Tax cuts for the rich will end the Ukraine war. In my opinion that is a very clever joke. Inevitably the political solution to everything Ametrican is to cut taxes on the rich and raise the ceiling on public debt (or deepen the hole as an alternative though inferior sales/advertising tactic).
