Jeb Bush Sounding More Like G.W.

Jeb Bush has taken up his brother's belligerence on things military in recent comments about President Putin and the Ukraine. I only mention this because a recent poll found that Europeans are against arming the Ukraine while Americans and Canadians are hawkish on that-perhaps because they have traditionally been at a distance from those European conflicts that cost millions of lives yet suffer no harm from it themselves at home.

Bullying is a funny charge from the family that bullied Iraq into social destruction with what-a half million dead and millions more displaced. Maybe Jeb Bush believes that Russia is a pushover militarily speaking, yet not even he ought to be swell as not to take nuclear missiles seriously. maybe they are just talking points to crank up more defense spending for insiders and favorites of Bush business.

People had believed that Jeb was the smart one, yet now he sounds more like the dumb one. Maybe the nation needs another T-ball Presidency to stoke up the defense industry again. Someone has to go out and subdue opposition to concentration of wealth for the ultra-rich.
