Can the Bedbug Infestation Be Frozen Out?

Cimex lectularius Linnaeus; the common bedbug is a relentless bloodsucker seeking out human warmth for dinner. Would nitrogen flash freezing be a clean, quick way of eliminating commercial infestations?

Burning bedding, replacing mattresses and other stuffed items for bed bug sanctuaries with materials designed to be inappropriate for a bed bug life-style and professional anti-bug freezing missions could be an effective approach to containment and reduction of the pests.

Ultra-cold is non-persistent chemically and might not be harmful to many material items if applied carefully. It might be worth some technological research to find out if it works very well.
