Negotiations of Trilateral Talks Seem to Have Worked in Ukraine

A framework for reducing political tensions seems to have been reached in high level talks between Russia, The E.U. and the U.S.A. today. One may have confidence that high level political bunglers will diligently pursue new courses to direct misadministration. Notably absent as a primary negotiating party was Ukraine.
