Cuba is a dangerous nation bent upon destroying marine habitat and reefs with offshore oil drilling. The Trump administration should cut all ties except for those that can be developed for sailors in a vast right-wing expansion of marinas to surround Cuba so sailor diplomacy can be maintained and increased at low cost. It is important to keep ordinary Americans from the contamination of Cuba except for those with any sort of sailboat who are used to encountering wierd people offshore.

The Atlantic doesn't seem to like the Trump administration yet they just don't see the importance of creating tens of thousands of slips for sailors to 'let a million sails bloom' to bring Cubans slowly to understand the importance of sailing to peace, freedom and security in times of hurricane.
