How Would a 90 Degree F Wind Blowin Into The Arctic Ocean Affect Global Temperature?

It is difficult to accurately predict long term weather changes sometimes that take into account climate change. If there is continental warming and ice decreases in mid-Siberia or Canada and wind patterns alter as warm high pressures flow north in the summer, I wonder if that would have the potential into affect Arctic Sea temperature a or additional weather and wind flow relationships quickly? Its just a thought-I have no training as a weatherman. I simply imagined being a warm summer wind somehow forming that flowed to the Arctic Sea coast.
