Former
President G.W. Bush’s chief ethics lawyer; “Pressuring
[attorney general] to prosecute the person who lost the election
is an impeachable offense if we value free elections,”
It
seems like a voodoo legal concept, yet an inference is that it should
be illegal to prosecute the loser in a Presidential election about anything concerning politics. Foreign contributions, classified emails on unsecure personal technology, meetings with burglars...Immunity for election losers
creates some interesting opportunities for both parties.

It is not necessary for winners and losers of Presidential elections to have immunity for any crimes they may have committed during the elections to have free and fair elections.
