Alaska Legislature to Move North of Pt. McKenzie?

With the Alaska State legislature meeting this week in Anchorage one wonders how soon a permanent move somewhere on the east side of Knik Arm a few miles from Anchorage will happen? Since only four or five people from Juneau and a few others from southeast would need to travel far while most Alaska legislatures including those riding a train from Fairbanks and the interior would find it much easier (along with the public) to participate in government the move seems inevitable.

There are several forms of capitalism possible. Value theories may be changed to reflect environmental capital needs that are implicitly not outsourcable-a reason why concentrated monetary capital concerns tend to oppose ecological economic values. Adam Smith was at any rate concerned about freeing up foreign trade monopoly by Royal chartered companies. Mansoul is I suppose representative of Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem when  the Lord physically returns to take possession. The people realize they have no virtue that can save themselves, and ask for the mercy of God (the Lord) to keep them free and in His good graces as His servants.

It is true that some treaties to grant land to Indians in return for peace were made, yet most were not given the right to vote whatsoever as individuals in American politics. In order for Indians to qualify for a different legal status they actually needed to be different. In wasn’t discrimination to deny Indians equal legal rights if they were not equal and were instead separate.

The first amendment was created long before dueling became outlawed. The founders respected free speech yet they also respected a man's right to defend against common slander, defamation and so forth. They new that legal dueling made citizens temper what they choose to say publicly because they would be accountable for it. The broadcast media today has made a complete farce of free speech. They are like the wild kudzu plant that has overgrown the south as a noxious weed. Fair and balanced broadcast verbiage cannot really be achieved unless listeners can duel the broadcasters if they wish.

A restoration of free speech parameters consistent with some modicum of personal honor and integrity should be developed. Actually the most practical way would be to deny organized crime access to broadcast wavelengths and use new technology to give all broadcast frequencies to individual citizens to share in some kind of fair non-preferential order. It might be desirable to some to shoot the infected dogs (whoever they are), yet Christian virtue must temper the will of classical virtue to exact just retribution now and then.

The Appearance of Spirit from the Inanimate Material of the Cosmos

Spirit arises from the material cosmos directed by the will of God. The failure or unwillingness to recognize the ascendence of spirit and to remain simple animate mass that ratiocinates is a kind of dampened fuse dumb down of human potential that God intended evidently to achieve a spiritual health.

In the beginning God created the Universe. In chapter two God creates man outside of the thermodynamically submerged world. Adam and Eve were created directly by God-not born and in that perfect condition of spirit they sinned wilfully disobeying God instructions not to eat from the tree of knowledge. Moral awareness of the difference between good and evil is a fundamental break with the natural animal world that has no awareness of good, evil or any other moral concepts-it simply consumes other life and inputs energy to grow. Mankind was supposed to be more than that.

Apparently Adam and Eve were downloaded from a more spiritual into a material world and Universe.  Adam was made to work and Eve was made to have the painful experience of childbirth. They were infused into history at the dawn of civilization and integrated with the surrounding human life. Adam and Eve and their descendants the Jews were given the role of being a priesthood to the rest of the world. God gave the proto-evangelium immediately after the fall indicating that he would some day send a savior to enable humanity to overcome the problem of willful disobedience that makes humanity an unacceptably imperfect spiritual subject for God who is a perfect Spirit.

It was the descendants of Adam and Eve through Abraham with the Abrahamic covenant and through Moses and David with their covenants that the Servant-King Isaiah prophesied of appeared in the nation of Israel. Jesus Christ was born as one of Abraham's and David's descendants as prophesied. His ministry of salvation was given to anyone of faith in his ability to overcome original and all other sin that makes humanity imperfect and unacceptable to God. Jesus Christ was the God-man without sin. Sin is the problem of evil, of temporality and of a failure of humanity to overcome the material and temporal world and its problems of evil that arise in human nature.

To exist as a sentient being in a temporal world with salvation from Jesus Christ is to exist without moral validation. Even worse than to be an unsaved descendant of Ishmael with a belief in the false prophet is to be an atheist without belief in moral absolutes-a challenge-to human beings to become more than just biomass peers to minerals and rocks with no moral awakening.

There is a problem even for some Christians in-the-world in understanding rightly their relationship to the Lord Jesus Christ while in the temporal world. They fail to comprehend the plan of God to bring salvation to the people of the world through Adam and Eve, the Jews and the house of David culminating with the appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ and to convert a majority of the world's populace to faith in the Lord Jesus before he appearance personally to conclude temporal concerns, judge the living and dead and allocate eternal occupations in heaven of hell.

Since the kingdom of God is increasing and pre-destined to increase-although possibly not in an invariant fine tensor, in the modern tech world it the priesthood of believers ideal should replace the anachronistic temple/hierarchical priesthood form and convert a majority unto active Christian lives. Christian life should not be a step forward toward paying tithes, sitting as a spectator in a congregation and supporting a priest's family. Christians should be sharing small-group leadership roles equally in worship services and all be professing, active priests in church and out. Every Christian should be a missions activist. Each church should share in a global network of priesthood of believers churches working to bring more to the church, to salvation and with work banks, health banks and etc.

Those that believe that the Lord will return before a majority are Christians tend to hope to be beamed up into air evacuation while the world crumbles around them. They become detached from active missiological ventures, they have no interest in reforming the church to a priesthood of believers formation, they don't care much about the environment-one that humanity will be living in for some time. With only a short-term rather than a long-term interest in the missions field and in the work of creating a fair, just, healthy and moral world order based on a church of God and instead expecting Armageddon at any moment the pre-tribulationists just don't get it-though they are saved.

Senate Democrats finally realized that their President is a Harvard Yard figure  steering tax cuts and political power to corporations while sounding sorry about it. Democrats are running for re-elections and the President isn't-hence the demo of the Free Trade outsourcing of defense industries and industrial capacity to China so the U.S.A. couldn't possible stand any sort of war since its economy would stop even if China's was vaporized, Nationalism is sooo oldish isn't it?

Seriously though, with direct free trade and existing outsourcing via Internet of white collar jobs and with NAFTA style relocation of industrial production to China if the Chinese Communist party that requires 51% Chinese ownership in any foreign forms locating in China wanted to bite the bullet and close down the U.S. economy they could do so without a shot being fired.

The corporatist-concentrated wealth plutocracy that is the new evil empire does not care if Americans become peons themselves and Democrats usually eat up the slop being fed them as upwardly mobile servo-unit fems and minorities. They resist a little near election time yet as millionaires in office they still want the tax cuts and fossil fueled economic infrastructure.

Nationalism is a way to keep at least a semblance of pluralism in international politics. Otherwise an amoral global evil empire with plutocrats of all political parties will probably just go right ahead and f up the planet's environment and populace before they move off-world.

Jeb Bush May Need Condi Rice V.P. to Overcome the Milit-Industrial Distrust

Candidate Jeb Bush is beginning to sound as arrogant and unapologetic as his brother G.W. on the foreign wars issue, and that isn't good for his election chances. He even seems to look more like G.W. these days. Stanford University President Condi Rice is probably the only way he could get the black and female vote in 2016. Simply being an indolent hawk may work for the oil patch and military-industrial corporate crowd, yet those voters aren't a  majority. Jeb Bush should have said that going to war in Iraq was a choice he would have made too, yet the post-war management was stupid beyond belief and unaffordable that even Bozo could have improved upon.

Since I have ventured onto the rotten ice of the pharsalisical 2016 election, and whereas the Democrats will not run Barbara Boxer and Senator Warren leaving the prospects for a royal Clinton II versus Bush III election probable (I actually though Alien versus Predator was a good movie though, yet Predator II with Danny Glover was probably better than The Predator with the Arnold), I will comment on race generated demographically realistic matchups that win or lose for Republicans.

It is possible that Condi Rice might leave her ivory tower and all of the excellent people to work for Jeb Bush as V.P. taking a low profile in the job yet able to do intellectual analysis from the inside and perhaps attract some top west coast intellectual talent to the White House. She might even be able to dampen the worst Bush blundering traits that tempt them to send some no bid contracts to Halliburton or go hunting for wolves in Denali National Park.

Obama-Clinton Shun Russian Contribution to Winning W.W. II

When President Clinton pressured Boris Yeltsin to redraw the map of Europe it was a short sighted policy. A very weak Russian federation named C.I.S. with a President who would wander around the White House lawn drunk in his underpants while Bill was being jobbed could not be expected to represent Russian sentiments about giving up the historical heartland of Russia-the Ukraine.

The early 90s political anomie in Europe was a time that required stability in a new normal decency with a community of understanding and respect. Instead the Clinton administration launched a cruise missile war on Serbia seeking to shed its Muslim historical problem that had been suppressed by Marshall Tito and the communist government of Yugoslavia. The Serbian war was an importunately timed affair that undermined European stability as a kind of sideshow distraction. For humanitarian reasons Americans generally supported the intervention-yet it gave the wrong impression to the Muslim world that it might use American intervention on behalf of Muslims to expand the network of jihad and war against the west. Russia too encountered problems with restive Muslims in several engagements. American responses were that they were just trying to get rid of communism. I believe that analysis was mistaken.

Bill Clinton's policy of fake liberalism that simply concentrates wealth and undermined U.S. nationalism also subverted European stability and integration with Russia's economy in anything like a free-trade paradigm. Liberating American minorities from the prosperity they traditionally had with Republican leadership (that ended slavery and integrated schools etc.) is the glitz side of the coin of dumbing down Democrat intelligence. The expropriation of Ukraine as just another nation being liberated from communism was plain wrong. Ukraine is were Russia began. Kiev was the heart of the Russian state from the beginning and the move northeast just followed commercial interests. Taking all of the Ukraine from a temporarily weak Russia and defending the exclusion of Russia from Ukraine completely is just bad policy.

MS Windows Going Way of Buffalo-V10 is end of the line

Evidently Microsoft will not make another version of windows after Windows 10. The OS wasn't designed for web books and faces tough competition from open source operating systems these days-popular especially with the poor of the emerging computer world. One hopes that MS Word will be adapted quickly for sale to linux operating systems or even given as freeware in order to serve as a platform to offer additional services to all of the emerging world writers and business people yearning to have low-cost computers.

In fact, since alpha smarts went the way of the Buffalo in 2013 apparently, the excellent NEO that is a prime writer's tool for those without an electrical plug in might be reproduced by Microsoft with its MSWord built in. If the NEO was made from a solar panel for recharging batteries and the keyboard had a wifi and sold for under $15 dollars millions of people might find it interesting. Well, it would be good if Microsoft was so practical.

Clinton on Immigration-Come on In (To Europe and U.S.A.?)

I worked at a Burger King in Houston long ago. A recent black immigrant to the U.S.A. told me that America is a women with her legs spread wide. That seems to sum up the Clinton immigration position rather well. That probably goes for Europe too; the left seems to be clueless on what to do about the long-term problem of North-South economic disparity and its magnetic attraction of southerners northward.

Reports that the world's carbon dioxide content reached its highest level in a million years-400 parts per million, along with reports on anticipated mass extinctions of most large wild land herbivores and select dependent carnivores makes us think that Reagan's popular phrase;you ain't seen nothin yet, probably will apply to global warming too. As the hominids are still driving their fossil fuel vehicles around with 'what me worry' smiles, maybe one ought not be concerned until the forests become deserts, the seas acidic and politicians develop ethical ecospheric economic concepts.
