President Obama wants Cuba taken off the terror list raising the difficult question of where to find a replacement? The Palestinian Entity is a prospect-it has lots of terrorists, and ISIS is a prospect too except its not really a state yet-its something like proto-planet ice dirtball Ceres and not even to Pluto status. NPR is probably having a spring fund raising drive looking for sponsors yet not many think of them as terrorists so that won't work.
What about nations leading the world in production of greenhouse gases going on the sponsor of terrorism list? Some people do think of global warming and mass human species die-off from desertification and flooding as terrifying-though not those producing coal power plants, fossil fuel engines and etc. plainly.
