Germany's New Fuhrer; Fred Merz Hopes to Make the Dream of World War Three Come True
Germany may not have had such a war mongering Chancellor since Adolph Hitler as Fred Mertz. He said recently that Ukraine can use Taurus cruise missiles to attack Crimea and elsewhere in Russia. The United States should let it be known they disavow such escalation and if Russia retaliates by launching missiles at Germany, the United States will merely be an interested spectator rather than partner-in-escalation that would get snared into a broader conflict under N.A.T.O. insurance with the U.S.A. When retarded robots run European politics the entire world can be left holding the bag.
If the next Chancellor of Germany prompts a Russian retaliation that makes Dresden 2.0 into flaming reality he should not expect the United States to provide some sort of vengeance upon Russia. The United States is against the absolute lunacy of European escalation of the war they cannot win, and that can only result in W.W. III- probably the last one of history.

European leaders needs to recognize the independence of East Ukraine from the Euro puppet state of West Ukraine and get on with peace and reconstruction.
Restorative Post-War Economic Plans for East and West Ukraine Should Be Made
The U.N. probably should set aside a committee to study the problem of restoring the ecosystem of East and West Ukraine after the end of the conflict. Mr. Zelensky and select European leaders have decided to draft Ukraine women and send them to the meat grinder too so the war may be protracted providing some time for a comprehensive survey of post-war ecosphere restorative criteria. Perhaps human trafficking investigations in regard to the Ukraine might be useful to foreclose on exploitation. Even now Ukraine women are marketed as wives-to-order for the international crowd on the internet. I suppose when the war concludes and Russia returns to the fold there will be an appearance of Russian women on the international dating market as well.
De-mining both the East and West will be at the forefront of requirements to safely begin restoration. Plainly with ordinary economics there should be a period of two decades of rampant sprawling construction soon after the end of the conflict. Jobs is myriad fields including nursing and carpentry will develop. If the conflict ends soon robots are unlikely yet to be capable of performing the majority of ordinary rebuild tasks. It is still a time for humans to carry the load of building the for at least five years.
Ecological economics analyzes ecosystem services and paces a value on them in regard to providing clean air, water and support for the biosphere. Birds and bees are important to human survival for the time being (even now work is being done developing artificial bees to pollinate flowers and crops). The East and West Unified Ukraine restoration committee should consider how to create viable ecosystem to support man and wildlife as well as how to efficiently utilize the most advanced ecologically synergetic technologies available after the boundaries are set somewhere in the Dnepr River region.

AI Could Eliminate Hackers or Create the Greatest Challenge
One might wonder if AI will be used to eliminate hackers some day. An internet without computer viruses might be a more comfortable environment. It may be that some unusual problems such as programmers hiding back doors in AI code might be difficult to eliminate. If AI is used to check for viruses hidden within their own code or the code of other AIs the AI could develop a self-learning inclination to consistently rewrite its code.

Working in a grocery store the thought occurred to me, with a vast array of different products on shelves, that it might be easier to eliminate ongoing tampon charges as a recurrent thing with a recycling tampon spun in a centrifuge and sterilized for reuse- with or without disposable filter inserts into a plastic holder or some entirely recyclable filter, than it would be to either eliminate computer virus coding without AI help or with AI doing the work.
I have no idea if AI has yet been introduced into toilets. It seems as inevitable as AI coffee maker brewing controls in order to accomplish that Stephen King book where every little machine turns against humans a best they can. Microwave toilets would eliminate sewage treatment in parched areas if they were manufactured an powered by solar panels or fuel cells. AI may be used for careful home heating and cooling calculations based o interior and exterior temperatures, rooms that are used and rooms that need be heated while others can be allowed to cool down or warm up.
Considering potential applications of AI is rather entertaining. I would guess that when AI becomes really advanced that hacking it will be for hackers a challenge like it was for Mallory to attempt to scale Mt. Everest.

Alaska's Stikine River Fishery is Endangered by a Canadian Mine Upstream
It won’t be too easy to save the Stikine. The Red Chris Mine was owned by the Newcrest Corporation that was bought in 2023 by the Newmont Corporation. Newcrest was only founded in 1990. Four years ago Newmont bought the Canadian Goldcorp and became a very large corporation. Newmont has returned nearly 7 billion dollars to investors in the past several years. It is the world’s largest gold mining corporation; a multi-national corporation listed on the N.Y.S.E.
The Stikine River king salmon return is estimated to be just 10,000 fish this year. The run used to be millions of fish. The Red Chris Mine about 60 miles away on a tributary of the Stikine, located in a rain forest, is a large open pit copper mine with low grade ore. The corporation wants to expand the mine drilling tunnels horizontally underground and blow them up to sort through the debris. When water runs through the mining channels and demolished rocks it leaches toxic chemicals into waterways eventually.
I have the impression that those large mining corporations typically sell off depleted mines to some foreign shell company. The very rich harvest the profit and leave the cleanup to the E.P.A. and Superfund sites occasionally. The cost of cleaning up the Stikine someday if worst cases develop like that of Leadville Colorado and Helena Montana could be billions. With the E.P.A. being cut there may be fewer dollars for the work. In the future maybe governments will increase funding to cleanup depleted mining sites.
