I would think that a witness protection wireless business for women and black drivers using contemporary sound and photo plus bluetooth could do rather well. Cars could have good yet cheap cameras and mikes installed that when a slap button is activated begin recording and uploading information to Witness Protection that stores and dates the recording and even can call 9-11 if needed. Maybe a dome and dash cams decorated as hula dancers for the dash. With today's tech I cannot understand why women haven't got personal witness with them wherever they go, and virtually everyone else should too.
