Health is Best (poem)

Life illusion beyond grasp
for that which one didn’t ask
stark quark shadows of nothing
due time brought worth things to task

Operating dreams implore
whales ashore walk the floor
flung in stark silhouettes
of Harpies’ cast nets of tore

Within red rails time has gone
with truth though to ponder on
beyond oneself futures past
faith in the Lord fastens bond

Of being and nothingness
experience more or less
flows around into itself
waves of spirit, health and rest.
