If Marciano had been Black; The Greatest?

Rocky Marciano was the sole undefeated heavyweight champion of the gloved era. If he had been black wouldn't he be mentioned in the same league as the late Ali?

 Marciano had a great knockout punch...tough guy, if not a post Sugar Ray style.
