Obamacare
insurance markets and government payments to insurers may be the best
way for the state to establish socialism, corporatism and /or
communism in the U.S.A. It is a creeping hegemony over a free market
with a slow government-insurance relationship like that Hitler
developed with his national corporations before the second world war.
