Canada Isn't a Partner of the U.S. Defense Establishment

Canada isn’t a partner of the United States. It is a former British colony that very reluctantly and lately asserted complete independence. Canada is regarded as somewhat cheesy about many things culturally. While there are many fine Canadians there are also those that consider hockey more important than football.

Canada choose to become testy regarding the United States to a minor degree in 2017 when it changed its defense policy. They said the United States could not be relied upon to defend Canada any more.
