don't know what it is except maybe the Istore app. Windows 10 April
2018 update forces tiling of windows so the screen is more of a mess
and a problem to mess with.
Windows
seems designed to consume time of the user. It doesn't really seem
like a tool for adults that want to be productive. Fundamentally an
operating system and PC should be as simple and reliable as a power
tool rather than acting like some sort of retardant agent product
designed by the American psychiatric association as a test of
patience and gullibility.
Tiling windows is an old programming tech that has existed in public domain operating systems forever. Unlike Windows 10, they don't force that tech on the user.
