Live Electron Rocket Launch, Hamas Rockets Target Civilians, Rockets for Peace and War

There is a video of a live rocket launch by Rocket Lab in about ten minutes...

Rockets are popular devices for lifting payloads. Rockets are useful for peace and war. State terrorism like the Hamas rocket attacks on Israel target civilians indiscriminately. That sort of K-Sam rocket isn't like a shoulder fired anti-tank rocket used by an individual soldier at close range upon enemy armor.
