and Bill Clinton to that President Obama has continued.
Attorneys-at-Law are fine legal practitioners and too often bad
innovators or inventors without comprehension of material economic
policy. Pursuit of disputatious legal points with minimalistic
political competence may be a fact of life for Presidents with
experience in law and little besides.
