Expanding the existing V.A.hospital system and networking that with the nation's low-cost clinics for the poor and homeless would be a better, more effective way to construct medical treatment infrastructure from the ground up. The ultra-rich want a finger in every pie and prefer the corporate health care system that Nixon-Obama-Romney and Pelosicrats forced on the nation saddling youth with a vast new tax to pay for treatment they don't generally need.

Even so, a patriotic, glistening new practical approach is needed rather than the bureaucratic b.s. complications of papercare with flummery for the rich as it is.
The cost of treating Iraq and Afghanistan veterans including p.t.s.d. will be in the trillions over time. There is no reason to just pay that to the corporate world who can tart another conflict whenever receipts are down.
