Modern America could be said to have entered the quantum era of social phenomenality. P.A.M. Dirac and Wolfgang Pauli led the way with Einstein, Dewey and Sartre to the edge of phenomenal relativism not just in science and education but in Wall Street banking and government. Social organization is encouraged to be regarded as ad hoc and free; a wild maturization of capitalism of the frontiers while it is simultaneously treated as a practico-inert substance for material exploitation by collective business and government economic militants. Christianity is still relevant as the blessing unto all nations flowing through Abraham even so. The Jews served as God’s pedagogical nation to bring the people of the world unto Himself from the wilderness of sin they were and are lost within.

Like and aircraft carrier battle group American social organization is something like an atom with a core nucleus and valence and eigenvalues of quantum orbits and packets of power. Gravity and other forces exist in quantum packets as divisions from the one field tend to split probabilistically in a balance of power structure. It is a leaky and inefficient machine destructive of the society, economy and environment with non-renewable elements failing the principle of integration with the actual thermodynamic characteristics of the macro-Universe in a positive and sustainable development.

The gospel of Jesus Christ presented in the bible is an integrated, wholistic way to salvation for those of faith. The ethics of the Old Testament are fulfilled in the New Testament instructions of the Lord wherein one learns the commandments of God as they are written upon the heart.

The Apostle Paul wrote in Romans chapter 13 explaining ordinances of God consistent with the real ways of human nature even today. In popular music one finds innumerable song lyrics consistent with the relations of Adam and Eve given by God after the fall in the garden. Eve was deceived and Adam willfully went along with her error. Troubles existed between men and women subsequently though they are attracted to one another. That is consistent with the quantum structure of physics of course existing since the creation. The Problem of Infinities in Cosmology

The problem of infinities in cosmological theories is well known. Philosophically speaking the issue of infinities is interesting especially as cosmologists develop mathematical models of reality at the largest and smallest scales so far as possible.

Why such a field as gravitational-temporal characteristics is a mystery, yet a necessary fact for the existence of time. What does seem plain is that contemporary theory seems to assume that space necessarily provides virtual energy for itself in contradistinction to gravity.

Is Alaska's Government Typical of the Public Sector?

The public sector is something of an insular nation within a nation unto itself. Many public sector employees are second and third or fourth generation workers seeking the career security, retirement pay and benefits natural unto a ruling class. Is the public sector of the state of Alaska at all typical?

The state of Alaska employees about 25,000 souls in a state with a population of 735,000. It hires many non-citizens and even non-Americans such as people from Scotland or the Philippines, Vietnam or Mexico. Yet it is the insiders with security lifetime employment that perhaps influence most the ethos of entitlement if such exists.

When an ostensibly democratic society based on free enterprise is ruled by careerists of the non free-enterprise sector it is inevitable that large corporations with mirroring bureaucracies will get the preferred treatments. It also seems inevitable that public employees will have extra cash to invest in business and be better positioned for the private sector in some instances receiving government contracts. The right correction might be to cap public employment longevity at less than career terms-such as ten years in order that all citizens and not just a privileged few would have the opportunity to experience government employment.

With a firmly established civil service made of careerists the direction of an economy changes very little. Alaska for instance has little prospect of moving away from reliance on fossil fuels and extraction industries for government funding or reducing its appetite for Federal payments. In third millennium America the public sector generally implements economic management policies that support the public sector first and the people not at all though in the corporatist criteria there are ample broadcast media propaganda missives informing the public how happy and well off they are. Free enterprise in America including the essential element of invention and patents, manufacturing etc has radically shifted with the center moving offshore to China and elsewhere. The public sector is happy with the decline of prosperity for the private sector lower and middle class.

Material invention and production simply isn't in the public sector Universe of experience. It is something that happens in China via large global corporations the bureaucrat believes if he, she or it thinks at all about anything besides vacation and sick leave hours accumulated. Getting a patent is very expensive and successful patent defense can cost millions and millions. If an AMerican inventor does create something in thought and gets through the exxpensive patenting hoops the odds are that the product would need to be manufactured in China. Instead of American workers producing a green product the Chinese will with the employment and peripheral benefits of manufacturing going to China. The public sector employee simply expects Americans to consume and buy product from the global producers like they do. The problem with that is the private sector has got support from taxes on the profit sector.

When government fails to adapt to the requirements of the people of the United States it requires significant reform. The United States has several problems requiring reform including not only that of the public sector insularity but that of the need ecospheric economic integration as well. It does seem as if the I.Q. of potential Presidential and obviously state political leadership won't be up to the challenges.

President Obama lectured the G-7 on Russian bullying of the Russian homeland called Ukraine. Reminding the G-7 that the N.S.A. listens to every word they say searching for grumblers and malcontents President Obama said he is likely to send troops and military paraphernalia to reinforce Poland as the rightful hegemon over Ukraine. Germany, also a traditional invader of Ukraine has been cool on piling on sanctions to Russia. The U.S.A. as a close neighbor of Ukraine seeks to sell its own new natural gas reserves to Europe thus liberating the downtrodden from reliance on Russian natural gas that may be rerouted east to China eventually anyway.

President Obama has perceived that President Putin and the Russians should stop meddling in distant political concerns as if it were trying to restore the evil empire. Vladimir Putin after leading a flock of cranes by ultra-light aircraft may have developed ambitions to conquer Poland some Washington think tank may have discerned. Poland has invaded and occupied much of Russia itself long ago in history and needs no help in understanding the legitimate political process of annexation through war.

We wonder if Russia has made secret deals to establish a string of Belgian beer brewery outposts within Ukraine and if independent and objective judges will allow Polish beer in Eastern Ukraine at all?

President Obama may have clarified the right of U.S. allies to overthrow governments and contra positive illegality of independence movements by nefarious indigenous elements disloyal to U.S. or British oil corporations. With the experience of narcotics use and bright colors, distant smoke on the horizon after overcoming a little sickness President Obama has applied Harvard legal training to queer marriage laws readying the U.S. military for peace mongering while Damascus and Tripoli were burning. National Security Goon Plenitya Rice as well as Defense Goon G.W.F. President Obama Frees the Taliban Five From Gitmo- K.S.M. Next?

The President ordered the release of five Al Qaeda detainees at Guantanamo Bay that were regarded as too dangerous to release. The logic apparently is that it was a quid pro quo exchange for Army Sgt. Beau Bergdahl who was held five years by the Taliban or some affiliated organization such as the Haqqani network.

Defense Sect. Hegel said that it doesn’t comprise negotiating with terrorists-against U.S. policy-because he Sgt. Bergdahl was a P.O.W. and so were the Al Qaeda captives. That would seem to set a different U.S. policy on the Al Qaeda detainees at Guitmo including presumably the 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheik Mohammad-they are prisoners of war. K.S.M. was from Baluchistan and probably knew the religious students (meaning of Taliban) implementing Sharia law in Afghanistan and Osama bin well enough to be a contract employee of the Muslim movement to expand the dar al harb. It seems challenging to delineate who is or isn’t a legitimate mufsidoon, mujahideen or whatever since Islam recognizes Islamic religion rather than national boundaries as the essential political organizing principle-a point disputed perhaps by sympathetic liberal supporting global capitalism and the concentration of wealth and power rather than national independence themselves.

If the Al Qaeda and Taliban are not regarded by the administration as illegal combatants and/or terrorists it will bring many changes to legal theory on the topic. Obtaining the release of Sgt.
