U.S.A. May be on Mars by 2039 and Return 300 Years After That

Going on N.A.S.A.'s Apollo program landings on the moon nearly a half century ago, if N.A.S.A. can land persons of uncertain gender on Mars moon Phobos by 2039 and down planet shortly thereafter, the second wave of Mars landings by anyone else including N.A.S.A. might happen within 300 years.

It cannot be certain that Americans first on Mars would be a good thing for humanity.
