California's Nancy Pelosi-former Speaker of the House, has held the U.S. budget hostage for the benefit of Mexican citizens. The appropriate place to try to help trans-nationals is in the regular legislative rather than the U.S. Government budget process.
U.S. border security rightly should trump all other concerns in a bill about immigration. It should not be second or third as a priority.
