in church affairs but in
international and economic affairs as well.
In the
biological realm there isn't much intelligence (no jokes about
D.C.). Human beings appear to have the highest intellect yet it is
not competently applied to manage either economics or environment. A
kind of natural inertia drives most cells along with plain notions or
channels of right and wrong. Plenty is good and privations bad, yet
too much plenty can generate species depletion too. Sentient beings
advanced intelligence from neocortex process increases are few on
Earth. Most biological life being destroyed by humanity inn this
anthropocene era it isn't improbable that human life will become the
first casualty of a new world order saturated with
super-communicating, transcending physics changing artificial
intelligence life-forms able to turn off any sector of existence as
readily as finding a g.p.s. address is today.
