International Core of Nuclear Plant Ops for Iran?

The Iranian desire to become an enricher of uranium for weapons production is one side...the dark side, of their plan to produce electricity from nuclear power plants built in Iran. For some reason there are politicians in Europe and the United States and probably Israel that aren't comfortable with an Iran in the elite and dangerous nuclear weapons owning fraternity, especially if they had No Dong II missiles or the Jihadeem Islamic missile launcher (a generic title). An additional problem with an Iranian clump of nuclear energy plants is that Iran is unstable enough to rate involvement in some future war with other nations besides the United States, Europe or Israel, and whatever 'warriors' strike Iran will probably target the nuclear facilities as good tools for trimming the Iranian population with nuclear fallout. An additional derivative problem is that the nuclear meltdowns of Iranian plants at high altitude especially will contaminate other nations on Earth that are downwind.

The potential problems with Iran underline the need for an International Nuclear Facilities Operation Union to be available to work at any international nuclear plant facility that has lost its operating personnel right away when emergency calls. Russian's negotiations with the Iranians that would take charge of the Iranian enriched gases for processing outside for processing is a step in that direction yet it isn't adequate perhaps to satisfy the Iranians that don't want their uranium processed outside their Nation.

An international union of nuclear plant operators could operate nuclear plants when political situations deem it necessary to maintain peace, or when plagues or revolutions have decimated the ranks of available plant operators locally. One of the largest problems on Earth today for the existence of life is that of nuclear plants melting down in the event of some unexpected biological or war situation that reduces the available number of plant operators. An international core of nuclear plant operators should be taken to pre-planned survival shelters in the event of any sort of mass world genetically engineered plague that hasn't possibility of bioremediation other than isolation. The international core of plant operators might be just ten thousand, yet it could supply plant operators that are internationally trustworthy to operate Iran's nuclear plants, and to safeguard its fuel, while Iran would have all of the electricity it could need.

The problem of storage of nuclear waste is another problem that is being created by Iran’s desire to pursue nuclear plant development instead of fuel cells. Georgia is experiencing an energy shortage that could be relieved by a development of home fuel cell power units and quality home insulation production and installation. Georgia and Russia should be leaders in the production of low cost home fuel cell and ceramic heater units, as the United States tends to not get out of the starting blocks on anything environmentally rational while the fossil fuel administration is filling its patron's cash accounts during the two terms.

The Exxon Valdez spill was never yet settled, and its interesting that nearly 20 years later the power of a global corporation with huge profits the judgment against it is yet unpaid. Many of those individuals alive at that time probably have died of old age while the institutional corporatist power to accomplish legal aloofness that individuals cannot is exemplified.

A nation's leaders must watch out for the best interests of their own citizens and not just those of global economic powers in a sort of treasonous choice to place their own national interests second.Isolation isn't the alternative to practical prioritization of national interest, as communicsm isn't the only alternative to corporatism in which the richest corporations globally drain individuals of individual capital accumulation, inventive patenting and competive opportunity. Instead a nation's politicians may support policy that advantages local people, and the local environment first with intention put on radical alterity to eliminate deficit generating situations by support of creative local alternative industrial start-ups and allocation of alliances.
