Leaker Aborts Full-term SCOTUS Decision on Abortion, etc

The villanous leaker or leakers that made a pidgeon drop at D.C.'s Rock Creek Park after seeing an inverted cross written in chalk on the sidewalk in front of her Brownstone in order to exfiltrate Justice Alito's 100 page magnum opus contra-abortion was not the greatest outrage this week in the news. L.A. Laker's coach Frank Vogel was fired just two years after winning an NBA title.

The problem for the Lakers is what to do about Lebron James (an old basketball player for the Lakers for those that haven't heard of him). Isn't it time for the Lakers to trade the old guy to a needy team that needs an extra boost to win the N.B.A. championship? Fans of James are eager for him to go to the Clippers, Nets, Timberwolves or Portland so he can get a title with a fourth team before retiring to play golf or whatever.

Russia's V-Day celebration of the World War Two victory over the Nazis is somewhat bittersweat with a war going on in Ukraine. The United States has gotten Germany to rearm in a big way while it is dumping weapons to ramp up the war like there is no tomorrow. In this version of the re-enactment of W.W. II scaled downn of course, the U.S.A. leadss the allied Axis Powers against Russia, yet Russia technically fored the first shot in the battle, if one overlooks the legal theft of Ukraine from Russia by President Bill Clinton in 1994. War is the hard ultimate reason or appeal for those nations that feel screwed by history. I believe many people are blame-worthy for not finding or even trying to find realistic peaceful solutions to what is making so many people suffer.

Justice aborted is justice denied. The Cold Wars' end was aborted post-birth by taking all of Ukraine friom Russia, yet that is the lawyerly style sometimes. It is worth remembering tin a civil democracy law is supposed to serve the popular will of the people rather than vice versa, within parameters acceptable to God of course, and if that isn't possible, at least within a paradigm that won't draw a swift rebuke of a substantive kind.

I believe it is possible that Supreme Court decisions may be often leaked to private insider interests before the public gets them. I would think they could be valuable for insider trading and political manipulation in some instances. Who would know?

Comedy Abortions of Justice (a poem)

Yuman life is a broken egg yolk
a universal shell
spilled across the sprawling tarred Mac
wings and rotors spinning
broken cuff
links to hypercubes
adult abortion services
himming tubes of suspence
oppressing everyone to poverty
concentrated wealth thee trust
to keep Marxism at bay
climbing the ladder of social nosality
necessity to grunge-und-nuggen nougats
freedom repressed or conceded
dollar a day
the American way
truth, justice and cliches
somewhere in the distance.

Counter-cyclic Freedom (poem)

The world travels east
and I ride west
time and space blessed
health just cycles

High up in the air
sunset glows so fair
moments spirit shares
end world shackles

Cyborg motors rust
lives turn quick to dust
governments go bust
howling like jackals

Somethings never said
rest now with the dead
machines half what’s bled
worth wind chuckles.

The New World Order After Nuclear War

President Biden seems to have locked up peace and thrown away the key. He is an insider party bureaucratic lawyer risen to the top; the Presidency of the United States. In a job that should have something of a philosopher king in it there is a partisan lawyer pursuing party interests. The party’s narrow self interests don’t coincide with public interests on many points including global economic and political management.

Democrats since 2000 have used maximum force to have their way in politics. There isn’t much reason to believe they won’t continue that habit with Russia in regard to Ukraine. For Democrats, force is the only way. They may believe that nuclear war is unthinkable so they can be like bully’s on the beach adding turf and kicking sand in Russia’s face without danger. Keeping turf on the beach may be inappropriate if a tidal wave is out there beyond the horizon. Nuclear war is a kind of tidal wave created when the stupid aren’t reasonable. President Truman; a Democrat, used nuclear war before so President Biden has a good example. To keep control of Ukraine getting half the world obliterated would be justified, he may think (or not). ‘Not a problem though, Democrats would have enough force to win even with MAD nuclear criteria fully implemented’.

If Democrat Party leadership is successful at driving Russia toward nuclear war as it seeks a remedy to conflict disadvantages, what would the world political order look like afterwards? Before answering that question I should write a little about what became of the New World Order that President Bush 41 invented for a term describing the end of Cold War 1.0.

The end of Cold War 1.0 brought by Presidents Reagan and Gorbachev was supposed to be a new age of peace and mutual prosperity. The communist, Soviet evil empire was rusting and the people of the empire looked toward the advantages, Levis, new cars and glitter of the west in hope of prosperity and a better life. Sentiments in the final stages of the Soviet Union supported drawing closer to the west and when President Reagan went to the divided Berlin and said; “President Gorbachev, tear down this wall” the die was cast. A methodical dismantling of the evil empire developed rather swiftly from within. In December 1989 Soviet military forces were withdrawn from East Germany.

President Reagan’s vision of a peaceful Europe working with Russia harmoniously in a free enterprise economy wasn’t easy to mature. The United States sent advisers to Moscow to help theoretically restructure their state-owned economy to one of free enterprise and capitalism yet that wasn’t an easy process. How for instance could one fairly reapportion capital to the masses in a fair way? The economic infrastructure for free enterprise support was lacking and wealth tended to be just taken by mafias and proton-oligarchs. It would take more than a decade for taxes to be made and collected on the emerging corporate Russia and the political structures of the country were simply non-existent outside the former communist template. Boris Yeltsin created a constitution for the New Russia and appointed a successor Vladimir Putin to make it all happen. Putin is something like the George Washington and Thomas Jefferson of the new Russia, and a Boris Godunov at that.

Democrats were not aboard the Reagan-Gorbachev peace bus. They didn’t get the memo about quitting the N.A.T.O. vs. Russia paradigm and just working together in free enterprise. Instead that old statecraft tug-of-war emerged with the stronger state taking from the weaker sissy state. The C.I.S. - Community of Independent States - was formed. That then broke up with Ukraine being severed from ties to Russia.

President Bill Clinton through some means got Boris Yeltsin to agree to let Ukraine become an independent nation in an act of hubris and historical ignorance that set a time bomb for abortion post Cold War 1.0. peace. Although it would take thirty years for the severance of Ukraine from its historical owner- Russia to lead past Cold War 2.0 to use hot war to recover Ukraine when it was strong enough (or believed it was), the time matured . Democrat party rhetoric and hatred of Russia to support the original sin of stealing all of the Ukraine for the west grew so extreme that one wouldn’t be surprised if Joe Biden said that the only good Russian is a dead Russian, for that is the attitude of the Democrat Party concerning Russian interests in Ukraine.

That sketch aside, now we can move toward consideration of what a new world order, following the abortion of the post Cold War 1.0 world order, might be.

Russia has responded to escalating western military support for Ukraine and sanctions on Russia with chemical weapons. The west responds. A nuclear power plant or two in Ukraine are destroyed. President Biden decides to send a missiles strike with chemical weapons to Moscow. President Putin decides to nuke London, Boston, San Francisco and D.C. rather heavily. Russia has a couple thousand more nukes than the U.S.A. so it can afford to saturate nuke D.C. to overwhelm anti-ballistic missile defenses. The U.S.A. responds with a limited nuclear attack vaporizing Moscow and a few other cities west of the Urals. The war is basically over and both sides return to their doghouses to lick their wounds.

The New World Order then is China and the healthy 60% of Russia in Siberia being leader of the world economically. Europe will have problems; the United States will still have N.P.R., and getting crops in and infrastructure sufficient to prevent mass starvation before winter will require much work, N.P.R. will help providing moral support for post-nuke war Democrats with zinging reports and emotional stories, China will be able to lead the world reconstruction lending engineers though not much financial assistance. Europe will be able to rebuild though it will remain downwind of hot nuclear plants they will need to cap themselves. The United States without much of the east coast working anymore, will militarize its southern border to prevent predatory migrations and look inward for some time. With a mostly intake nuclear infrastructure it will be somewhat like Russia was during Cold War 2.0. Diminished economically it will still survive and then a choice will present to work with China or not, as China will have Russia as a junior partner because of its resources.

The U.S.A. probably will choose to work with China and allow free trade, and try to rebuild. The U.S. Democrat party would no longer exist.

The Flood and Noah's Ark Existed

Modern post-Darwin era people sometimes are troubled by the Bible flood story and are encouraged by atheists to dismiss it. Even a few Christians have been troubled by the flood story and believe the whole planet was covered by a flood that wasn’t one of the very ancient hundreds of millions or billions of years ago floods that may actually have covered the planet.

There is a problem of the indeterminacy of translation that Wittgenstein mentioned, that makes modern interpretation of ancient documents sometimes inaccurate for the reason that some of the meanings of words have changed over millennia.

Consider though, soberly, what the Bible flood story actually says;

We learn from Genesis chapter 7 verses 17-24:

And the flood was forty days upon the earth; and the waters

increased, and bare up the ark, and it was lift up above the earth.

18 And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the

earth; and the ark went upon the face of the waters.

19 And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the

high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered.

20 Fifteen cubits upward did the waters prevail; and the mountains

were covered.

21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of

cattle, and of beast, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon

the earth, and every man:

22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the

dry land, died.

23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the

face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and

the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and

Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.

24 And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty

days.

Fifteen cubits is about 45 feet (if a cubit equals six feet). Even the ancients knew that the world’s highest mountains rose about 45 feet. It is likely there are some problems with interpretation here, or people were drunk that read the Bible and believed that Mount Everest or Mt. Ararat were covered by 45 feet of water.

God may have had Noah keep samples of all animals of the civilization to show he was not against animal life occupying earth (small letters as in Genesis 7), and instead respected it and wanted Noah and mankind to care for it. Alternatively besides caring for animal life Noah and family were being provided with a way to prosper upon debarking the Ark. Domesticated animals of the doomed civilization may have been more numerous and diverse than those of the new land of lower Mesopotamia the Ark would eventually settle on.

In Genesis 8 we read that;

1 And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the

cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over

the earth, and the waters assuaged;

2 The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were

stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;

3 And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after

the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.

4 And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day

of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

In other words, the flood ended on July 17th, , the Ark started floating 150 days earlier and the flood began 40 days before that, or alternatively, within the 150 days with flooding and floating coinciding time periods. The exact timing is uncertain, for the Ark may have floated when the flood started on day 1 of 40, or it may not have lifted off until day 40. The time afloat is 150 days with the flood 40 days. If the Ark started floating on Day 1 of the flood then he Ark floated about February 17. If the Ark began to float on the final day of the flood and remained afloat 150 more days the flood began about New Year’s Eve. It seems though that the 40 within the 150 days coincidence is a likelier prospect for its good timing for a spring flood event.

The wind that passed over the Earth assuaging the waters may have been warm and driven the Ark North to land. I have anchored a small boat several times that came to rest on land when the tide went out. The Ark was sent to an area inundated by flood that dried out when input of flood water quit and flood water evaporated. Genesis 8 1-4 has a logical order of events progressing with flood for 40 days in early spring and drying out requiring another 4 months. The Ark may not have been a quick craft and was possibly more like a houseboat than a keeled ship that floated in place after some initially motion. If it floated 50 miles north that would have been quite a trip. Even 20 miles would have been remarkable. What if Noah had invented an anchor or a sea anchor for the houseboat? Being unable to see land or the distant Zagros mountains of Iran during the storm/flooding event, one cannot know if the lost civilization was more toward the east or west side of the Tigris-Euphrates delta, Persian Gulf shore. The doomed first civilization may had had faulty dikes as bad as those of New Orleans for Katrina, or worse, or have been overcome by the perfect storm, though able to serve well enough to keep flood waters behind them four months. There are numerous scenarios for a once in 15,000 years flood basin naturally existing or one augmented by human engineering and climate change.

It is possible that one might infer some geo-topography mapping locations for a surface that would flood for 150 days (5 months) given various continuing water reinforcement of various time intervals; not drying out until hot summer sunshine evaporated it.

The word ‘Ararat’ is a later Jewish transliteration of the name for the ancient kingdom of Urartu in Mesopotamia. It does not refer to Turkey’s Mt. Ararat that was named in comparatively recent times perhaps by people that had read the Bible. Urartu may be derived etymologically from Ur.

In ancient cultures the term ‘the world’ referred rather existentially to one’s area of living. Virtually nobody had an idea of the world as round or even a good planetary idea of something floating in space. Pre-Columbian Yurok Indians of California regarded ‘the world’ as the distance they could walk in three days. Maybe the tern ‘world’ was a tribally defined term meaning the land where one lived. The people of the first civilization and for those shortly thereafter may have used the term with a similar meaning. Therefore the flood needed to cover the entire world of the first civilization where mankind lived in an area of lower Mesopotamia below the sea level of present day Mesopotamia. Sea level began rising at the end of the Wisconsin Ice Age about 25,000 B.C. and continued for several thousand years. The first archaeological discovered human civilization; one named the Uruk, appeared in the 7th millennium B.C. in Mesopotamia. It was the earliest discovered civilization, not necessarily the very first civilization. I believe that one was lost to the waters of the Persian Gulf’s sea level rise. The wicked people that God wanted destroyed were completely erased from the surface of the Earth. Noah and his family alone survived.

It has been observed numerous times that there are seasonal spring flood of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers that can flood downstream low-lying lands. Combined with Monsoon-like rain, possible typhoon and storm surges or levee breaks flooding protected land reclaimed from Marshes or natural high rising areas catastrophic flood inundating a first civilization is a very credible story. Even today people build cities in low-lying areas vulnerable to flooding. In 10 or 20 thousand years lessons haven’t been learned so well that mistakes of the same kind don’t continue to occur. It seems likely that a civilization lost to history (beyond the Book of Genesis) formed near the Persian Gulf shoreline between eight and twelve thousand years ago.

Archaeologists have researched areas of Southern Iraq as well as Northern areas that indicate humans journeyed south on the rivers to form settlements along its edge on built of land areas from earliest historical times. Traveling down the rivers on floating rafts or debris to start with, the journey may have been easier going with the flow rather than against it to return north, Especially if fleeing from hostile fellow humans upstream, going north may have been a dim prospect for many whom elected to remain south on the Gulf’s shore, and they may have walked along the shore. The idea that a civilization made of the dregs of humanity as well as those adventurous travelers whom piled up at the seashore as if they were in a New Orleans first civilization isn’t unreasonable at all. Even the Deserts of the Saudi Arabia would have encouraged humans to remain in the first civilization.

Persian Gulf sea levels have changed as much as 200 feet since the Wisconsin Ice age ended. The shoreline has reached as far as Ur during the Ubaid period circa 7-8000 B.C. so a civilization lost to rising waters of the Gulf must have existed some time earlier before the waters began to recede to where they are today.

A temple was found at Eridu near Ur built in the 7th millennium B.C. Perhaps the story of the lost civilization made its way to a settlement upstream that survived the flood and its inhabitants choose to honor God so they wouldn’t share the same fate.

The Ubaid culture is one of the oldest in Mesopotamia. Dating from the 8th millennium B.C. it cities with a higher level of culture and technology. It is Ubaid culture that produced the known civilization of the Uruk period in the 4th millennium B.C. at Ur. The Ubaid apparently constructed common buildings for worship and trade, the first known to have down so.

Lower Mesopotamia may not have had much human population in comparison to northern cultures like the Hassuna, Sumarra and Harat cultures before the 7h millennium B.C. If the sea level continued to rise until that time, existing cultural settlements downstream have been progressively covered by rising sea level and sediments from river deposits and floods. Sometime after a lost civilization downstream had flooded, Noah and his sons may have brought elements of the lost civilization and culture to the new-to-them land of lower Mesopotamia perhaps catalyzing a new culture. The lost culture may not have left artifacts that could endure inundation by the Persian Gulf. For that matter, if sea level had continued to rise to flood the city of Ur, it is unlikely that material traces of that city would remain.

In early Ubaid items of archaeological discovery one may infer traces of remaining influence of Noah and his sons. Noah would have had some knowledge of the techniques of the lost first civilization, though they were comparatively simple items of working mud, like spinning pottery wheels (not Democrat Party social and broadcast media), and would have been instrumental in beginning common worship of God, though as time passed the knowledge was corrupted and people began to worship idols sometimes made of gold, silver, wood, etc.

Scholars have pointed out that Ubaid culture passed technology to settlements along the Persian Gulf. Plainly a lost civilization, the first civilization like that referred to in Genesis, is a very credible prospect. A an undiscovered dark planet beyond the edge of the solar system, dark energy or gravity particles, the first civilization may be lost yet one may infer its cultural traces if just through Noah, to surviving cultures.

Scotus Leaker Urinates on Justice; Government Incompetence

The recent leakage of an apparently genuine opinion contra-abortion by conservative Justice Alito in advance of the Court’s decision relating to the issue seems an obvious attempt to subvert the integrity of the high court for political purposes. That is, with public opinion running against Democrats keeping control of Congress in the November election the Democrat Party base needed to be motivated, and females for abortion are motivated by the immanent loss of the right to kill fetuses. It is another court case, a civil suit moving ahead against the government of Tulsa Oklahoma in regard to a near century old event that was an American pogrom against a black neighborhood, that brings up the interesting and rather philosophical question of government being usually competent and responsible enough to be held accountable for populist riots, mayhem and murders on a macro-social scale.

The first great subversion of a tentative Supreme Court decision occurred just after another Democrat female from Harvard reached the court. D.C. is so partisan these days that for Democrats at least, the Democrat agenda overcomes truth or law whenever needed to consolidate control. Some will associate the leak with the new justice though she is not likely to have been the agent of subversion. Instead, it is probable that a Democrat female minion chose the moment to subvert the conservative court and go over the heads of conservative justices directly in hope of changing the political landscape before the normal June issuance of SCOTUS decisions. I think it unlikely that a Republican perpetrated the crime unless he was a homosymp worried that the next great reversal after abortion would be homosexual marriage. Homosexual marriage enables the adoption of strait infants for queer socialization; Democrats will fight to keep that perversity the new normal American way, including the ostensibly Republican Chief Justice.

Chief Justice Roberts was the crucial, decisive swing vote for queer marriage. Since he has launched an investigation into the abortion leak the integrity of the investigation is dubious. If the retiring Justice; a liberal Democrat made a parting shot at the conservative court Chief Justice Roberts may bury the information anyway. The nation may never learn who the court’s five finger discount artist was. To find the truth the court might need to be relocated to GITMO for water-boarding members until someone spills. That outlaw location is tolerated by the court so objections should be quickly drowned.

In the era of quantum encryption the ability to control and censor, isolate or obfuscate information with partisan import will rise. Social media bloggers and readers may never encounter one another as exact control of data is implemented by Google and other social media giants via quantum computing. At any rate, only particular members of the public will encounter information decrypted for their eyes only. All social media data will be specifically addressed and restricted as artificial intelligence deems appropriate.

If courts are supposed to be neutral and honest decision makers concerning the legality of issues brought before them, the role of governments are somewhat vaguer. It is presumed they are responsible for public safety and utility services yet there are dissenters to the existence of government entirely known variously as libertarians or anarchists. Politicians elected to government may be shills for the rich and powerful or alternatively they may represent the will of the majority without concern for minority rights. As in the present era of blue-red extremism, being a politician on the fence may be a dangerous and precarious place to sit.

Issues of statutes of limitations aside, can city governments, state or federal governments too, be held accountable for their institutional actions decades into the future, when the political will and composition of the majority may differ from that when the actions or lack of actions by a government in question occurred? A broader question concerning government accountability rests on the expectation of government agents being normally competent; are they? Do people expect governments to be competent? Are the actions of the U.S. Government in regard to sponsoring wars internationally in the post World War Two era generally competent or effective, and are they, or were they expected to be?

During the Trump administration Black Lives Matter protests and riots were fairly usual. It is said that Antifah travelers and professional protest and riot coordination occurred. Those people were strongly anti-Trump agitators. Antifah listed its address on its internet site as the White House; 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, after the election of the Democrat Joe Biden. During the Trump administration the Federal Courthouse in Portland Oregon was besieged by BLM and Antifah protesters creating extra costs for federal defense personnel. Few people participating in the siege ever were charged or convicted and of course the city of Portland did not face legal actions to pay for their lack of action in permitting rioters and attackers to besiege the Federal Courthouse. The government of Portland was Democrat and the Biden administration was Democrat; no one expects legal actions to collect costs by the U.S. Government from the Portland Oregon city government therefore.

The city government of Seattle Washington could have taken stronger action against rioters that briefly seceded the Capitol Hill neighborhood from the city with barricades. It isn’t likely that many people that took part in that activity were charged by a left-leaning municipal government later. Harm to those that did not support the barricades did occur to those that lived in the neighborhood because of the restriction of their ability to safely go about their lives free of barricades. People may not expect the government to be held accountable for failing to swiftly remove the barricades and arrest rioters simply because the government and rioters were generally on the same side. That is what is commonly expected of government perhaps; that it is entirely partisan, biased and usually unfair trampling on the rights of minorities and individuals whenever they can get away with it.

A theory of expectations for governments to be competent, honest and impartial in their administration of legally commissioned duties is a substantive one. Philosophically speaking it is one of the basic questions for free societies as opposed to non-free societies where the expectation is that government agencies reflect solely the will of the ruling power.

People might expect government to be competent and held accountable for material public works such as plumbing, roads, utilities etc yet to falter at the level of abstract political theory. The economist eminence gris of western civilization is of course Adam Smith; author of The Wealth of Nations. I believe that Adam Smith’s work is often misunderstood or misapplied. Modern politicians tend to regard the idea of pursuing narrow self-interests as good not only in economics, but also in governance. The Biden administration and Democrats so closely follow that interpretation as to be comprehensively partisan.

The Wealth of Nations provided the insight that individuals pursuing their narrow self-interests find the most efficient path to economic progress for themselves; better even than government. Concatenated, the net effect of a society of individuals pursuing their self-interests comprises the most efficient method for advancing economic interests of a nation; nationally and internationally. The method described in The Wealth of Nations was not intended to be the way government should work as an operating manual for it, or one might have something like Thomas Hobbes’ absolute monarch of The Leviathan developing as the monarch saw his narrow self-interest actualized in taking absolute power for-himself. Government was to support citizen empowerment for free trade and limit its role of concentrated power and wealth to that of maintaining necessary functions to support the public that the public or free trade and business could not do itself.

The role of a democratic government should be to reinforce equal protection of the law and to support the maximum good for the nation in compliance with the will of the citizens. To be consistent with the Wealth of Nations it should not act to interfere with free trade. Adam Smith sought for the English government to stop interfering with free trade. It should not decide what nation Brits could trade with putting sanctions on some and licensing other. President Biden should not put sanctions on foreign nations and interfere with free trade and people creating personal relations with foreigners including Russians, except perhaps in direct weapons sales. If free trade rather than sanctions prevail wars may be avoided as better human relationships would be the usual rather than the abstract and limited by government circumstance. U.S. government ought not act like the pre-Wealth of Nations England with overly concentrated wealth dictating business and foreign trade relationships. Adequately taxing the rich can keep free enterprise alive. Free trade need be allowed by the government rather than prevented by imperious decree. Politicians should not fear that free trade would curtail their ability to wage immoral war and/or religious wars. Lunatic monomaniacal aggression and religious wars, with media support, could continue concurrent with free trade, although traders might need to wear helmets, check their smart phones for bombing updates and finance extra insurance.

Obviously the Socratic paradigm for deciding what good is can arise. That aside, government’s basic task is to be a vigilant manager of the infrastructure tasks given to it within constitutional, lawful authority rather than an existential agent pursuing its narrow self-interest within an evolving social dialectic. Does any U.S. municipal government rise to that level of actualization, or can even the federal government accomplish that when it is of limited intelligence pursuing the narrow self-interests of majorities holding political power?

Individuals like Bradley/Chelsea Manning may take power into their own hands and leak classified information from government and receive rather light punishment from sympathetic fellow travelers in government in support of Democrat party platform planks. That seems to be the way of the world. It will be interesting to learn who the leaker of the Alito paper ion abortion turns out to be, if the document is genuine. It will be equally interesting to watch the course of events of the Tulsa race pogrom civil suit. A decision will be difficult in favor of the plaintiffs if there is not an actual smoking gun of government support for the pogrom as leaders of it in fact. In that era the city government may not have had the military ability to restrain an armed citizenry from taking action against a minority, especially if they were led by traveling riot coordinators. Who expects government to be competent or impartial any more rather than pretending to be? The very ability to revolt against government, against corrupt government, is a two edged sword, the alternative to which is submission to despotism, anarchy or authoritarianism.

Worst Case Democrats Nuclear Option

Democrat Party history indicates they will find a way to develop/advance the worst case use of force in Ukraine. The Democrat Party became one of pure force after the bruising 2001 Presidential election loss. Their willingness to escalate the Ukraine tug-of-war is predictable. As in domestic politics the Democrat Party leadership uses force whenever lesser means won’t accomplish their goals without looking for intelligent alternatives. Force brings its own rationale and is the ultimate reason for Democratic lawyer Presidents domestically and internationally.

Democrats utilize the nuclear option in Congress when it feels good. It is quite possible that nuclear war may be the light at the end of the tunnel in Ukraine too. With President Joe Biden’s son being on Ukraine’s payroll for $10,000 per month when he was Vice President, and with the continuing expansion of N.A.T.O. to flank Russia’s security I would guess President Putin could see which way the wind blows. Eight years of Democrat leadership ahead in D.C. hostile to Russia with sanctions already in place, presenting no prospects for recovering Ukraine land lost to the Democrat Bill Clinton’s administration made war seem practical. President Putin may have thought he hadn’t much to lose invading Ukraine. Even so, Russian leadership may become recalcitrant to continue hostilities and order withdrawal of its military from Ukraine in order not to seem like bullies, confident that President Biden will treat them with dignity and respect and no Nightmare on Elm Street will follow what some would say was Russian weakness.

A good plotting device for building a fiction novel is to sew interesting, inexplicable, anomalous events along a narrative that later are tied together. In this essay I considered several items that were far apart and put them together to present a paradigm for interpreting Ukraine developments better than that of the partisan U.S. media. I looked at Death Stranding recently, an interesting video game, and found some of the items difficult to explain metaphysically through the first half. Democrat policy in Ukraine has a public narrative of course (Russians are bullies and authoritarians are brutalizing an independent, democratic nation). The assurance of administration narrative statements and absence of public expressions of dissent or consideration for alternatives to escalation compel a search for the underlying supports for the smooth, steady administration escalation. I find administration narratives disingenuous and at very least, superficial. Paradoxically they are like cowboys driving a herd of cattle up a box canyon where they can’t escape without realizing they are the cattle as well as the cowboys having good fun stoned on imported designer dope.

The Ukraine is Russia’s breadbasket historically, and Europeans of the west have sought to wrest Ukraine away for centuries. Catholics have sought to expand their religion into orthodox regions of Russia including the Ukraine equally as long. The U.S.A. has Catholics leading Congress, the Executive branch and the Supreme Court, and British imperialists are too cozy with D.C. insiders, while Germany also sought to expropriate Ukraine since W.W. 1 and sent migrants to live there to make it more German. The line-up against Russia is formidable and insistent. In 1994 the Democratic party began the long, slow, methodical process of making Russia an enemy instead of an ally. With the Ukraine annexation and expansion of N.A.T.O. the plausibly deniable warpath was preferred to that of peace. Anglo-American imperialism united with Democrat Party Catholicism eventually emerging as part of a two-headed New World order leadership in partnership with Wall Street, aristocratic, plutocratic global corporatism. Russia’s vast resources of the busted Soviet Union seemed like prey. Easy pickings for Democratic lawyers full of themselves just needing to have a Boris Yeltsin signature. Possession was 9/10ths of the law and they could defend their paper with the full power of N.A.T.O. and the U.S. government and define social reality through broadcast media propaganda supporting forces owned by the rich. The new world order might look eventually like a religious and imperial battle against outmatched country bumpkins to the east, yet might is right as is said. Democrat Presidents were mighty in deed, even if on the dark side of the force.

Poland too, a Catholic nation, sought to conquer Russia at least since the end of Boris Godunov’s regime that followed that of Ivan III. In 1605 it sent a prince to conquer Moscow and who made it to the Kremlin’s walls with an army. Western forces to defeat Russia have returned numerous times and built up again when President Clinton betrayed the end of the Cold War with his and Sect Albright’s idiotically blind ignorance of history. The policy was so extremely duplicitous as to wrest away Ukraine from Russia and make it a western-dependent, independent entity. If Cuba took the Midwest from the U.S.A. when it was weak and made it a Cuba-dependent, independent nation full of Cuban immigrants, the Cubans should logically know that when the U.S.A. recovered enough strength it would war to get the Midwest back; that is why Russia is at war in Ukraine now.

In my opinion the historical trait of practice of war to conquer natural resource rich regions should be obsolete in the modern, post-Cold war global economy of free trade and efficiency. The exception might be small nations and those suffering grievous land loss as Russia has with Ukraine since the Clinton administration converted the Cold War conclusion into a simple tug-of-war between the strong N.A.T.O. Clinton led against the weak Russia of 1994. N.A.T.O. then began to expand its membership while leaving Russia out, unofficially identifying Russia the new worthy enemy turkey o replace the lost Soviet Union. Old Democrat Catholic politicians may tend to view Russia through 1980s era, blood colored glasses. If Russia could be conquered China would be easy pickings too, or so idiot logic might reason. It would be idiotic because waging a war to accomplish what could be done better through peaceful means, like conducting world trade, is idiotic in the real world today.

Old politicians tend towards automatic behavior. Like a chicken with its head cut off that keeps running about, old politicians too may run about with old policies after their creative thinking brain has been lost, cut off or died. President Biden and Speaker Pelosi may have ossified brains equivalent to that of headless chickens running about the barnyard. Old politicians may have been creative and environmentalists all of their lives and continue that constructive behavior in to old age usefully. Alternatively they may have bad or dull characteristics that continue into old age as uncreative machine, extremist ideologues that just can’t learn new tricks. Sometimes, yet rarely and inexplicably, old politicians like Ronald Reagan can surprise-even while suffering early Alzheimer’s, and invent new political policies like that of ending the Cold War and ridding the world of nuclear weapons that can be explained best by the intervening grace of God.

If government and corporate financed Nazi Public Radio persecuted a poor U.S. citizen for a quarter century, violating his civil rights, coordinating ridicule, manufacturing false narratives, subverting his economics and job security while training listeners to use hate speech inimical to him so far as to make the market-place a programmed hostile environment; if such an unthinkably wrong development occurred, hiding in plain sight with plausible deniability, the Democrat Party and government sponsors of nazi public radio would deny it had ever happened and existed only in he mind of the victim. Modern Democrats are corporatist, atheist, moral relativists that believe truth is subjectively defined and fully variable as needed for utility. As utilitarians they seek what is good for the greatest number of Democrat politicians, and have made the party a Catholic party within a universal political stadium of deceit and expansion. President Biden is a universal egoist insider inertial form in-himself and for-others.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely, yet it is also absolutely hypocritical and oozes dissimulations. Hate works as a full partner of power s to define social reality. Institutional hate is as cold blooded as a slicing machine. Democrats respect human and civil rights only when it is their narrow self-interest to do so and ignore them when convenient, profitable or amusing. Volunteers in social media subverted political opposition and search engine listings long before the Biden administration created a Ministry of Truth and Propaganda in Homeland Security.

The modern military occupationally is the art of homicide. Humans sometimes encounter or experience social conditions they feel requires homicide for a remedy. Homicide is the ultimate consumer of another’s time and freedom. Homicide leaves zero time for the freedom of a victim to exist in the temporal. Democrats rely on homicide and the power to define and control mass temporal communications to force their will upon others. A lack of intellect chooses the certainty of annihilating the time and freedom of the temporal for political opponents to the risk of tolerating free expression, democracy and dissent as may occur in democracy. Democratic leadership chooses spiritual slavery and homicide over intelligence and freedom for others.

Democrats hate Russia. Russia generally s neither queer nor Catholic. Catholic Speaker Pelosi declared Russia a bully and said she will rush 33 billion dollars of lend-lease financial assistance to Ukraine to defeat Russia. Catholic President Biden will sign the bill. Two old Democrat, Catholic machine politicians fighting the Democrat Lawyer Holy War for Ukraine, the Pope, and Hunter Biden’s former financial pals, without a clue concerning Russian history, see no down side to their total war plan. There are some potential downsides though, that I will consider. Those are military and economic, political and existential concerns. Peaceful ways to solve the conflict could not occur to Democrat lawyers. Democrat lawyers do not negotiate, they force with force of law, war, media brainwash power, social media censorship and defining opposition language as hate speech. It is amazing that Democrats haven’t classified crimes against women as hate crimes yet so federal investigators could charge anyone male more easily. The principle of equal protection of law for Democrats means protection of Democrats and oppression of non-Democrat enemies of the state.

Democrats worst case situations for their political enemies whenever possible. Democrats are trying to get rid of the filibuster from Congress to grease one-party rule and stifle political dissent. Exfiltration of an opinion on abortion by Justice Alito ahead of a Supreme Court decision apparently was an unprecedented subversion of a conservative court that Democrats tire of and hate. The leaked document of 100 pages will give Democrats an extra couple of months to motivate their base before the November election, yet the integrity of the Supreme Court will be permanently subverted. Worst casing the court was inevitable for Democrats as it was the most ripe, low-hanging fruit that hadn’t yet been exploited.

Having confidence drinking party kool-aid, Democrats piled on every imaginable punitive measure they could against Russia and threatened innumerable more. The net effect of that was to put Russia into a survival situation something like that of a six-time convicted inmate on death row who has nothing to lose penalty-wise if he kills another inmate or three.

Democrats have said war crimes trials are ahead when “Russia is defeated” and “Europe’s breadbasket” is returned to it. Democrats have made sure there isn’t a way to deescalate the crisis and are ramping up the scale of the conflict by supplying arms and cash for Ukraine to hire foreign mercenaries to wage the battle for Russia an order of magnitude. The sixth round of sanctions strangles free trade and human relationships globally undermining fundamental principles of The Wealth of Nations.

The war in Ukraine is already, in effect, a war on Russia. It is something like a civil war as well. Civil wars tend to be emotional and vindictive kinds of conflicts with pent-up hate. One can expect war crimes and paybacks in kind. Yet Russia hasn’t used napalm in war on a large scale as has the United States. One wonders if Russia will roll out napalm and take the gloves off to deploy blood, blister and nerve agents broadly across Ukraine? The use of chemical weapons by the death row administration of Russia is somewhat foreseeable. Conventional military advantages turning to the west can be set back significantly with low budget, effective human bug spray and sticky goo that burns flesh and returns annually for the rest of one’s life, if one survives.

Regular soldiers are fairly clumsy and inept at chemical weapons defense protocols and cannot survive too many days in contaminated environments. Air-bursts of human insect spray can depopulate urban centers with select wind and inversion conditions without damaging buildings. Will Russia have anything to lose when the U.S. is “seeking to weaken Russia” and the tide of war in taking East Ukraine changes direction?

Russia has numerous non-nuclear options to use that would seriously weaken the west and especially Europe, including obliterating a nuclear plant or two upwind from Europe. I believe that Democrat Party leadership is accomplishing the weakening of the west more than Russia presently as their escalation obsession is self-destructive to a degree. Of course it is possible that the Democrat party use of D.O.D. geniuses will thwart all Russian military efforts so effectively as to accomplish regime change in Russia followed by a Free Russia under Democrat Party supervision while vestigial resistance crushed, Putin werewolves captured and provided with free trials for their crimes against humanity and compassionately executed.

Nuclear war potential of Cold War 1.0 brought the idea of mutually assured destruction to the fore and a political reaction against it. President Reagan sought to eliminate all nuclear weapons; a policy not followed by the five bad Presidents and one neutral since Reagan. MAD policy is no longer the sole inevitable policy for a variety of reasons, yet the two ,most likely nuclear use scenarios are easy to mention.

One is a limited nuclear exchange between Russia and the U.S.A. with a couple of European targets thrown in. Perhaps a dozen cities all told would be vaporized. Russia has two or three thousand more nukes than the U.S.A. and can spare the use of a few.

Nuclear wars are spite wars as well as reorganization wars. If militarily bankrupt, nuclear war can change the criterion from defeat to post-apocalypse when used judiciously. For instance, instead of attacking all U.S. nuclear military installations to prevent counter-attack, Russians know that preventing a counter-attack is no longer possible because of the advances each side has made in building new technologies of nuclear delivery packages.

Russia for instance, in reaction to some Obama policy of sending missiles to Europe, getting former Soviet Republics to join N.A.T.O. or breaking the A.B.M. treaty or whatever it was decided to deploy SS-29 missile launching trucks around the country. Each truck carries a missile that can hit U.S targets with six MIRV nuclear fusion warheads of up to 300 megatons of explosive force. Of course cruise missiles can launch nukes too, and the world is saturated with those.

Because MAD war really does lose for everyone, spite atomic attacks from conventionally losing countries seem the most likely cause for nuclear war to occur. Say Russia is faring badly in Ukraine and Democrat hate rhetoric is high going off the rails about Russian bullying the peace-loving Ukrainian people and democracy everywhere is threatened. Russia has already tried napalming Ukrainian forces in East Ukraine with no luck. Then Russia tried using chemical weapons and making a pair of nuclear plant meltdown and President Biden has a conniption and Speaker Pelosi is hopping with fury; the U.S. launches a barrage of chemical and high explosive laden cruise missiles on Russia and predator drones with chemical warhead Hellfire missiles target Russian military leaders wherever it can find them. I believe at that point Russia launches 2000 nuclear missiles at Washington D.C., Boston and San Francisco to overwhelm any potential defense. Maybe the U.S.A. would retaliate. Most of Russia and the U.S.A. would survive yet the war probably would end unless Democrats safe in undisclosed bunkers sought to continue the war globally at any place it could find Russian military forces. I think the conflict’s outcome gets rather hazy then, so far as anticipating the course of development of battle.

A divided world politically and economically following the end of hostilities in Ukraine will reduce the prosperity of the west. China’s stock rises collaterally with the degree of western sanctions on Russia. With sanctions on Russia without end until the end of Russia or before Russia elects a women President for sale to western interests the divided world seems ready to be the new normal. The Catholic and Democratic head of the Corporate hydra may turn upon itself and within itself as Catholics conflict with atheists and the Catholic Church is divided over secularism, marriage, homosexuality and other issues of concern to partisan secular Democrats. Corporatists will continue to invest in China and inflationary prices for American will increase as imported goods from China are taxed by China and some U.S. corporate investments expropriated for alleged business irregularities. Corporate leadership; secular, atheist and moral relativists, will be leveraged by Chinese Communist party leaders and submit so long as profits continue. Apple for instance, may be banned from selling product outside China unless packaged with surveillance technology or without paying a large tax to China. Inflationary prices may continue as Americans import goods from China that may raise prices to increase its military spending or provide support to Russia’s defense.

Inflation may skyrocket if the dollar collapses. Europe though may seek rapprochement with Russia informally and continue to trade with it. During the Cold War 1.0 there was substantial European interest in keeping some friendly relationships with Russia and the Soviets in order to lessen the prospects for nuclear war that was believed at the time to be to be bad for human health. Though Russia is no longer communist and is a free market developing society some Europeans will seek to develop profitable relations with their neighbor and have antipathy for American opponents to normalizing Euro-Russian relations. That will harm U.S. economic interests of the poor somewhat less than is the case with China.
